作為政府接待賓館的老底子中規中矩，外觀和大堂顯得比較大氣上檔次，服務員的有一定意識，服務響應很及時。房間挺寬敞，設施配置得比較完善，感覺還是比較規範整潔，空調十分給力，這在三北地區別具一格；無線網絡信號強，房間光源比較充沛且功能區分細緻，書桌有個枱燈很實用；床頭衹有單個電源插座，手機充電應用不太方便；軟硬兩種枕頭感覺很愜意；洗手間乾濕分開，有淋浴軟管花灑，淋浴熱水量大感覺爽；洗臉池因斜坡而沒有倒鈎設定容易水漫金山，洗手間缺個臟巾筐。
賓館竟然不能點餐，周邊可選項也不多，衹好叫外賣，還衹能送到門口，沒有時下非常流行的機器人，要自個下去拿，服務手段比較落伍，觀念也顯得比較保守；餐廳環境看着挺大氣，自助早餐還算豐富可口。門前停車場安全方便，車位也挺寬敞。

房間寬敞乾淨，服務員熱情還送了小童拖鞋和牙刷，給我們一家人的入住體驗增添了不少温暖。酒店的床品也非常舒適，躺上去就像置身於雲朵之中，讓我們在旅途中能夠得到充分的休息。
衞生間的設施一應俱全，並且打掃得一塵不染，淋浴的水温調節方便，出水穩定。房間內的空調製冷效果很好，能夠快速地調節室內温度。

AAMAR ANWARSo if you are coming here, you are going to Wanda Ski Resort. There are so many many hotels in the area that it really doesn't matter so much which one you pick.
Holiday Inn is one of the furthest away from the resort, but the price reflects this. However, it is still only a 10-15min walk (even when it's cold and icy) from the resort. The hotel is busy, there will be wait for the front desk, this is why service got 4/5, but the actual information from staff was okay (no English though so god bless my Chinese partner)
The hotel has a mini cinema, a restaurant and access to the ski slopes. You can hire ski's, snowboards along with all the boots and clothing required so you don't need to worry about that.
In the hotel is the rental place, you rent your gear and you simply walk out of the hotel and you are at the ski slopes. Please note this is NOT the same 10min walk to Wanda ski resort, the hotel has its own access to the mountain and you use that.
The restaurant is fine and breakfast was a buffet with mainly Chinese but some western stuff too.
The room, it's not large, but not cramped. Very warm, we even needed the windows open at -40C outside to avoid being too hot.
There is a mini supermarket in the hotel, but a better 24 hour store across the road.
I think for the money paid compared to other hotels, its very good value. Maybe other hotels have bigger rooms or more restaurants, but as every hotel is next to each other, I wouldn't bother paying more to get one closer to the resort as you can save thousands of RMB for a 1 min walk.
And as most of your time will be spent in Wanda ski resort, you won't be in your room much.
I doubt I would return to Changbaishan / Wanda Ski resort as an area, but if I did, then as long as the value was still there, Holiday Inn Express is a good enough choice

AAUNG SOEI had an excellent experience at Swissotel and would like to commend the staff for their outstanding service. Checking in late at night, 刘基扬, 王国琪, 刘畅, 金学哲, and 段冰宇 went above and beyond, insisting on carrying our luggage and escorting us to our room. The responsiveness via WeChat at all hours was impressive. Any issues we raised, with these 5 staffs that we encountered were promptly addressed, and resolutions were provided without delay. The breakfast offerings were comprehensive, featuring both Western and Chinese cuisine; however, it would be helpful to have forks, spoons, and water readily available. Despite the demagnetization issue with the key card, the staff, especially 刘基扬 and 王国琪, responded instantly to our messages and ensured a swift resolution. Overall, our stay was marked by exceptional service, and I want to extend special thanks to 刘基扬, 王国琪, 刘畅, 金学哲, and 段冰宇 for their commendable efforts.
在瑞士鲁能酒店的入住体验非常好，工作人员的服务很称职。在深夜与外国护照办理入住手续时，刘基扬、王国琪、刘畅、金学哲和段冰宇非常友善，并坚持帮我们搬运行李并护送我们到房间。我们没有国内手机号，他们还主动加了微信以保持更容易的沟通。高效响应令人印象深刻。我们提出的任何问题，都得到了及时回复与解决。包括在大半夜，有多需要的刘基扬和王国琪也及时送到我们房间里，其他三位也很及时的替我们我们与相关人士联系。
酒店早餐选择丰富，中西式都有，如果能提供叉子、勺子和水的话会更完美。尽管房卡经常问题，但我遇到的那些工作人员，都能确保问题迅速解决。总的来说，体验到了瑞士鲁能出色的服务，得特别感谢刘基扬、王国琪、刘畅、金学哲和段冰宇。让我对这个酒店和中国人的印象十分好。

KKyle Euan RossThis is a fantastic hotel to stay at whilst skiing in Changbaishan. With it’s own ski hire desk and the cost of hire and you ski pass included in the rate (this is not well advertised), all you need to do is grab your gear and take a few steps out to the lifts.
The hotel itself is huge and the rooms well presented. There are good food options in the hotel and the small town, just outside the door, has a good few more.
The breakfast buffet was really good with a wide choice for everyone. We did not sample the restaurants in the hotel though.
Only small let down was the slight end of season feel when we were there. We had club access but there was a reluctance to keep restocking the beer and wine as it was used up. Not the end of the world but it was frustrating when there was a group of us wanting to enjoy a few apres-ski drinks. There is also an outdoor pool which was lacking in heat on a couple of occasions, not sure if this was because they perceived it was quiet and not being regularly used.
These were relatively minor grips though. The staff were very friendly and helpful and all in all would be very happy to return.

AAdrian 阿德The Pullman resort is located 15 min car drive from the airport and 15mim from the Wanda resort, where the ski station is located. The resort is very big with many amenities. The rooms are big, clean and warm.
Things I specially liked:
- Breakfast buffet. Everything was really good and were many options, both chinese and western food. One of the best that I had in China.
- Swimming pool. There is a big swimming pool and a small one for children. The water is warm and all the amenities clean, like new. Remember to bring your own cap.
- There is also a place to play pool and games in the second floor.
- I was very satisfied with the service of the whole staff. From the receptionists to the people in the buffet. They also helped us calling the taxi to go to the ski slopes. They also helped is dropping us off at the airport.
We even had an amazing Korean barbecue dinner at 10:00pm.
I would say that this is a foreigner friendly place. And without any doubt would recommend staying in this resort.

SSimple Pleasures in LifeMy family had a wonderful experience staying at Jin Suites. The location is great because our room is just across the Wanda Ski Center. McDonald’s, KFC and Pizza Hut are right below our room. Hotel service was great, especially front desk Vito Fan who met our requests in a heartbeat. The living room with two adjoining bedrooms provided more space, especially to store our ski gear. Minimart at the lobby area was convenient too! Will book this hotel again when we visit Changbaishan in the future.

PPengguna TetamuMost affordable stay nearest to the Chang Bai Shan West Slope Tourist centre and they accept foreign guests too. Very friendly female boss, easy going, always ready to offer tips on how to go around. It is from her that I learnt that the pick up point for the long distance bus to Chang Chun is just opposite the Ou Ya shopping mall. They even have a washing machine for guests to use, detergent provided too. Stayed 2 nights there.
For the long distance bus, scan the QR code on the banner outside their office to install the WeChat mini program. When purchasing tickets, if you're not from China, just key in 16 random digits for ID and 11 random digits for phone number. They only accept booking via the app. Dunno why the 8am bus is cheaper than the 7am bus. Bus stops at the World Sculpture Park in Changchun.

夏夏丽The hotel is well located, about 30 min by taxi from Baishan Changbaishan airport, 10 min walk from the West slope departure center as well as many restaurants.
It looks majestic from the outside and inside, although a bit old.
You can enjoy inside and outside hot springs of different kinds and temperatures.
There is a huge buffet with various choices for breakfast (Chinese dishes mainly, two kind of fruits and some Western options).
The room was very spacious and comfortable. The carpet floor was not very clean and the room smelled like cigarette on the first day, although we asked for a non smoking room. After leaving the window open the whole day it was better and the smell did not come back.
