Hotel berhampiran Baguio, Baguio

This is our first time with Microtel by Wyndham Baguio. We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights with my family, we had an incredible experience. The area and room are clean, the lobby smells wonderful. The complementary breakfast was also good, the taste, servings, and selection were acceptable. The Wi-Fi is okay, but sometimes it's cutting in and out (we stayed on the lower ground). But one thing made this hotel superb is the people. The staff from the front desk are professional, reliable, and courteous. The housekeepers greet you with a smile, even the security guards are hospitable. The location was also a big plus. We will definitely be back. Keep it up 😀

From the frontdesk to the bartender we appreciate the really good service and hospitality from the staff. I would also love to feauture an employee named Chris, a bartender who gave us a really good experience. He was very charismatic and was smiling throughout our stay he was able to create meaningful conversations which makes us feel comfortable. He even entertained us while making drinks which I think is very difficult. He was also able to share “lady drinks” which was a creative drink we really loved. If I were to meet people like him whenever I visit a luxury lounge, I would want to always spend my money there. Another employee named Jeremy is really quick-witted, he gives off a very calm and gentle service which we love because he attends to us very quickly, he even initiates service without being asked to, like serving us water while waiting. Well trained employees, they are all unique but all of them are professional and competent at best. **I wasn’t able to take photos that much and I only have one sitting at the lounge area.

Been checking in here regularly since November for business purposes. This is actually a good hotel specially for a quick fix for a back to back meeting or a long days work. Rooms are clean and necessary sanitary protocols are intact specially being a rooms division manager and working in the industry for almost 12 years i can personally attest that they are maintaining cleanliness on their rooms... Wifi is good though you need to re log in every 5 min of down time,,, though again its good when in use... overall this hotel is really qualified for a 3-4 star review... unfortunately they hired a someone that pulls them down... a rotten apple mixed with good ones... their front office agent named “LYN” made our stay here terrible specially when shes on duty.. (We are having a pleasant stay though when shes on day off or areadly off duty) Take note that we are staying on this property for 5 or more times per month. At first meeting, she even mentioned they dont accept card transaction, as mentioned i told her that im a rooms div manager and i can see a credit card terminal, even offered to teach her how to use it. And yes!!! Its confirmed that she really doesn’t know how to use one. Next is fro a simple request for a simple shampoo, borrowing of extra slippers, all this request are all being denied by this front office agent named LYN... Oh did i forget to mention that its hard to contact the front desk when shes on duty on graveyard? Again we are exactly on point shes sleeping on duty!!! I just dont get the point why does lyn always ask for my id when checking in well in fact all of her colleagues does not do this as im already on their records,,, maybe she also doesn’t know to use the system... lastly we ordered food outside as their resto is close... ever since it is being directly delivered by their staff after the food is being handed to the fo... I dont know if her stupidity struck again and just decided to ask me to go down and pick it up even lying that she only has the guard with him,, after mentioning to her that its always being delivered here on our room, then instantly one of the hk guys gave it with all respect.. To the general manager of this eurotel property, maam / sir, this agent will pull your property down. I really hope that necessary actions will be done. I also understand that maybe she is just hired recently and lack of training is not given due to the pandemic. But being a seasoned hotelier, this type of attitudes are usually untrainable already specially for someone working upfront.. I guess we already know what im suggesting. The guy front office supervisor is someone to commend though adding the new hk male attendant,,,actually all of the staff except Lyn...again a rotten apple on a set of good ones.. 😔

We recently stayed for a night at Lee Boutique Hotel. The hotel is perched at the top of Baguio, offering a quiet retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, though this means it's a bit far from most main attractions. The accommodation itself was basic—adequate for a short stay but nothing particularly remarkable. However, the check-in and check-out process left room for improvement, as the reception was notably slow. Overall, it's a decent option for those seeking a more secluded spot in Baguio, but there are areas that could be enhanced to elevate the guest experience.

Unfortunately the management was zero rated, due to their attitude and manners of the property manager or the owner, the place is beautiful and NEET the view over excitement, but the roads to that place totally damage to reach, and disadvantages no taxi available and it's away from the taxi stand, but the staff was kind, still need to learn management hospitality and how to wellcome the customer as well as encourage them to most welcome at anytime, no timing rules for 1400-2230pm should be 24/7,this is a hostel or motol or homestay, Thank you

Good amenities, excelent sevice and clean rooms

I love the place, very accessible it's just 5 hrs away from Cavite. The guards, receptionist and cleaners are all nice and friendly. I love the pool beach access to the pool, it was clean and big and you can just chill there all day. I also love that they put random chairs at the beach where you can sit and just watch the beautiful sunset of La Union. Check in time is also reasonable they allowed us to check in at 1:30 since the room is already available. They also have a complimentary birthday arrangement if you note that it's your birthday during reservation. I love their couple massage room, quite and clean and the therapist are also good. Overall my stay was so good except when I dine at their Coast restaurant, I don't expect some royal treatment but a polite staff would be nice. When we arrive to eat lunch the waiters take forever to bring you the menu, they won't help or point you where to seat they would not greet you or anything when you come in, this was a very unusual experience for a 5 star hotel, but even though their servers are not professional the sisig and grilled squid taste good so I gave them a chance and dine in again and was thinking maybe they have a better service during the evening but my gosh it was far even more worse, there are so many flies at our table and we have to consistently ask for assistance again which takes forever, they would not even make an effort to find a better table for you and I end up moving to another table by bringing my own plate w/ zero assistance and the servers are just staring, so my last straw was when there are still flies everywhere I just asked if we can just have the food packed and politely ask to pls include the fish and chip sauce I still have but being the consistent awful servers at Coast restaurant of course when we arrive at the room there is no sauce so I was not able to eat my left over fish and chips, although the pansit and fish and chips taste good it would not suffice my irritation with the service and again it was not even crowded there are only few tables with people seating so I cannot just imagine if madaming tao sa restaurant I am usually more understanding kapag mas busy but having 2-3 tables occupied with this amount incompetent staff was just wow, since I learned my lesson the hard way we dined at salt and sea the next day and they are far more better than the servers at coast, the food was also good at Salt and Sea so yeah when I comeback I will definitely skip Coast. Complimentary breakfast is also at Coast, there are typical Filipino breakfast selection which is ok to fill your tummy but just be prepared to wait if you want sausages, lol. There was a waiter who got 10 sausages in a row to bring wherever and it was just only refilled with 20 sausages that time so there are only 3 people on the line who were able to get the another 10, typical coast service. Monaliza Surf Resort offers the best location having located by the beach, literally. I stayed in Room 3, accomodation for 6 with my family. The room has a balcony which leads to, yes, the beach and the party! Room is nothing too fancy but leaves enough room for all of us, with 2 bunk beds and a sofa/beds.

The amenities like the pool and the beachfront are the good thing about this hotel. Not too crowded when we had our stay. They have very accommodating and courteous staffs and the vicinity is kept clean and comfortable. They are enough spaces to spend good time with the family and friends. We had the premier room and it was very comfortable with a pool view. The one facing the shore would have had a fascinating view of the sunset and the shore. The price is higher than the ones around it but was reasonable if traveling is big groups.

Staff was extremely accommodating, warm and attentive. Room, sheets, bathroom was clean and in-room food service was great! The building does look old, there’s only one small elevator, but I guess the staff more than makes up for it. They are responsive and very keen on making your stay comfortable!
