Ulasan Fairfield by Marriott Goa Anjuna

I enjoyed my stay here. Breakfast was decent and the staff were helpful. My room was nice and spacious. I didn’t end up using the pool but it looked nice. The hallways were bit dirty with furniture and plates left out.

朝食はとても美味しかったです。ただ、最初に2階の部屋を案内してもらいましたが、部屋の匂いが気になりフロントに尋ねたところ、上の階の部屋に替えてもらうことができました。ファミリー向けのホテルだと思いました。金額とサービスが見合わないので、次回は別のホテルを選びます。

プールサイドや隣の部屋がうるさい　朝食は平均以下　部屋が狭い　ツインベットを予約したのにそうではなかった　場所が悪い　チェックインを2時にして実際に3時に行ったが、部屋の準備に待たされた　支払った料金の価値は無い

I booked my stay for my Birthday, and I wanted to just chill relax and have a cozy evening with my friend, and indeed the property fulfilled all my needs. They pampered me by giving me with a upgraded room, room decor, pastry and as well as late checkout. They were over the top, special mention to some of my favourites with whom I interacted throughout the stay was Januska, Riju, Pratyush and Om loveliest people. There was one more person from Culinary, but I don’t remember the name. Definitely i will come back again!

Having recently provided a feedback on the commendable workmanship of your reservation staff Mr. Joaquim, I am confident that his contributions will propel the endeavors to new heights, extending beyond mere sales and targets. Also a special mention mention about the front office staff ms. Janushka who is ready to walk and extra mile always smiling and has answers to everything. She is polite and the professionalism she displays is par excellence. She is basically a complete package to your queries and complains and also the knowledge she has regarding the area (Anjuna and surrounding) and gives promising answers to whatever was asked to her. During appraisal, I would like to strongly recommend that the company acknowledges and appreciates their exceptional contributions. Their hard work and dedication deserve recognition, and I am confident that Fairfield will benefit from recognizing and fostering such talent within its ranks. I believe that people like Janushka and joaquim , who consistently exhibit such high levels of commitment and excellence, are invaluable assets to any organization. Their subject knowledge and dedication have undoubtedly contributed significantly to the success of fairfield in the Goa region. We, recently stayed at the Fairfield Marriott Anjuna and had an extremely disappointing experience. First, the air conditioning in our room was not working, making the stay very uncomfortable. Additionally, the room was infested with mosquitoes, which is simply unacceptable. To make matters worse, the ashtray provided was not clean, adding to the overall lack of hygiene. The refrigerator in our room was also non-functional, which was a major inconvenience. The service provided to address these issues was shockingly poor and shabby. Despite bringing these concerns to the staff's attention, there was little to no effort to resolve them. Moreover, we had requested and were promised a decorated room to celebrate our anniversary, but this was not delivered, leaving us very disappointed. For a Marriott property, these issues are inexcusable, especially considering the high price we paid for the room. I expected much better from a brand like Marriott and will not be returning to this hotel. Save your money and avoid this place.

It was a pleasant stay.Pool is beautiful.Room size is medium,rest all good . Special thanks to Ms. Januska at front office for going extra miles for us and chef Akshay ,they made us smile more.overall good experience. View from balcony is beautiful.

Chef Mukesh ji and Mr.Mukesh is excellent service and very polite with all members. We are happy and gave 100 out of 100. Very nice and user friendly atmosphere and food was excellent with table service. All staff very nice and special thanks

Breakfast was great and the service provided was impeccable—thoughtful, attentive, and personalised. Chef Samir ensured every guest felt valued and catered to, creating an atmosphere of warmth and professionalism. Dining here was not just a meal; it was an experience to remember. I have stayed at Fairfield by Marriott Goa for a week, and I have received most warm welcome. Staff could not enough to ensure my stay was forgettable.All I met was warm ,Friendly smiles and offer of assistance.I love to had Morning breakfast at Fairfield most I liked food there,Service was up to my expectations.

Wonderful Property with excellent rooms, but the highlight has to be the food Especially the breakfast which had a great spread which will cater to all your needs, also the staff especially the chef's and the F&B team in general were approachable who were happy to help with your needs and gave utmost attention to the quality of the food

I had the pleasure of enjoying the breakfast buffet, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience! The variety of dishes was impressive, catering to all tastes, from classic breakfast staples to unique, flavorful options. The food quality was outstanding—everything was fresh, perfectly cooked, and beautifully presented. Special mention goes to the Chef Mukesh, whose skill and dedication were evident in every bite. Their attention to detail and ability to create such a diverse spread truly elevated the dining experience. Chef Shalini makes excellent omelettes on requests in particular, was a highlight, with dishes prepared to perfection right before our eyes. Thank you to the team for making breakfast such a memorable start to the day. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending it to others!

Beautiful property with great helpful staff. Mr.Patil at the front desk helped us with the itinerary. Fooding was good with smiling staff. Wish we got the floating breakfast. .............................................................
