stay there for one night in april, both receptionists at the counter giving their best eventhough i think both of them still new,Can improve better by managing their time well when receiving guests, try to make a systematic procedure for receiptionist when receiving guest

Mula-mula stay 2 malam,pahtu extend lagi 2 malam...affordable price...Nice hotel cuma jauh sikit kalau nak jenjalan kat jambatan darul hana...satu je yang tak best,breakfast tak banyak choice tp harga mahal including breakfast rasa macam tak berbaloi sbb tu another 2 day extend kitorang tak ambik breakfast.better makan kat luar utk breakfast...location strategik sbb mudah nak cari tempat makan.

Hotel price is reasonable, clean and bug enough, it's surrounded by all the kuching nice food.

Keseluruhannya bagus, saya suka. cuma permintaan khas saya tidak saya terima SAMA SEKALI!! Saya meminta untuk hiasan perkahwinan tetapi pihak ke-3 tidak memaklumkan atau mengemas kini apa-apa tentang permintaan kepada hotel. Sangat tidak berpuas hati apabila saya bertanya kepada penyambut tetamu, mereka berkata pihak ketiga tidak mengemas kini atau memaklumkan apa-apa kepada mereka. Hotel tidak dapat atau tidak mempunyai akses untuk menyemak sebarang permintaan khas daripada tetamu, TETAPI PIHAK KE-3 PERLU MENGEMASKINI PERMINTAAN DARIPADA TETAMU KE HOTEL. Betulkan itu!

Saya sudah beberapa kali menginap di hotel ini. Hotel ini bersih, dan kakitangannya ramah. Kami tiba di hotel lebih awal, dan mereka membenarkan kami mendaftar masuk. Tandas dan bilik bersih. Katilnya selesa. Semuanya hebat.

We were initially booked into the Sheraton in Kuching, as we decided to treat ourselves. However, there had been issues with comms, and we wanted to ensure a pool was available for us. Whilst in Malaysia, we actually cancelled the Sheraton and booked this option for a fraction of the cost. I have given it 4 out of 5, with the following caveat. 1: Yes, it is very tired, the rooms have been grand but are no longer. However, our room, 1104 - was clean, the bed was huge, it was quiet, there was limited English TV but a wheeze to watch and there was a working fridge. 2: We asked for an extra pillow and was told it would be 10 ringits charge - don't be tight people, that amount is not worth asking for, but it becomes a principle thing. 3: Pool was fantastic for us - however: a: don't clean it in the height of the day. Do it when it is quieter. b: supervise it better, there was a czech group in, who were very friendly but were drinking spirits and beer in the pool and smoking - in the smoking area, but don't know if that is because we obviously didn't smoke. c: pool towels (free) were actually better option and fluffier than room towels 4: Staff friendly especially the concierge 5: Breakfast - bit tepid, but lots of choice and tasty options. 6: Charge 65 Ringits to keep room until 6pm - very good value. 7: Taxi from airport 35 ringits, grab back, 21 ringits. 8: Walking distance to waterfront 9: 7/11 across road expensive but shop next to Hotel 98, excellent options. Beer = 3 cans for 11 ringits. Cheaper than supermarkets. 10: cleaners very good, room facilities include bottled water daily, coffee, tea, shower gel, soap and shampoo. You have to overlook some tiredness, grouting etc. but overall, including VFM, location, facilities etc - we thought a good option and would return.

Bilik ok bersih. Mengambil bilik dengan sarapan pagi tetapi sarapan pagi sangat mengecewakan, tidak banyak pilihan. Lebih baik tempah bilik sahaja tanpa sarapan pagi. Mereka akan menjadi bising kerana pembinaan sedang berjalan dan mereka memberi amaran kepada kami supaya adil. Secara keseluruhan tidak teruk. Tq untuk penginapan.

Pertama sekali, saya ingin mengucapkan terima kasih kepada Ramzi di lobi kerana memberi kami arahan berkali-kali dengan penuh semangat melihat lengan saya yang cedera, dia juga membuat perjalanan khas untuk membawa kami ke mana kami ingin pergi. Bukan senang nak naik teksi ke lapangan terbang, Ramzi sangat bersemangat dan membantu kami menempah teksi dengan harga yang sama dengan Grab. Persekitaran hotel baik, pantai sangat bersih, tetapi tidak banyak restoran berdekatan, bilik mandi berbau busuk, dan pembetung tersumbat
