Hotel berhampiran Poppy＇s color, Baillargues

Nous avons découvert cet hôtel vraiment par hasard et ce fut une jolie surprise. A commencer par la présence d’une borne de recharge pour véhicule électrique : bravo ! Le personnel est très accueillant et agréable. La qualité des services, la propreté de la chambre et sa configuration avec la douche donnant sur le lit nous ont vraiment plu. Seul bémol : les grincements du lit … Le prix est vraiment très correct au vu des services et du standing de l’établissement.

As I was trying to make reservation with this Ibis Budget Montpellier Aeroport Parc des Expos, based in Monteppelier, France, a number in a USA would be available for making reservation. I've talked to the attendant that at first showed to be very respectful and calm. After I've given all my bank and billing address details and paid for the first of the two rooms, the attendant asks me to wait for 1 or 2 minutes, when we resumed the conversation, he said the price for the second room had increase $5 and that this was the hotel normal price policy . After arriving at the hotel, I ask at the reception about this price policy fluctuation as they refuted that possibility, since the price change may occur daily, but not anytime of the day (especially since you already started your reservation, since the client cannot have access to the price table). When I received the receipt, first, my billing address is was located in the US and live in the UK, so is my address (although I've giving the attendant all my personal information). The price for the service was not clear ahead and I ended up pay an abusive amount of U$27.76 of U$87.24, while the actual price for the room was only U$59,24. All in all, I felt cheated, the food was not looking fresh and burnt for the price of €41. Besides that, I've tried to contact the hotel and the agency that made the reservation and simply I couldn't get through to any of them. Quite frustrating. No plans to use their service in the future.

Accueil chaleureux et souriant des réceptionnistes, très bonne ambiance dans l’hôtel, les chambres sont très propres et l’emplacement est idéal dans le centre ville. Rien à redire, très bonne expérience, je reviendrai ! Une nouvelle adresse à ne pas manquer sur Montpellier, je ne peux que vous la conseiller. Merci encore pour ce séjour

It’s a heartwarming thing to choose a hôtel purely on the basis of location only to find that it’s really a bit of a gem. We had an eight night stay at the beautiful Domain de Verchant, set amongst its own vineyards and parkland, only a few kilometres outside historic Montpellier. The rooms were both charming and well appointed , the food in the two different restaurants was really very good and the spa/ pool areas are quite wonderful with first rate facilities. However, it is the professional and friendly service that sets this hotel apart . Under the General manager, Jean-Pascal Picolette, thé team show their dedication and pleasure in looking after their residents, whether it be serving a poolside sandwich or a 5 course fine dining meal at their superb restaurant Marcelle. Très bon accueil, la chambre est fonctionnelle très propre avec une belle salle de bains. Le personnel très sympathique et professionnel la qualité des repas est parfaite,pour nous une très belle expérience à renouveler

Accueil très chaleureux, une équipe aux petits soins un petit déjeuner avec des produits de qualité. Chambres confortables, douillettes et très propres. Le plus : un engagement pour une démarche éco responsable avec le tri de tous les déchets, des produits locaux au petit déjeuner, une fontaine à eau, pas d'emballages plastique ... Je recommande vivement car on peu voyager pour affaire et prendre soin de notre planète ! Eve
