作為政府接待賓館的老底子中規中矩，外觀和大堂顯得比較大氣上檔次，服務員的有一定意識，服務響應很及時。房間挺寬敞，設施配置得比較完善，感覺還是比較規範整潔，空調十分給力，這在三北地區別具一格；無線網絡信號強，房間光源比較充沛且功能區分細緻，書桌有個枱燈很實用；床頭只有單個電源插座，手機充電應用不太方便；軟硬兩種枕頭感覺很愜意；洗手間乾濕分開，有淋浴軟管花灑，淋浴熱水量大感覺爽；洗臉池因斜坡而沒有倒鈎設定容易水漫金山，洗手間缺個臟巾筐。
賓館竟然不能點餐，周邊可選項也不多，衹好叫外賣，還衹能送到門口，沒有時下非常流行的機器人，要自個下去拿，服務手段比較落伍，觀念也顯得比較保守；餐廳環境看着挺大氣，自助早餐還算豐富可口。門前停車場安全方便，車位也挺寬敞。

酒店位置無敵，絕對市中心，周圍商場大超市無數，萬達廣場也就幾百米，購物逛街很方便，同樓裏就有美食城，周圍也很多飯館個，樓下晚上就是夜市，吃飯實在太方便，酒店房間很大，乾淨衞生設施齊全，樓層高視野好，電梯好幾部，早餐不錯，住了兩天換了花樣，整體性價比很高

房間寬敞乾淨，服務員熱情還送了小童拖鞋和牙刷，給我們一家人的入住體驗增添了不少温暖。酒店的床品也非常舒適，躺上去就像置身於雲朵之中，讓我們在旅途中能夠得到充分的休息。

BBritoCheryl was the most wonderful helpful staff , she helped me when Ctrip confused my stay and made a reservation for February instead of January 2021, she gave me a room (10 am）to rest after a long journey , then when the room was ready (2 pm) she called me to change to a bigger nicer room than the one I first booked. Then she patiently helped me to organize my day and gave me ideas. I had another problem , when I went skating I did not return my helmet ( as I was him going to use it the next day and the staff at the ski center said I could keep it ) , according to the hotel regulation you must pay 2000 deposit for them to give you the skiing card . So the next day they wanted 2000 yuan more since in the system I hadn’t returned all the equipments in time , she solved it patiently talking to the person in charge of it and explained that I shouldn’t be requested to pay again if I already paid the day before and I was going skiing today as well. She made of my stay a wonderful stay, solved each and everyone of my troubles ! ! Thank you Cheryl !
Regarding the hotel , the hotel is clean and spacious , the room includes a one entrance ticket to the water park and one entrance ticket to the hot spring and one entrance ticket to the infamous Wanda ski resort! The resort is fabulous !
The breakfast was yummy, ate a lot and the staff at the restaurant is diligent , very warm , and helpful .
I would definitely stay here next year!!! I’m so so so happy!

AAdrian 阿德The Pullman resort is located 15 min car drive from the airport and 15mim from the Wanda resort, where the ski station is located. The resort is very big with many amenities. The rooms are big, clean and warm.
Things I specially liked:
- Breakfast buffet. Everything was really good and were many options, both chinese and western food. One of the best that I had in China.
- Swimming pool. There is a big swimming pool and a small one for children. The water is warm and all the amenities clean, like new. Remember to bring your own cap.
- There is also a place to play pool and games in the second floor.
- I was very satisfied with the service of the whole staff. From the receptionists to the people in the buffet. They also helped us calling the taxi to go to the ski slopes. They also helped is dropping us off at the airport.
We even had an amazing Korean barbecue dinner at 10:00pm.
I would say that this is a foreigner friendly place. And without any doubt would recommend staying in this resort.

AAMAR ANWARSo if you are coming here, you are going to Wanda Ski Resort. There are so many many hotels in the area that it really doesn't matter so much which one you pick.
Holiday Inn is one of the furthest away from the resort, but the price reflects this. However, it is still only a 10-15min walk (even when it's cold and icy) from the resort. The hotel is busy, there will be wait for the front desk, this is why service got 4/5, but the actual information from staff was okay (no English though so god bless my Chinese partner)
The hotel has a mini cinema, a restaurant and access to the ski slopes. You can hire ski's, snowboards along with all the boots and clothing required so you don't need to worry about that.
In the hotel is the rental place, you rent your gear and you simply walk out of the hotel and you are at the ski slopes. Please note this is NOT the same 10min walk to Wanda ski resort, the hotel has its own access to the mountain and you use that.
The restaurant is fine and breakfast was a buffet with mainly Chinese but some western stuff too.
The room, it's not large, but not cramped. Very warm, we even needed the windows open at -40C outside to avoid being too hot.
There is a mini supermarket in the hotel, but a better 24 hour store across the road.
I think for the money paid compared to other hotels, its very good value. Maybe other hotels have bigger rooms or more restaurants, but as every hotel is next to each other, I wouldn't bother paying more to get one closer to the resort as you can save thousands of RMB for a 1 min walk.
And as most of your time will be spent in Wanda ski resort, you won't be in your room much.
I doubt I would return to Changbaishan / Wanda Ski resort as an area, but if I did, then as long as the value was still there, Holiday Inn Express is a good enough choice

滑雪是度假村的一大亮點。雪道設計合理，既有適合初學者的平緩區域，也有供高手挑戰的刺激坡道。雪質優良，滑雪體驗非常棒。對於像我這樣的滑雪愛好者來説，這裏簡直是天堂。
UTV項目同樣令人興奮。駕駛着全地形車，在山林間穿梭，感受速度與激情的同時，還能欣賞到壯麗的自然風光。這種獨特的體驗，讓我至今難以忘懷。
温泉則是放鬆身心的絕佳去處。泡在温暖的泉水中，看着窗外的美景，所有的疲憊都煙消雲散。温泉水質優良，對身體的益處不言而喻。
美食街更是讓人大飽口福。各種美食應有盡有，無論是地道的當地特色，還是國際風味，都能在這裏找到。而且味道都非常不錯，讓人回味無窮。
篝火晚會則是度假村夜晚的精彩活動。大家圍坐在篝火旁，唱歌跳舞，分享彼此的故事，氛圍非常融洽。這種體驗讓我感受到了人與人之間的温暖和連接。

PPengguna Tetamu燈光問題：幾千塊的酒店，裝個亮點的燈不行嗎？哪哪都是烏漆嘛黑的，搞得化個粧都要打開門來取光。
打掃問題：第一次打掃是個阿姨，我要求不需要更換床品，其他都換，就真的衹是換，其他也沒怎麼收拾，第二次是個男的，剛好碰到我們回來他才來打掃，那個衞生程度簡直跟我新入住一樣，連衣服都幫我疊好了😄
空調問題：那個暖氣簡直了啊，熱死，調又調不了
酒店早餐：我住了4天3夜，吃了3天的早餐，真的是簡直無法理解，真的是不好吃
值得稱讚的是酒店的工作人員，從下車到我退房，工作人員都是好態度好服務棒👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻，我半夜打客服電話她們也是迅速就接通了並且解答我的問題。值班經理也是在我入住前就聯繫我了並且讓我有事隨時找她👍🏻凱悦應該給工作人員加🍗呀

BBoon TianResort was crowded & Hotel is kind of old, bed not that comfortable but the housekeeping team did a good job. Room was clean & 保洁阿姨very generous with the bottle water. Thank you so much. Front desk reception Vito 小弟very helpful & friendly. Patiently helped me to call up & arrange for me to go to the restaurant I want to go. I couldn’t call my 出租车师傅from room & Vito immediately call him for me & even helped me to add 微信. Breakfast was average. But the western food restaurant at hotel level 1 was not bad. The minus point was, very difficult in fact not possible to use hotel wifi if you do not have 微信. My children were very upset over this because this is the first time they cannot direct connect wifi in a 4-5 star hotel. Restaurants inside the resort nothing great & not cheap. Preferred to take taxi to go outside to eat.
Tip:- try calling restaurants that were less than 2km away. Most of the time they can send their driver to pick you up to their restaurant & send you back after that.

PPengguna Tetamu房間寬敞明亮乾淨整潔，窗外就能看到滑雪場，離滑雪服務中心很近，每天還有免費早餐也是相當的nice，而且早餐時間一直持續到10點多，完全不用擔心起晚了吃不到早飯，我一個從不早起的人都能七點爬起來去吃早飯，入住兩天下來唯一的美中不足應該是連WIFI感覺比較複雜，反正我搗鼓了一會兒沒連上就算了，不過絲毫沒有影響我的入住體驗。酒店工作人員也是相當的貼心，在我出發之前酒店的行政酒廊經理張鵬宇就提前打了電話跟我確認行程，入住期間也是及時的幫我解決了問題，總之是一次非常完美的入住體驗，物超所值！

Eekaterina.lMe and my partner were staying in this inn during the Spring Break. It's a nice little place, and we liked our room a lot. But positive impression was spoiled by the indifferent attitude of the staff. It took them over 30minutes to organize a car from the reception to our room (5min by walk). We missed our breakfast, because no one could inform us about the time when it finishes. When we asked about it, the lady said - 7 o'clock start, when we came to the reception at 9:40am, they said that breakfast finishes at 9am, and there is nothing they can do. And 9 o'clock is really way too early to finish breakfast as it takes long time to get dressed and to get to the reception in the morning. The internet wasn't working in the room and although we asked the reception to help us, there was no cooperation from their side. We also had to ask them to bring the rubbish out, as it wasn't done after the first night.
Overall, it's a lovely inn, but we didn't feel welcome there, as the staff hasn't tried once to show support and cooperation.

夏夏丽The hotel is well located, about 30 min by taxi from Baishan Changbaishan airport, 10 min walk from the West slope departure center as well as many restaurants.
It looks majestic from the outside and inside, although a bit old.
You can enjoy inside and outside hot springs of different kinds and temperatures.
There is a huge buffet with various choices for breakfast (Chinese dishes mainly, two kind of fruits and some Western options).
The room was very spacious and comfortable. The carpet floor was not very clean and the room smelled like cigarette on the first day, although we asked for a non smoking room. After leaving the window open the whole day it was better and the smell did not come back.
