本來被安排在101房，結果完全沒有WiFi信號。跟酒店反應後馬上幫我們換房去了premium。很好的服務。房間很大，很寬敞，超愛。

位置在城外適合開車到達。 酒店設施比較新，房間很大，洗澡間特別寬敞舒適。 樓頂餐廳風景很好。 一樓**機器很新。

The hotel is great room was clean, very big, we have had a long day so it was the perfect place to stay. Great pressure in the shower and the breakfast buffet is amazing, the reception personnel was not either friendly or unfriendly they just get the job done. The buffet personal was great. The parking cost is not mentioned anywhere and at the end they just charge with it.

Excellent hotel, well designed, big room great bathroom, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, nice location, 20 minutes walk over pedestrian bridge to old town, 15 minutes walk to station. Very good value for the standard of accommodation

This was our first visit to this hotel. We were using it as an overnight stay on our way to the UK from Portugal. Good location near the river and easy to find after leaving the main road. Helpful staff. Comfortable rooms with good views. Good restaurant for evening meal and breakfast. Secure garage parking for our car

Modern hotel/casino complex. Easy to reach from the motorway, large parking garage. Very friendly and attentive staff who offered us a free room upgrade and parking. Large and well-designed room, perfect bathroom with all amenities you can ask for. Delicious and varied breakfast buffet set in their restaurant (excellent as well!) overlooking the Guidiana river and Badajoz. The old town actually is well worth a visit. Just a 15 minutes walk from the hotel across the old bridge and the bird sanctuary along the river.

Loved my stay in this hotel. Great location and very nice food in the main restaurant. Service was excellent. Desk staff (young trainee) was so lovely and very knowledgeable of the area. Room was super clean and spacious. Would highly recommend this hotel when you visit Badajoz.

Excellent hotel and fantastic staff. Breakfasts always delicious. Great city's and river views!!! Organization and cleanliness are key elements to highlight. A hotel to repeat, we will return without a doubt.

firstly as guests of the hotel we were unable to visit the bar on the ground floor unless we displayed passports as the area imemdiatly after the bar was the ******. I assume the ****** is possibly under separate ownership , very frustrating as the bar on the 3rd floor was slow and lacking most drinks. Also the rooms were too warm 24.9c and the only possibility to lower was to ask the reception to switch off the heating. My son said his room wasnt very clean .On the plus side the rooms are very generous and the breakfast at eu16 very good.
