As first time visitors from the US to Baden Baden, we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The building is beautiful and charming, a plus for my daughter and myself since we both adore older architecture. Our room was lovely, beautiful balcony. We didn't realize there was no air conditioning, I didn't check prior to booking so that was on me. The evenings were cool so we enjoyed leaving the balcony door open. The breakfast buffet was generous and presented in a lovely manner. We were provided with a basket to go to the spa which contained towels and robes, such a nice and pleasant surprise for us. The location is absolutely perfect, walking distance to everything and a short bus ride to Merkur, which we so enjoyed. We took a cab to and from the train station( we took the train from Frankfurt) because of large luggage but it's very doable to go by bus. The staff is friendly and helpful but one staff member in particular, Victor, was absolutely stellar. He went over and beyond helping us by calling DB for us ( we had a question about our train ticket), answering all our inquiries so kindly and securing hard to get dinner reservations for us on a Saturday night. Victor is a true example of what the hospitality industry is all about, he helped make our stay so pleasant. We had such a wonderful time in Baden Baden. I would return to this hotel in a heartbeat!

Hotel is located very close to the center, stuff is very friendly and professional, rooms are super clean, the breakfest is great. It's very calm place, one can really relax there. They have a big parking and beautiful garden. We will definitely go back there. :)

Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the city center,extremely clean! Excellent staff very welcoming… hotel is within walking distance to everything in the city center, near the ******. Easy to park in the public garage. I would definetely recommend this hotel! Great restaurant next Le Bristo.. we didn’t booked in advance , we walk in to the hotel, planning to stay only one night and we ended up staying the four nights. Thank you for the warmth welcoming to the front desk Bibi for booking a beautiful room looking at the Main Street, the stay was excellent and and excellent staff..

酒店地理位置很好，在巴登巴登應該算是最好的酒店了吧。位置在飲泉大廳和**的對面。不出意外，一開始也沒給到我預訂的房型，經過交涉給換成了大的房型。所以説如果英文不好，在歐洲定房間就定基礎房，千萬別加錢定別的房型，因為他們肯定會給你差的房型，這個是我經驗之談。酒店離中心區域很近，步行在幾分鐘之內，酒店附近有個獅王酒店的餐廳非常受歡迎，基本客滿，老闆娘親自服務。點了豬肘和烤排骨味道很棒。酒店的早餐很好，服務也周到。巴登巴登是個輕鬆浪漫的度假城市。

Fantastic and very unique hotel, in a very quiet but convenient part of the town. On arrival the receptionist was super helpful with information, and directions. The rooms are very large and have good facilities, very nice decorations & very modern facilities. Breakfast was an excellent huge selection of food and drinks, work very friendly staff serving it. In a lovely breakfast room setting. Fabulous

We were absolutely happy to have found and stayed here. Although it seems like a retiree resort, the hotel is such an awesome place to spend some relaxing days here. The room is so spacious and come with a big balcony that faces the small pond and vineyard! Imagine waking up to such a view or enjoying sunset with it! The location is good as well. It’s so quiet, surrounded by wide hectares of vineyard. You can easily stroll around here enjoying quiet and relaxing time. It is also just a short 20mins drive to Baden-Baden city center. The breakfast was okay but I highly highly recommended to take their dinner package. The 3- or 4-course menu are superb! They change the menu everyday and the food is soooooo delicious! It’s definitely the highlight for us here! The staffs are also so friendly and warm. They make everyone comfortable and relaxed. We hope to come back again!

Not he customer is king in this hotel, but the General Manager and the Receptionist I arrived late night after 4 hours driving with an online check in made before looking forward to a good night sleep. But it went all different. The receptionist refused to check me in after makijg many mistakes like not informing me about the procedure reason, why despite online check in, I had again to fill in my details, gave me wthe wrong change (24 € to little) when paying. Once I made he receptionist aware, there was no apology but just a comment: „this can happen“. Once the receptionist realized that I was not happy with the service, she told me to leave the hotel and called the police to escort me out. Such a humiliating, frustrating and discrimination I have never experienced in my life after traveling he world and staying in so many hotels. On top, when coming back 2 days later to meet the General Manager, I experienced the devastating attitude since again: no apologies, just accusations, that the guiltily one is me as a customer. If you really have to stay in this hotel, I recommend: 1.) expect no service at all 2.) count carefully the change you receive 3.) don’t say anything, because if you do, the receptionist might not like what you say and will kick you out of the hotel 4.) Look before, what other hotels are in the region so that you are prepared for the unexpected But best is, try to avoid this hotel as long as the current management and employees are still working in this hotel

Had a 6.00am flight out of Karlsruhe/Baden-Baden airport at the end of our short break, so this hotel was brilliant. It is literally across the street. The 285 hourly bus from Baden Baden takes you to the doorstep. Quick registration and we were up in our room. Clean and spacious - no frills; it is just to stay one night before or after your early/late flight. One complaint.... the mattress was as hard as nails. Considering you only pay for hotels like these to sleep the night, it is always a mystery to me why hotels don't invest in a proper high quality mattress.

PPengguna TetamuBack from a 3 night stay at the Brenners. As always everything is perfect and the winter atmosphere is hard to beat. Pre stay inquiries are efficiently dealt with. We were upgraded to a beautiful junior suite with nice welcome amenities. Etro toiletries are correct but I missed the Brenners branded toiletries and their scent. Breakfast buffet is among the best I’ve experienced. We also had cocktail and dinner at Fritz & Felix which we love. Gym, pool and sauna are amazing. All the staff we interacted with was professional as usual and charming. Special thanks to concierge Merlin who helped us with our flight and limo transfer issues and tried its best to offer the best possible solution. I have heard there is a renovation soon of the main building. I really hope it maintains its aesthetic and character!

The rooms are nice and the bathrooms are clean, although the shower cubicle can be a bit small and tucked away in a corner. One downside is that there is no complimentary water provided. The breakfast is enjoyable, with fresh orange juice and delicious smoked salmon. The hotel's location is convenient, within walking distance to spas and the shopping district. Additionally, having a supermarket and a bus stop to the train station just opposite the hotel is a major advantage for guests.

MMary BWe loved the people here. Very kind, very helpful, great sense of humor. At first glance, it's a really elegant hotel. Most glances after that one suggest the need for a face lift. Cracks in the wallpaper, stains on the carpet, paint that probably isn't its original colour .... this sort of thing. Closed spa area suggests staffing issues. Most of the common areas are pretty. I suppose that in a city as elegant as Baden-Baden, elegance has to be refreshed from time to time. A little refreshing would go a long way here. There were no real obstacles to a descent night of sleep. Our A/C didn't cool much. We were ambiantly ”not hot.” Our other room felt hot for the full two days. I would have appreciated another pillow, but neither did I ask. I slept, but not actually deeply. Breakfast has a nice porridge, other hot offerings, and the items you would expect for a German breaky. Location is superb. In a great walking city, it is perfectly positioned. Easy walk to the baths and the ******. Honestly, I can't see I will ever be back to Baden Baden. There is something about it that makes the city feel remote. For those with mobility challenges, options are really limited. I would certainly look here again, but I would also be looking for some light upgrades.

PPengguna TetamuL'accueil pour les non-germanophones est plutôt peu convivial. Le patron, chargé de la réception, ne parle pas le français et juste un ou deux mots d'anglais. Le checkinn s'est donc résumé à la distribution des cartes des chambres et le checkout au paiement. Surprise : il fallait payer en espèces. Le boîtier pour les cartes ne fonctionnait pas, selon le propriétaire. Aucun distributeur dans le coin. Nous avons dû réaliser un virement sur le compte bancaire de l'hôtel. À ce moment-là, nous avons reçu une facture numérotée de notre réservation. Sinon, l'hôtel est agréable. Les chambres sont spacieuses. Le buffet petit déjeuner est varié mais mériterait de comporter des fromages régionaux. Le village est désert. Aucune possibilité de trouver un bar ou restaurant.

PPengguna TetamuThis is a very beautiful hotel located in the central old town part of Baden-Baden, which is close to the town's major highlights. The hotel is spotless clean, the service is excellent especially from Alex, and the breakfast is very good - a continental breakfast including hot items like sausages, scrambled and boiled eggs. It also has a restaurant offering traditional German food. I will definitely choose this hotel for my next stay in Baden-Baden.

Es un pequeño hotel boutique. Esta bien ubicado aunque costó encontrarlo, porque esta en una pequeña callecita cortada. Al llegar no habia nadie en recepcion, una mujer de limpieza que no hablaba español ni ingles nos dio la llave, que estaba afuera del hotel en unas cajas que se abrian con un codigo. No tiene ascensor, y la escalera es pequeña y empinada. la habitacion muy linda, comoda, con heladera y cafetera.

PPengguna TetamuKlein Boutique hotel in een rustige buurt van Baden- Baden met een redelijke goede eigen parkeerplaats aan de overkant van het hotel. Prima ontvangst maar helaas was het restaurant gesloten wegens personeel gebrek. Prima kamer, niet erg groot, met een kleine maar nette badkamer. Veel restaurants op loopafstand (20 min) in de binnen stad. Een prima buffet ontbijt voor ons vertrek.

113251632A small old hotel close to Baden-Baden city centre. We had to move rooms due to no wifi connectivity. Nothing great as such with the hotel. Rooms are small but delicate. The beds were cosy. No air conditioner. As it was still cold outside, there was no need for an ac. However, I doubt this will be the situation during summer. It's 10mts by car from the train station and 5 to 10mts by foot to the city centre. Wifi was breaking in between. Breakfast was moderate and was included in our room. Rate. Rooms had a bottle of sparkling water and small chocolate as complimentary. The reception staff are pleasant and welcoming. They provided us with the city map and advised us where to go. Overall the stay was satisfactory.
