房間乾淨衞生，尤其是衞生間，三個功能區域分離，方便還乾淨，清潔更無死角，浴巾夠大夠厚還不硬，應該是軟化處理過的，挺清新沒有洗滌劑的氣味。床墊是蜂巢的，寢具按星際標準配置，乾淨整潔舒適。整體來説性價比還是蠻高的，個人覺得還會來這裏住。兩個卧室，小小的，很有安全感，私密空間互不打擾，能夠更好的休息。之前看有人評價房間有甲醛氣味，因為是新裝修的，哪哪都特別新，剛開門大廳確實有點氣味，房間是南北通透的，開一會兒窗空氣就換過了，最主要是兩個卧室幾乎沒有氣味，個人覺得可以接受。房間有中央空調但是不能用，酒店方面説調試階段，不知道以後能不能用，還好，長白山的晚上温度不高，不開空調也不會覺得熱。房間裏竟然跑進來了蚊子，商家如果能提供電蚊香使用就更完美了。好評，希望店家繼續物美價廉，為旅客提供這麼優質的住宿條件，實現共贏。

PPriMor🆚 This hotel and Holiday Inn Express are very similar, they are right next to each other.
✅ This Wanda seemed slightly better than H.I. Express.
✅Free shuttle service from-to airport (tell the lobby your flight info the day before you check out, they’ll tell you what time you should be at the lobby)
✅ The booking includes transportation to the west slope of Baishan Mt, cable car 🚡, bikes 🚲 in the Wanda area. (It’s seasonal)
✅ The breakfast was good, 90% Chinese style.
✅ The area has different restaurants and fast food options, if you want to go to a restaurant, look for it on 大众点评 and give them a call, they can pick - drop you off (sometimes it might rain a lot) for free.
❇️ You can ask the hotels for tours available. Sometimes it’s raining and they close the mountain 🏔.
⛔️ The floor of the bathroom is some sort of plastic and won’t make you feel comfortable.
⛔️Central A/C doesn’t work well, but you can open the window.

PPengguna TetamuWonderful ! 2nd time in Changbaishan, west area, 2nd time stayed in Pullman Resort. This is a gem of a place:
- amazing location (close to the airport, close to connection point to enter Changbaishan, surrounded by nature, super quiet);
- super friendly staff (they really go the extra mile to make your stay the best possible);
- free airport shuttle service;
- amazing food (dinners, delicious and varied breakfast)
- awesome amenities: indoor swimming pool, ping-pong, snooker, gym, majong, SPA, deer you can interact with, etc.
- they also had a healthcare team to go to the hotel, every 3 days in the morning to make the necessary covid tests.
All in all, a magnificent experience. To go back if have the chance to go to Changbaishan again.

AAMAR ANWARSo if you are coming here, you are going to Wanda Ski Resort. There are so many many hotels in the area that it really doesn't matter so much which one you pick.
Holiday Inn is one of the furthest away from the resort, but the price reflects this. However, it is still only a 10-15min walk (even when it's cold and icy) from the resort. The hotel is busy, there will be wait for the front desk, this is why service got 4/5, but the actual information from staff was okay (no English though so god bless my Chinese partner)
The hotel has a mini cinema, a restaurant and access to the ski slopes. You can hire ski's, snowboards along with all the boots and clothing required so you don't need to worry about that.
In the hotel is the rental place, you rent your gear and you simply walk out of the hotel and you are at the ski slopes. Please note this is NOT the same 10min walk to Wanda ski resort, the hotel has its own access to the mountain and you use that.
The restaurant is fine and breakfast was a buffet with mainly Chinese but some western stuff too.
The room, it's not large, but not cramped. Very warm, we even needed the windows open at -40C outside to avoid being too hot.
There is a mini supermarket in the hotel, but a better 24 hour store across the road.
I think for the money paid compared to other hotels, its very good value. Maybe other hotels have bigger rooms or more restaurants, but as every hotel is next to each other, I wouldn't bother paying more to get one closer to the resort as you can save thousands of RMB for a 1 min walk.
And as most of your time will be spent in Wanda ski resort, you won't be in your room much.
I doubt I would return to Changbaishan / Wanda Ski resort as an area, but if I did, then as long as the value was still there, Holiday Inn Express is a good enough choice

AAUNG SOEI had an excellent experience at Swissotel and would like to commend the staff for their outstanding service. Checking in late at night, 刘基扬, 王国琪, 刘畅, 金学哲, and 段冰宇 went above and beyond, insisting on carrying our luggage and escorting us to our room. The responsiveness via WeChat at all hours was impressive. Any issues we raised, with these 5 staffs that we encountered were promptly addressed, and resolutions were provided without delay. The breakfast offerings were comprehensive, featuring both Western and Chinese cuisine; however, it would be helpful to have forks, spoons, and water readily available. Despite the demagnetization issue with the key card, the staff, especially 刘基扬 and 王国琪, responded instantly to our messages and ensured a swift resolution. Overall, our stay was marked by exceptional service, and I want to extend special thanks to 刘基扬, 王国琪, 刘畅, 金学哲, and 段冰宇 for their commendable efforts.
在瑞士鲁能酒店的入住体验非常好，工作人员的服务很称职。在深夜与外国护照办理入住手续时，刘基扬、王国琪、刘畅、金学哲和段冰宇非常友善，并坚持帮我们搬运行李并护送我们到房间。我们没有国内手机号，他们还主动加了微信以保持更容易的沟通。高效响应令人印象深刻。我们提出的任何问题，都得到了及时回复与解决。包括在大半夜，有多需要的刘基扬和王国琪也及时送到我们房间里，其他三位也很及时的替我们我们与相关人士联系。
酒店早餐选择丰富，中西式都有，如果能提供叉子、勺子和水的话会更完美。尽管房卡经常问题，但我遇到的那些工作人员，都能确保问题迅速解决。总的来说，体验到了瑞士鲁能出色的服务，得特别感谢刘基扬、王国琪、刘畅、金学哲和段冰宇。让我对这个酒店和中国人的印象十分好。

SSimple Pleasures in LifeMy family had a wonderful experience staying at Jin Suites. The location is great because our room is just across the Wanda Ski Center. McDonald’s, KFC and Pizza Hut are right below our room. Hotel service was great, especially front desk Vito Fan who met our requests in a heartbeat. The living room with two adjoining bedrooms provided more space, especially to store our ski gear. Minimart at the lobby area was convenient too! Will book this hotel again when we visit Changbaishan in the future.

PPengguna TetamuGreat experience with helpful and serviceminded staff. The hotel is large and what you would expect from a Westin. We had executive lounge access that had happy hour from 17-19, which included good selection of food (not only small bites) and beverages including alcohol. The breakfast was large with a very good selection. The only small issue was that the hot tub was not warm and when we asked them to turn it up for the next day that was not possible. Good thing we had one free access to the hot spring as part of our room. The room did not allow for individual settings of the AC and after one night of 24+ we turned it off and had the balcony door open. The hotel is luckily not at the most busy part of the center, but still overlooking the slopes (and the Audi sign). Would stay again.

夏夏丽The hotel is well located, about 30 min by taxi from Baishan Changbaishan airport, 10 min walk from the West slope departure center as well as many restaurants.
It looks majestic from the outside and inside, although a bit old.
You can enjoy inside and outside hot springs of different kinds and temperatures.
There is a huge buffet with various choices for breakfast (Chinese dishes mainly, two kind of fruits and some Western options).
The room was very spacious and comfortable. The carpet floor was not very clean and the room smelled like cigarette on the first day, although we asked for a non smoking room. After leaving the window open the whole day it was better and the smell did not come back.
