Room was very small, old furnishings and not comfortable, after tough negotiations we got a new, nice room, it was clean and renovated. Only the TV didn't work. Breakfast was excellent, the service was also good.

We stayed here for one night on our Trans Alpine Trek….rooms very small but very clean and updated bathrooms. Our room looked out onto the garden/central courtyard. Breakfast was excellent with many choices. They also offered lunch for Euros 6 which was a great price…

Ein tolles Hotel mit urig eingerichteten Zimmern. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist umfangreich, mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Das coolste ist der Wellnessbereich. Hier lässt es sich prima entspannen. Ich komme definitiv bald wieder.

Die Umkleiden im Wellnessbereich wirken hygienisch zweifelhaft und abschreckend, anscheinend wurde dort nichts renoviert. Zudem befindet sich nebenan eine große Baustelle, deren Fertigstellung noch längere Zeit in Anspruch nehmen könnte. Im Wellnessbereich herrscht erheblicher Lärm, was eine entspannte Atmosphäre unmöglich macht. Leider wurde keine Entschuldigung angeboten; im Gegenteil, das Personal, einschließlich des Managements, zeigte sich als äußerst unfreundlich und unprofessionell.

Wir sind schon einige Male hier gewesen! Ich habe die Kritikpunkte der Bewertungen gelesen. Da muss ich auch was dazu schreiben. Es ist richtig, dass dieses Hotel manche Mängel aufweist, trotzdem muss ich sagen, dass trotz der Situation in den letzten Jahren es nicht einfach war, ein Hotel zu halten und zu verbessern und hier gibt sich die ganze Familie Mühe. Der Wellnessbereich ist neu gestaltet worden und dies sehr gut ausgeführt- Auch jetzt laufen Renovierungsarbeiten! Für mich ist das Frühstück gelungen,unser,Zimmer im Nebenhaus mehr wie gut mit großem Balkon (Deluxe Zimmer)! Da es überall am Tegernsee an Personal fehlt, sind wir wieder sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Deshalb herzlich Dank!

Zimmer mit hochgiftigen Schimmel befallen. Ein übler Geruch im Zimmer mit sichtbaren extremen u.a. grünem Schimmelbefall. Schlechte Reinigung des Zimmers, sowie auch im Saunabereich, passend zum Schimmelbefall. Ich wurde dadurch während meines Aufenthaltes krank!!! zum Frühstück wurde einem die Zeit vorgeschrieben. Von 4 Tagen hatte ich 3 Tage Pech und somit gab es nicht mal mehr Eier/ Speck usw. (dies um 9:15 Uhr) Der Wellnessbereich ist schön, hatte aber auch einen unangenehmen Geruch.

Man hat irgendwie den Eindruck das dieses Hotel ein Hotel für Kurzurlauber ist. Es wird viel Gepäck zum und vom Gepäckraum transportiert und das schon zu nachtschlafender Zeit. Die Zimmer sind wie beschrieben klein, aber ok. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und am besten ist die Lage in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße nur 5 Minuten Fußweg zum Tegernsee und seinem Bad Wiesseer Bootsanleger.
