位置挺好找，周圍停車也挺方便的。房間很好，乾淨衞生，有智能管家，電視特別大，還可以投屏，看着感覺很好。洗澡水也合適舒服。一樓前台戴眼鏡的小姐姐服務很好，辦理入住手續便捷，一層還有一個小賣部。早餐是在三層吃的，種類豐富，現做的有煎蛋，麪條，感覺很不錯。臨走還給了温乎的礦泉水，非常貼心。

房間非常小，衞生間燈光昏暗，水池小的可怕，如果不是正季的旅遊城市，這個酒店也就是150的水平，入住當天有人來投店，家庭親子房竟然漲價到1000多，我真的不理解，再也不會去了，非常舊，人員態度可以，食堂阿姨熱情，其他硬件真的對不起這個價格，我是雙床房1.2米，600不到的價格。真的太貴了！

TTop IssarapongI had memorable experiences of visiting Changbaishan west. The journey of stunning winter scenery from the bus then exciting snowmobile riding to the summit to see breathtaking views marked this stay as the best of my trip.
As a non-Chinese speaking foreigner, the hotel staffs/receptionists were so kind and get me through difficulties and guided me step-by-step to get to Changbaishan.
Hot springs bath was nice, breakfast was rich with fresh coffee while not many hotels offered.
Location is just opposite the entrance of changbaishan ticket gate where you can beat the crowd to the mountain if you start early.
Highly recommended for anyone who seeks comfortable of climbing Changbaishan, for foreigners you may just having a translator app then you will be fine.

The staff/manager Fly Liu is very attentive and provided excellent service and generous upgrade for our stay. Will definitely come back and recommend to others.

PPengguna TetamuI can only warmly recommend the hotel. The ski slope starts in front of the door. The ski tickets and your equipment can be taken over at the hotel. The service was nice, friendly and professional. I especially want to thank Yue Yuan, who was always helpful to us. She speaks very good English and made our stay particularly pleasant!! 服務：入住的第一天家人就開始發燒 我們在別墅區早餐用餐要到主樓 顯得特別不方便 後來前台經理Bowen知道這個情況後主動及時幫我們解決用餐問題 特意安排工作人員送餐到房間！臨時需要商務車 禮賓部的工作人員在最短時間內幫我安排聯繫到位。三個帥哥Mark Allen king！都很熱心！
衞生：spa中心的衞生覺得需要改善 也跟相關工作人員反映過 希望可以改善。
旅拍服務:這個送的套餐送的旅拍 我覺得送的不夠誠心 純屬給旅拍做引流吧 送五張原片而且不精修 客服態度也挺冷的。感覺一般吧 精修加一張80塊 所謂的精修其實就是批量修 本人覺得不值。總是對旅拍印象一般 大家各自斟酌

BBritoCheryl was the most wonderful helpful staff , she helped me when Ctrip confused my stay and made a reservation for February instead of January 2021, she gave me a room (10 am）to rest after a long journey , then when the room was ready (2 pm) she called me to change to a bigger nicer room than the one I first booked. Then she patiently helped me to organize my day and gave me ideas. I had another problem , when I went skating I did not return my helmet ( as I was him going to use it the next day and the staff at the ski center said I could keep it ) , according to the hotel regulation you must pay 2000 deposit for them to give you the skiing card . So the next day they wanted 2000 yuan more since in the system I hadn’t returned all the equipments in time , she solved it patiently talking to the person in charge of it and explained that I shouldn’t be requested to pay again if I already paid the day before and I was going skiing today as well. She made of my stay a wonderful stay, solved each and everyone of my troubles ! ! Thank you Cheryl !
Regarding the hotel , the hotel is clean and spacious , the room includes a one entrance ticket to the water park and one entrance ticket to the hot spring and one entrance ticket to the infamous Wanda ski resort! The resort is fabulous !
The breakfast was yummy, ate a lot and the staff at the restaurant is diligent , very warm , and helpful .
I would definitely stay here next year!!! I’m so so so happy!

Eekaterina.lMe and my partner were staying in this inn during the Spring Break. It's a nice little place, and we liked our room a lot. But positive impression was spoiled by the indifferent attitude of the staff. It took them over 30minutes to organize a car from the reception to our room (5min by walk). We missed our breakfast, because no one could inform us about the time when it finishes. When we asked about it, the lady said - 7 o'clock start, when we came to the reception at 9:40am, they said that breakfast finishes at 9am, and there is nothing they can do. And 9 o'clock is really way too early to finish breakfast as it takes long time to get dressed and to get to the reception in the morning. The internet wasn't working in the room and although we asked the reception to help us, there was no cooperation from their side. We also had to ask them to bring the rubbish out, as it wasn't done after the first night.
Overall, it's a lovely inn, but we didn't feel welcome there, as the staff hasn't tried once to show support and cooperation.

PPengguna TetamuWe recently had the pleasure of staying at this capsule hotel, and I can confidently say it was one of the best lodging experiences I’ve ever had! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the stunning views of the surrounding snowy mountains and the frozen river. The breathtaking scenery was a perfect backdrop to my stay, making it a serene and relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life in Shanghai .
The capsules themselves were surprisingly spacious, immaculately clean, and very cozy. The modern design combined comfort with privacy, allowing me to unwind after a day of exploring. Each capsule is equipped with everything you need, which made our stay incredibly convenient. However, I would suggest the hotel to have coffee and tea sachets available in the little kitchenette for guests to make their own in the morning.
What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional service. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive, going out of their way to ensure my experience was nothing short of perfect. They helped , recommended and accompanied us to get a ski suit for me and to take us to and from the ski resort. They were always available to offer recommendations for local attractions, which greatly enhanced my stay. The hospitality made me feel right at home.
We loved playing in the snow, making snow angels and making a big snowman.
Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend this Capsule hotel to anyone looking for a unique lodging experience that combines stunning natural beauty with top-notch service. I can’t wait to return!
