Great hotel situated right next to the Train station. Very good for the money and everything such as bakery's, bar's, cafe's and restaurant's all in walking distance. Will definitely stay again.

Verry good

The room is very clean, tidy and very quiet. The water flow is very large. The clothes are very comfortable and soft. The location is also very convenient. It is directly at the exit of the subway. I will stay in this hotel every time I come to Frankfurt, Germany.

Very good location close to the S-Bahn and city center. Rooms are clean. Safe in the room didn’t work. At the time I stayed at the hotel there was a big construction site in front of the building which caused noise in the morning directly below my window. Front office staff could have mentioned possible noise from the construction in the morning.

A wonderful hotel situated at the end of the S3 line in Bad Soden. A brief step from the station and the town's amenities. Good sized room with all the basics you need. Very clean place with happy smiling staff to greet you in reception. For the price this place is amazing and you can be in the centre of Frankfurt in just 30 minutes. However Bad Soden does have everything you could need. Plenty of shops and restaurants. I highly recommend a weekend stay at this hotel.

Arrived there late afternoon after a long drive up many motorways from France. My first impression was that my life had returned to the bad old days and I had been teleported back to the DDR of the 70's, with complete and utter indifference from the staff. They clearly did not want us to be there, and even more clearly did not want to be there themselves. Other than us the place was empty. Then I later heard them speaking Russian to each other and understood why I had that impression. No breakfast on offer "because of Covid" but it was on offer everywhere else in the town and in many other places we visited. Our room was adequate and clean, the actual building itself is magnificent and a lot more could be made of it. The town itself has a lot to offer but this hotel doesn't. A great and historic park just around the corner, miles of woods and forests just 5 minutes away too. Such a shame as this hotel is in a great town, in a great location too with lots to do. I will be visiting the town again, it is beautiful and has lots to offer, but will be staying well away from this hotel. In dire need of a change of management to bring out of the dark ages.

Room and bathroom small but excellent comfort, both bedding and bathroom: optimized surface area, perfect shower. Only one downside, room a little sad: walls painted gray, gray lampshades, but quiet. Hearty breakfast, a little expensive: €16.50 per person

Despite my many business trips, I can't remember the last time I had such an unpleasant experience: I hadn't received a response to three (!!!) emails beforehand, so I asked for a double room for single occupancy (during the Ambiente trade fair) over the phone. Last year, too, some colleagues had a single room, others a double room for single occupancy, and because my husband wanted to stay an extra night (and pay for it, of course), I simply asked for a small double room early on. The lady on the phone (the manager?) immediately asked who pays for such an upgrade. But I didn't mean an upgrade, just an appropriate allocation. Ultimately, they couldn't promise me that on the phone, they would have to check when I checked in, etc. etc. When I checked in with the same lady, I was offered a tiny double room in the much worse (and certainly much cheaper) annex building as "the absolute only option" because of my request, even though the company had already paid the normal price for the main building. Even after I explicitly asked again, "unfortunately there was no possibility of a double room for single occupancy in the main building." Interestingly, in the evening a colleague who had checked in well after me told me about her comfortable room with a queen-size bed. In short, it was down to nothing other than a lack of will and goodwill. Absolutely abysmal!!! This is not how you should treat guests, even during trade fairs!

The hotel is located right next to the train station in a traffic-calmed zone. Getting there by car is no problem. However, the underground car park with its relatively narrow entrance should be booked separately. There are enough parking spaces. The room was relatively small, but was enough for one night. It was clean and functionally furnished. The same applies to the wet area. Everything was fine. Unfortunately, breakfast was supposed to cost 15 euros. I think that's a bit excessive. I decided not to have it. Unfortunately, the bar and restaurant were closed. I can't say whether it was due to a lack of staff or something else. A refrigerator for guests in the reception area for beer or water with a "trusted list" would certainly be possible. So I came back from an event in Frankfurt and had to resort to my "onboard supplies" in the cool trunk. Friendly staff overall.

Dit hotel veraste qua prijs kwaliteit. Goede bedden, schone zeer nette kamers, vriendelijke mensen en zeer nette badkamer. Ik betaalde 80 euro voor een nacht. Alles is netjes en vrij nieuw. parkeren was 10 per dag. Het gebouw zelf is uit 1897 en mooi om te zien. Geen koffiezetter op de kamer. Ontbijt was mogelijk maar niet gedaan. Dit was 15 euro.
