Hotel berhampiran Masjid Aminuddin Baki, Bahagian Pantai Barat

Saya memilih B&B secara tidak sengaja kerana saya berumur bawah 18 tahun. Perkhidmatan bahagian hadapan sangat baik, dan arahan daftar masuk terperinci disediakan terlebih dahulu. Lokasi sangat mudah, terdapat banyak restoran dan kedai serbaneka di tingkat bawah. Biliknya besar, hiasannya tidak berbau, dan ***a keseluruhannya bagus. Ia sangat selesa untuk didiami, dan ia terasa seperti rumah yang jauh dari rumah. Bos dan bos wanita sangat mesra. Bekalan disediakan dengan baik dan dapur lengkap dengan semua jenis periuk dan pinggan mangkuk. Kualiti dan perkhidmatan B&B boleh mencapai tahap ini. Sejujurnya, ia jauh lebih baik daripada hyatt tempatan.

Saya tidak pernah menginap sehebat hotel 5 bintang seperti Hyatt Regency di KK ini. Bermula dari kaunter penyambut tetamu, buttler dan meja penyambut tetamu- semuanya sangat teratur. Penyambut tetamu yang mendaftar masuk saya sangat membantu. Bilik yang sempurna. Air panas adalah baik, bilik adalah sangat luas dan menakjubkan. Hiasannya sangat sempurna, mungkin Merry Chritsmas akan datang. Lain kali, mungkin saya akan kekal dengan pemandangan laut. Lebih baik kerana mempunyai pemandangan indah pemandangan laut KK.

Masa check in tak perlu deposit dah. Cuma bilik katil king yg sy request ambil masa yg lama utk siap so tukar 2 single beds. Still ok sbb katil boleh gabung sendiri. Pintu tandas memang takde lock so yg bawa anak2 kecil memang kena berhati2 sikit. Breakfast ok. Kolam renang tak boleh guna sebab under repair.

Kakitangan hotel dari awal tempahan telah melakukan kerja yang hebat dan hebat.. mereka membantu saya dengan menghubungi pemandu untuk membantu saya dengan pengambilan yang sangat lewat di lapangan terbang.. pemandu juga seorang lelaki yang hebat.. kudos to dia menunggu saya sehingga lewat jam.. kakitangan hotel semua melakukan kerja yang begitu hebat.. malah wanita penjaga rumah mereka adalah kekasih hati.. saya mempunyai penginapan yang menyenangkan di sana dan pasti akan kembali jika saya pernah kembali kepada kk.. selamat bekerja semua 🫰🏻

Masya Allah.. Terbaik.. semua kemudahan sy bagi 5 star.. paking berbayar sikit la.. terbaik.. boleh tinggal disini lagi..

Bilik ini mempunyai rasa ruang yang baik, nilai yang sangat baik untuk wang, kolam renang yang besar, banyak restoran dan 24 kedai serbaneka di tingkat bawah, anda boleh menonton filem di penginapan tanpa keluar, daftar masuk layan diri, sokongan telefon sangat lewat. Malangnya, ada lipas, selepas bergaduh dan ada, setiap malam saya melihat, pemandangan kolam sangat bagus dan besar, tetapi tidak kerap terbuka, hujan menutup, tidak hujan dan berkata penyelenggaraan, memukul harta karun dua kali, rosak.

The hotel room which I stayed was very confortable, with wide space, big bed, clean bedsheets and near to eating places and also near to the airport. Initially I was afraid the noise from the airplanes may disturb my sleep as my room was facing on the left side of the building, but to my surprise I did not hear planes flying so I was happy that I didn't experience any noise to disturb my tranquility. The only con is there is no restaurant in the hotel so my breakfast came as a bento like box takeaway. No coffee also, the coffee is available in the room but is chargeable. Only the tea bags are free. The parking is multi-storeyed and managed electronically. You put your car into the car lift and it is then parked automatically one car at a time. To retrieve your car, you need to scan your hotel card for it to be brought down via the car lift again. It may be time consuming if you are in a hurry and there are a few people in the queue before you.

Bilik ini secara keseluruhannya hebat, selesa dan luas untuk kami. Mendapat akses ke kolam renang dan gim. Dapat pemandangan menghadap bandar. Bilik itu juga berdekatan dengan lif. Mendapat dapur kecil asas. Wifinya hebat, malah TV juga mendapat perkhidmatan penstriman. Tetapi lokasinya, agak jauh ke bandar, mesti ada kenderaan sendiri untuk pengangkutan mudah, dan tempat letak kereta sentiasa penuh, mesti awal sebelum tiada tempat letak kereta disediakan.

I visited with my Family on the 8th of August. Took a twin room which has 2 queen sized beds. I arrived at the location at noon, feeling very stressed out because was having a bit of an argument with the family. My mother was having one of her fits when we arrived, saying she didn't like the place, I on the other hand, was wondering why I spent so much money on this place. I called the caretaker and he was quick to respond, good guy, we got to our room, still stressed out, and felt instantly that the room was sp****. I was immediately questioning my reasoning for booking this place. Fast forward an hour or so later, when everyone calmed down (mother included), we were immediately in a better mood. The landscaping of the place is really beautiful, and the view of mount kinabalu was very majestic. We left both the front and back door open and the winds were blowing through the room, keeping it cool, my mom and my sisters were all starting to enjoy the place, myself included. I started looking into the details of the rooms, the quality of the materials used to construct the villa was of the highest quality, toilet was made with marble, and everything else was simple but robust, and could tell that material choice was quite important. The landscaping was also quite nice. Beautiful garden. And it's just so private. To sum it all up here are the pros and cons of this place. Pros: 1. High quality material used to construct the rooms 2. Beautiful landscaping - very calming and great. 3. Very private 4. Friendly and quick team to reply 5. Nice toilet (best in Kundasang) Cons 1. Price a bit on the high side (but it's private and most probably the nicest hotel in kundasang, cant compare to established hotels in the city( 2. Lacks some finer details : instead of 3 in 1 coffee, put a Nespresso machine in every room with 4 to 6 capsules, that really makes a difference in terms of perceived quality. 3. Pillows could be better - sheets are alright and bed is alright - but I stayed in four seasons kl for 40 percent cheaper, so... A bit hard on that end 4. I appreciate the disposable tooth brush, soaps etc. But I think the soap would be better if it was in a bottle stuck to the shower wall where it can be refillable, perhaps they could use a branded soap and shampoo for that, and not put it in small bottles, but in refillable permanent bottles in the room. 5. Restaurant - it's not under them, they share it with the hotel about a 5 minutes drive away. It's not bad, but it's far from good. No alcohol in sight there, so better BYOD. Although pricing wise it's on the high side, and there are some things that they can improve on, I'd still go back there, as it's the only great and private stay in kundasang. Everywhere else is not up to spring gardens quality, for now....
