"3-star" apartment on the second and last floor of a residence with Pyrenean architecture combining wood and stone. Beautiful view to the south over the ski area. A large living room with kitchenette, 2 bedrooms with cupboards, an alcove with a single bed, two separate toilets, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room. A 15m² terrace, covered parking, secure heated ski locker. Due to Covid, the swimming pool, sauna are not available, the Fitness room is however accessible.
Quiet duplex apartment T3 with 7 beds on the 2nd and last floor with access by wide staircase (no lift) on a total area of 49m2 with completed by a south facing terrace.
On the ground floor, an entrance with storage, a separate toilet, a main room equipped in the living room with an 80cm flat screen television, a convertible sofa bed x160 x200 and storage cupboard, a kitchen equipped with hotplates, microwave oven, raclette machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher (crockery provided) refrigerator, wooden table 7 place settings (7 chairs). A separate bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed with laundry cupboard, a bathroom (bathtub, hair dryer)
Upstairs a beautiful Mezzanine offering a view of the living room. With a single bed corner (x90 x200), a bathroom with WC, a separate bedroom with two single beds (90 x200), a travel cot (baby).
Pillows, blankets are provided. It is necessary to provide bed linen and towels.
You will also have a private heated ski locker on the ground floor (avoiding the chore of transporting skis up the stairs) as well as a private location for a vehicle in the covered and closed car park.
In access reserved for the inhabitants of the residence, a gym, billiards and a heated swimming pool, all completely renovated, are accessible. These sports facilities adjoin the building of the residence of the apartment and are therefore very close.
