酒店位置無敵，絕對市中心，周圍商場大超市無數，萬達廣場也就幾百米，購物逛街很方便，同樓裏就有美食城，周圍也很多飯館個，樓下晚上就是夜市，吃飯實在太方便，酒店房間很大，乾淨衞生設施齊全，樓層高視野好，電梯好幾部，早餐不錯，住了兩天換了花樣，整體性價比很高

BBritoCheryl was the most wonderful helpful staff , she helped me when Ctrip confused my stay and made a reservation for February instead of January 2021, she gave me a room (10 am）to rest after a long journey , then when the room was ready (2 pm) she called me to change to a bigger nicer room than the one I first booked. Then she patiently helped me to organize my day and gave me ideas. I had another problem , when I went skating I did not return my helmet ( as I was him going to use it the next day and the staff at the ski center said I could keep it ) , according to the hotel regulation you must pay 2000 deposit for them to give you the skiing card . So the next day they wanted 2000 yuan more since in the system I hadn’t returned all the equipments in time , she solved it patiently talking to the person in charge of it and explained that I shouldn’t be requested to pay again if I already paid the day before and I was going skiing today as well. She made of my stay a wonderful stay, solved each and everyone of my troubles ! ! Thank you Cheryl !
Regarding the hotel , the hotel is clean and spacious , the room includes a one entrance ticket to the water park and one entrance ticket to the hot spring and one entrance ticket to the infamous Wanda ski resort! The resort is fabulous !
The breakfast was yummy, ate a lot and the staff at the restaurant is diligent , very warm , and helpful .
I would definitely stay here next year!!! I’m so so so happy!

AAMAR ANWARSo if you are coming here, you are going to Wanda Ski Resort. There are so many many hotels in the area that it really doesn't matter so much which one you pick.
Holiday Inn is one of the furthest away from the resort, but the price reflects this. However, it is still only a 10-15min walk (even when it's cold and icy) from the resort. The hotel is busy, there will be wait for the front desk, this is why service got 4/5, but the actual information from staff was okay (no English though so god bless my Chinese partner)
The hotel has a mini cinema, a restaurant and access to the ski slopes. You can hire ski's, snowboards along with all the boots and clothing required so you don't need to worry about that.
In the hotel is the rental place, you rent your gear and you simply walk out of the hotel and you are at the ski slopes. Please note this is NOT the same 10min walk to Wanda ski resort, the hotel has its own access to the mountain and you use that.
The restaurant is fine and breakfast was a buffet with mainly Chinese but some western stuff too.
The room, it's not large, but not cramped. Very warm, we even needed the windows open at -40C outside to avoid being too hot.
There is a mini supermarket in the hotel, but a better 24 hour store across the road.
I think for the money paid compared to other hotels, its very good value. Maybe other hotels have bigger rooms or more restaurants, but as every hotel is next to each other, I wouldn't bother paying more to get one closer to the resort as you can save thousands of RMB for a 1 min walk.
And as most of your time will be spent in Wanda ski resort, you won't be in your room much.
I doubt I would return to Changbaishan / Wanda Ski resort as an area, but if I did, then as long as the value was still there, Holiday Inn Express is a good enough choice

SSilenceskys雖然已經是雅高多年會員，但還是第一次入住瑞士度假村品牌，開始印象中此品牌定位要高於諾富特，僅次於鉑爾曼，不過住下來感覺應該是低於諾富特，和希爾頓花園差不多級別。

本次入住大床套房，標稱65平米，實際體感要稍微寬敞一些，客廳帶四人餐桌，吧枱，5人沙發組合，顯得非常寬敞，不輸一些90平的套房，不過用料就很不上檔次了，這個餐桌輕的感覺一衹手就能舉起來，稍微一推就動好遠。

吧枱有水槽但未配備廚具，迪爾瑪的茶包x6，G7的速溶咖啡，小冰箱裏三瓶軟飲免費，飲用水是泉陽泉，這個很不錯。居然還給了歡迎水果有些出乎意料。

客房服務速度很快，房間打掃也很專業，要水也不吝嗇，要4瓶直接拿來6瓶，客房雖然比較簡約，但也沒發現啥衞生問題。

外有陽台，看到的是對面客房和商業街景觀，樓主這間視野不夠開闊，不過下樓就餐和去便利店還都是挺方便的，缺點就是私隱不佳。

居然還給配了客衞，略感意外。

卧室面積小一些，沒有床尾凳，有靠窗沙發和辦公桌，所有木製傢俱的共同點就是“輕”，感覺在房間裏也要小心翼翼的，另外沒有用中央空調而是掛壁式在酒店裡也很少見，卧室這台老是程序出錯停機，導致夜裡被凍醒。

床品還好，床墊偏軟，枕頭支撐力不足，不是很舒適。

主衞就比較簡陋了，單台盆，洗漱台也比較小，無浴缸，馬桶也未做隔斷，如果説客廳面積和配置一眼望去會讓人誤以為是豪華酒店，那到主衞這邊可以説原形畢露。

三出水的淋浴系統也很少見，體感一般倒不影響洗澡，備品是沒用過的，應該是瑞士品牌專屬。

整體來説，這個套房空間是足夠的，不過居住感一般，尤其是剛從萬達那邊過來會有些落差，不過瑞士度假村位於魯能度假區的核心位置，去哪都比較方便也是真的。

酒店還有小木屋別墅區，不過這次未能體驗。

PPengguna Tanpa Nama整體是木質風格的，房間還算大，也很乾凈，廁所和淋浴是分開的挺好。服務人員態度都很好，禮賓部熱情專業。早餐好吃，晚餐一般。
但是淋浴間防治洗髮水沐浴露的架子很鋒利而且放置的位置不太好，家屬的背被劃傷了。被劃傷之後酒店值班經理給迅速送了消毒和包紮的東西，還協助我們換到了淋浴空間更大的套房，全程很積極的幫助我們處理問題。
整體入住體驗還是不錯的，希望可以把淋浴間置物架趕緊優化一下，下次來還會考慮再入住。

PPengguna TetamuResort was crowded & Hotel is kind of old, bed not that comfortable but the housekeeping team did a good job. Room was clean & 保洁阿姨very generous with the bottle water. Thank you so much. Front desk reception Vito 小弟very helpful & friendly. Patiently helped me to call up & arrange for me to go to the restaurant I want to go. I couldn’t call my 出租车师傅from room & Vito immediately call him for me & even helped me to add 微信. Breakfast was average. But the western food restaurant at hotel level 1 was not bad. The minus point was, very difficult in fact not possible to use hotel wifi if you do not have 微信. My children were very upset over this because this is the first time they cannot direct connect wifi in a 4-5 star hotel. Restaurants inside the resort nothing great & not cheap. Preferred to take taxi to go outside to eat.
Tip:- try calling restaurants that were less than 2km away. Most of the time they can send their driver to pick you up to their restaurant & send you back after that.

PPengguna Tetamu離開長白山的前一夜選擇了這裏，入住很滿意。酒店很漂亮，進入大堂就有行李生主動幫忙拿行李，房間乾淨寬敞，房間設施齊全！桌子上擺着手寫卡片，和本地楓葉書簽。很暖心，最讓我驚喜的是酒店的游泳池非常大，水質清澈，衹有我一個人游泳！簡直太開心啦，非常謝謝康體的呂靜小姐姐！人長得好看，服務態度也超級好，見我沒帶泳鏡就把自己的泳鏡借給我，還送了我氣球花！早餐品種豐富，很好吃，餐廳的劉洋經理服務也很好，很熱情健談！主動幫我拿吃的，介紹菜品，我離開的時候還給我打包了一杯熱牛奶。度假區的橡果營地很美，裏面有許多小鹿，拍照很出片，很棒

Eekaterina.lMe and my partner were staying in this inn during the Spring Break. It's a nice little place, and we liked our room a lot. But positive impression was spoiled by the indifferent attitude of the staff. It took them over 30minutes to organize a car from the reception to our room (5min by walk). We missed our breakfast, because no one could inform us about the time when it finishes. When we asked about it, the lady said - 7 o'clock start, when we came to the reception at 9:40am, they said that breakfast finishes at 9am, and there is nothing they can do. And 9 o'clock is really way too early to finish breakfast as it takes long time to get dressed and to get to the reception in the morning. The internet wasn't working in the room and although we asked the reception to help us, there was no cooperation from their side. We also had to ask them to bring the rubbish out, as it wasn't done after the first night.
Overall, it's a lovely inn, but we didn't feel welcome there, as the staff hasn't tried once to show support and cooperation.
