Hotel di Changbai Mountain Luneng Resort, Baishan

New hotel with nice service and facilities. We stayed at the family suite which was huge. Easy access to restaurants and the snow field. Breakfast was good with a variety of Chinese cuisine.

I had an excellent experience at Swissotel and would like to commend the staff for their outstanding service. Checking in late at night, 刘基扬, 王国琪, 刘畅, 金学哲, and 段冰宇 went above and beyond, insisting on carrying our luggage and escorting us to our room. The responsiveness via WeChat at all hours was impressive. Any issues we raised, with these 5 staffs that we encountered were promptly addressed, and resolutions were provided without delay. The breakfast offerings were comprehensive, featuring both Western and Chinese cuisine; however, it would be helpful to have forks, spoons, and water readily available. Despite the demagnetization issue with the key card, the staff, especially 刘基扬 and 王国琪, responded instantly to our messages and ensured a swift resolution. Overall, our stay was marked by exceptional service, and I want to extend special thanks to 刘基扬, 王国琪, 刘畅, 金学哲, and 段冰宇 for their commendable efforts. 在瑞士鲁能酒店的入住体验非常好，工作人员的服务很称职。在深夜与外国护照办理入住手续时，刘基扬、王国琪、刘畅、金学哲和段冰宇非常友善，并坚持帮我们搬运行李并护送我们到房间。我们没有国内手机号，他们还主动加了微信以保持更容易的沟通。高效响应令人印象深刻。我们提出的任何问题，都得到了及时回复与解决。包括在大半夜，有多需要的刘基扬和王国琪也及时送到我们房间里，其他三位也很及时的替我们我们与相关人士联系。 酒店早餐选择丰富，中西式都有，如果能提供叉子、勺子和水的话会更完美。尽管房卡经常问题，但我遇到的那些工作人员，都能确保问题迅速解决。总的来说，体验到了瑞士鲁能出色的服务，得特别感谢刘基扬、王国琪、刘畅、金学哲和段冰宇。让我对这个酒店和中国人的印象十分好。

入住了這家酒店，體驗非常棒！首先，酒店的位置非常優越，位於華美勝地度假村，門口就可以停車。也有擺渡車去到度假村各個地點。房間寬敞明亮，裝飾現代且乾淨整潔，床非常舒適，保證了我良好的睡眠質量。酒店的服務也值得讚賞，工作人員於妍態度非常友好，細心周到，耐心且積極回覆我的各個問題～此外，客房清潔人員每天都會細緻清潔，保持房間一塵不染，令人感到賓至如歸。總的來説，這次入住讓我感到非常滿意，我一定會推薦給朋友，並期待下次再來入住！強烈表揚工作人員於妍哦～棒棒噠！

The room is spacious and exceptionally clean. We loved the Kang-style bed, which felt very authentic and added a charming touch of Northeast China’s culture. The breakfast was fantastic with a good variety of options. The staff were also very nice and attentive, making the stay even more pleasant. The only downside was the pick-up and drop-off service, which is only available for the airport. This wasn’t clearly mentioned in the package details, leading to some confusion. Overall, it was a great stay with unique cultural elements, excellent amenities, and wonderful hospitality

前台工作人員段冰宇和李耀凱的服務很好👍雖然後面有行程衹入住了一晚，但是對美憬閣的印象非常好。酒店服務和客人需要的私密性都很到位。酒店正眺長白山，看着很美很神祕。户外泡池因為衹接待酒店客人所以體驗絕佳。水温正合適，真正體驗了兩人專屬温泉，享受夜晚的星空和山下的燈光，愜意浪漫。 酒店送的漂流，車接車送，完全不用自己去預約安排，對於我們不想做攻略的客人來説非常方便。漂流人少，不用擔心在河裡和其他遊客撞船，而且河道兩邊的景色也很好看。 設施：維護很好，衞浴設施完善 衞生：房間很乾凈，沒有異味 環境：如酒店名字望·長白，很美 服務：工作人員的服務周到客氣，去山下商業街車接車送，時間都很準時。 山下商業街每晚有小節目，如果是家庭帶小朋友可以看，打鐵花好看。餐飲店鋪基本都有，但種類肯定還是萬達多，想吃的好要麼打車去萬達要麼住萬 達，但這邊酒店送的遊玩項目更有趣豐富。推薦來入住體驗！

酒店設施過老，早餐越來越差，品種過少，早餐服務比以前差太遠了，零壓房也沒感覺到和標間的差別，衹是多了一個床單上寫零壓房，但是隔壁門上都寫有零壓房，我定的一個大床一個標間的零壓房。下次不會再選擇了。

作為政府接待賓館的老底子中規中矩，外觀和大堂顯得比較大氣上檔次，服務員的有一定意識，服務響應很及時。房間挺寬敞，設施配置得比較完善，感覺還是比較規範整潔，空調十分給力，這在三北地區別具一格；無線網絡信號強，房間光源比較充沛且功能區分細緻，書桌有個枱燈很實用；床頭只有單個電源插座，手機充電應用不太方便；軟硬兩種枕頭感覺很愜意；洗手間乾濕分開，有淋浴軟管花灑，淋浴熱水量大感覺爽；洗臉池因斜坡而沒有倒鈎設定容易水漫金山，洗手間缺個臟巾筐。 賓館竟然不能點餐，周邊可選項也不多，衹好叫外賣，還衹能送到門口，沒有時下非常流行的機器人，要自個下去拿，服務手段比較落伍，觀念也顯得比較保守；餐廳環境看着挺大氣，自助早餐還算豐富可口。門前停車場安全方便，車位也挺寬敞。

服務相當好，服務部於伶珊提前兩天就已經和我們確認好了行程，安排好了我們的車接車送，車接車送真的很方便，服務部還很為我們考慮，我們不知道天池要玩很久，所以一開始行程安排錯了，服務部幫我們及時調整了，讓我們玩的很開心，酒店送的滑雪也很好玩，酒店旁邊的景色也很美，早上起床可以看到江上的霧凇，酒店的東北菜巨好吃，特別表揚五花肉燉粉條，而且飯菜價格也不貴。

The hotel is well located, about 30 min by taxi from Baishan Changbaishan airport, 10 min walk from the West slope departure center as well as many restaurants. It looks majestic from the outside and inside, although a bit old. You can enjoy inside and outside hot springs of different kinds and temperatures. There is a huge buffet with various choices for breakfast (Chinese dishes mainly, two kind of fruits and some Western options). The room was very spacious and comfortable. The carpet floor was not very clean and the room smelled like cigarette on the first day, although we asked for a non smoking room. After leaving the window open the whole day it was better and the smell did not come back.

So if you are coming here, you are going to Wanda Ski Resort. There are so many many hotels in the area that it really doesn't matter so much which one you pick. Holiday Inn is one of the furthest away from the resort, but the price reflects this. However, it is still only a 10-15min walk (even when it's cold and icy) from the resort. The hotel is busy, there will be wait for the front desk, this is why service got 4/5, but the actual information from staff was okay (no English though so god bless my Chinese partner) The hotel has a mini cinema, a restaurant and access to the ski slopes. You can hire ski's, snowboards along with all the boots and clothing required so you don't need to worry about that. In the hotel is the rental place, you rent your gear and you simply walk out of the hotel and you are at the ski slopes. Please note this is NOT the same 10min walk to Wanda ski resort, the hotel has its own access to the mountain and you use that. The restaurant is fine and breakfast was a buffet with mainly Chinese but some western stuff too. The room, it's not large, but not cramped. Very warm, we even needed the windows open at -40C outside to avoid being too hot. There is a mini supermarket in the hotel, but a better 24 hour store across the road. I think for the money paid compared to other hotels, its very good value. Maybe other hotels have bigger rooms or more restaurants, but as every hotel is next to each other, I wouldn't bother paying more to get one closer to the resort as you can save thousands of RMB for a 1 min walk. And as most of your time will be spent in Wanda ski resort, you won't be in your room much. I doubt I would return to Changbaishan / Wanda Ski resort as an area, but if I did, then as long as the value was still there, Holiday Inn Express is a good enough choice
