"This was my first time staying at this hotel during a business trip to Tawau. The hotel is located in the Kubota area, which is vibrant and offers many dining options, making it very convenient for travelers to find food. In addition, there is a 24-hour supermarket within walking distance, which is a great bonus for purchasing daily necessities during the trip. The hotel is still new and provides comfortable rooms with well-equipped amenities. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Tawau."

"Stayed for 1 night. Overall good except for few things: 1. It’s bathroom, because while showering, the water doesn’t drain, causing water to pool/accumulate during the shower. 2. The sink also leak when we used it. 3. There’s also loud music noise coming from nearby area, but we didn’t mind much of it."

"Very much satisfied with almost everything, especially the size of the room and proce. It's hard to get rooms this big with this rate nowadays. Comfortable. Good service. I do agree with other guests mentioning about water stains on the bathroom glass wall but it doesn't bother me that much. the hotel is a bit old I guess. the corner of the room has chipped wood. there's no tissue provided in the room, there's only rolled tissue in the bathroom. but overall im satisfied."

"I had such a great time during my stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. "I stay with my wife, the staff is very friendly. Even hotel at 3rd floor but its has lift 😀 Just above the KFC, easy to find it. Room is superb clean & all new. LG TV with Netflix, Amozon Video all free. Easy to find food at this area, Bataras supermarket just beside the hotel. Me & my with love the stay, sure will stay again if visit Tawau in the future! 😊🌈"
