The resort is not far from the city of Siliguri and is set in the middle of tea gardens with the mountains serving as a scenic backdrop. It is like the bungalows of tea estates where the “bada saheb” or manager resides, only this is bigger and fancier. The corridors are long and various areas are decorated with large cupboards while others have high backed chairs with a table and some have a group of wall mounted mirrors. Each cupboard has a specific item as display— blue pottery, ancient liquor bottles, types of tea etc. One gets a feel of having stepped back in time as the decorative items are made of stone, teak wood, marble, painted glass. The decor is beautiful, elegant and an interested person can enjoy these artistic items for long. Every wall has huge paintings while the stairs have carpets running down the middle, just like in older buildings. Our jungle view room opened onto the central green area which was a small tea garden. The room was big with a large balcony and all modern amenities. The resort has a swimming pool, board games and a spa besides a walking trail. A nice touch was organising the morning and evening tea sessions in the middle of a tea garden with old Bollywood songs playing in the background; it gave me a distinct retro feel. I enjoyed a couple of cups of awesome tea in Planter club which was their in-house café. Sunil and Kapesh, from their restaurant Tea Pot, deserve special mention for making our dinners so enjoyable. They were accurate in their suggestions and prompt with their actions. A few things for the resort to work on 1. Their breakfast consisted of a wide spread. Bakery items and egg station were fantastic. However the other items were not upto the mark— North Indian dishes, South Indian dishes…. 2. They have to find a way to shorten their time of cooking. Both at the restaurant (dinners) and in room service, it took a long time for the food to arrive. 3. I failed to understand how different choice of tea could be missing from the breakfast menu at a tea resort. 4. The pillows and the bed need to be made more comfortable for sure. An enjoyable stay in a beautiful resort with warm hospitality; however a long way to go if Mayfair want to be amongst the best in the country.

I stayed for 1 night in this particular trip. This is my first stay at courtyard siliguri. I am writing to convey my deepest gratitude for the extraordinary experience I had during this particular trip. The property is very well maintained and cozy and beautiful. The level of care and dedication exhibited by your staff surpassed our highest expectations, leaving an indelible mark on me. The personalized greetings and the seamless check-in process immediately set the tone for what would become a truly exceptional stay. Everything was maintained very well and staff at all the areas were so helpful and reachable/open. Food at The restaurant Siliguri kitchen was awesome to say the least. Each dish was a testament to the chef's artistry, and the service was characterized by attentiveness and knowledge. Dining there became an experience in itself, and we eagerly anticipated every meal. Thanks to Mr. HASIBUR, Mr. SOMNATH DEBNATH and their entire team including Mr. Subrata, Mr.Subhamoy sarkar . These people ensure my food needs are taken care in very personalized way. Their culinary skills, communication and warmth are highly appreciated. Hatsoff. The dedication and talent of your team were evident in every meal I enjoyed at From breakfast, lunch to dinner, each dish was a testament to the skill and creativity of chefs. Mr.HASIBUR and Mr.SOMNATH were wonderful chef's and hu*** beings and as I have very long list of intolerances they considered all of them and cooked special meals for me and taking care of my health during this solo travel. My further travel completely depended on this particular trip and they ensured it was absolutely perfect as I required. They made me feel at home. The flavors, presentation, and attention to detail were nothing short of extraordinary. Their knowledge of the menu, willingness to accommodate special requests, and genuine warmth made every meal a memorable one. I must take a moment to commend Ms. NITA, Ms.RESHMI, Ms.ANANDITA, at the front desk for their exceptional assistance and graciousness. Their knowledge of the area and willingness to go the extra mile in accommodating my requests was greatly appreciated. F & B Team : Mr. PRALADH, Ms.NANDINI and Ms. INGSUNA . Everytime I come, they remember me and take out time and interact at length.offer me complementary desserts even though I don't eat !! Haha. Wonderful guys ..make me feel like im at home. Their professionalism and genuine care for dining experience did not go unnoticed. I congratulate the General ***ager to put up such a wonderful young team and maintaining highest standards of hospitality and taking care of guests. I will come back again definitely.

The property is beautiful and the interiors has so much intricacy and the showcasing of the vintage items is a treat to the eyes . The rooms give a royal feeling with so much detailing and comfort . The hospitality was commendable . The staff was extremely humble Special Mr Madhu & their services were really above and beyond . The food was very good with amazing variety and the taste was spot on . Tnx you Hotel clover & Banquet.will be come back again.

It was very good stay with malisca hotel. Everything was so perfect with good price.and also staff manegment and well mannered of all staffs from all departments specially Sumit kolly and Arti gurung was fantastic and well behaved 😊👍👍
