先説優點，房間很大，酒店新，硬件整體來説不錯。再説缺點：1，衞生不行。晚上9點半入住，剛進入房間看到房間大、新，很開心，但是老公很快發現地上有一大團煙灰，我立刻掀開床鋪，發現床鋪有毛髮，兩張床都有，地面也很多灰塵，第一時間就懷疑，沒有搞衞生，甚至連床鋪都沒有換。立刻致電前台説明瞭，前台接電話的帥哥説跟我們換房間，結果等了5分鐘，才見到前台小哥過來，説沒有房間了，也可以接受我們退房，我們聽完就很不滿意，白天趕路開了6、7個小時了，晚飯都還沒來得及吃，臨時找酒店太折騰了，我就説那你們給我們換床鋪，並且要打掃乾淨房間，小哥説可以。又過了七八分鐘，小哥拿被單過來了，我們提前叫了外賣送到酒店，覺得再房間吃東西他們還要換床鋪，實在挺不方便的，也不知道要換到啥時候，小孩也很累，就真的挺不滿的，又再問了小哥是不是真的沒房了，給我們換單人床也行，就是儘快安排我們休息，要換床鋪搞清潔啥的，自己慢慢搞，要我們跟着等實在不應該。小哥鬆口了再説，要再問問前台。我一聽就很生氣，分明就是有房間，為啥不給我們換，他説因為要留給別的客人。我們很生氣，其他客人都還沒來，為啥不優先給我們換，反而要我們等，服務意識太差了。後來前台説可以給我們換，給我們換到對面的房間，只是稍微比我們訂的好一點，估計就是不捨得給我們入住，可是我們可以接受換一樣的房間，衹需要給我們安排早點休息，而不是在那裡乾等。小哥後來也不斷道歉，也給我們送了早餐券。入住後房間，大是很大，但是需要吐槽的是，洗手間沒有任何掛衣服的地方，也沒有放洗髮水的架子，就是説設施還沒有萬山的，洗完澡要光着身子出來拿毛巾和穿衣服，也是醉了。另外，早餐在酒店外面，也挺一般的。總體來説，一開始訂這間酒店，就是塗新開的，覺得新酒店設施怎麼地都不錯的，但是看評論，差評挺多的，都是集中説衞生不行。希望酒店可以改善衞生，和其他設施，以及加強對服務人員的培訓。
