Overall experience was okay. I was initially planning to stay at the hotel merely because how unique the lift was. I made all the plans to feel it myself. So i booked a room with a balcony on the second floor and it was confirmed. However, upon checking in, they informed me the room that I booked was no longer available although it was confirmed per booking and proceed to provide me with a room with few ringgits cheaper. To save myself some hassle, i agreed to that and asked for a compensation. They refused to give me a refund at first but eventually agreed to it which I really appreciate. Anyway, thank you for providing me a place to stay, I just have to complaint about how you should improve the booking experience with the customers and do not let any other overlapping booking such as this in the future, please close all the ‘available’ room in online apps if it is fully booked. Also, since I was staying on the ground floor, I might as well suggest your staff to tone down a bit outside. Just a friendly advice. Thank you, hoping to experience better service next time!
