My best hotel ever! Great worth to stay In sea side view room I could see crescent hotel and flame tower view clearly from the room Breakfast restaurant has out door balcony with huge food selection Gym was magnificent with sauna and 25 m Swimming Pool Room was spacious and quiet I super enjoyed to stay this hotel Highly recommended

First of all the breakfast spread is very very limited. Moreover people don’t speak English at all, it’s so difficult to communicate. Hotel of such nature needs to have more prompt people at reception. Moreover this is not a proper hotel set up more of a service apartment system. Reception services to be improved and looked upon.

The hotel is about a 5-minute walk from the airport bus arrival point. There are two entrances to the building along the street, with the hotel entrance on the right. Guest rooms are only on the 17th and 18th floors. The hotel restaurant is on the 20th floor, and you can see the Caspian Sea and Flame Tower from the terrace seats. The rooms are a little old, but they are spacious and the bathrooms are clean. The wifi sometimes cuts out, but it's usable without any problems. It's the tallest building in the area, and perhaps because of that, the street facing the entrance has a very strong wind.

Hotel is at the centre, walking distance to everything. Rooms are very spacious. Reception is rather slow. Breakfast not fancy, less than average. TV wasn’t working at my room, I notified reception but they didn’t do anything. My 4 day-visit was without TV:(

So the check in was very smooth , the guy at reception Emin was really helpful, upgraded us to an apartment . The rooms were huge in size , location was decent , the down side was that the hotel is baiscally a business center not really a hotel entrance is like a office building and only two floors of hotel rooms and one floor for lobby and bar , really run down rooms and very average breakfast , the breakfast spread was very minimal .it didn’t give a luxury vibe and in my opinion this property should be rated as 3 star

Stayed for a few nights and was impressed with this hotel..Reception was on the 19th floor with a pianist playing most evenings.Rooms are very spacious and cleaned every day.Water is complimentary and replaced every day as well..Fantastic bathroom on the 17 th floor..Breakfast was not the best but the waiter service was good including a great omelette..Most staff speak English..There is also tea/coffee facilities

The hotel is excellent. The location, the cleaning, the views from the window. I have some comments about their cafe where breakfast is served, but you can have dinner in the evening. There are no complaints about the breakfasts. They have a choice of fried eggs, omelets, pancakes, red fish, cheeses, fresh bread, and sweet pastries. Everything is delicious. However, our dinner was somewhat of an incident. Three of us came, ordered 170 manat worth of food, and my mother brought some baklava with her, wanting to have tea with it, but we were strictly forbidden to do so. They aggressively took the baklava from the table and carried it to the bar until we finished dinner. I understand that rules are rules, but it left a bad taste in our mouths. It would have been fine if we had just come and ordered tea with our own sweets... It really ruined our impression of the hotel as a whole.

I always write truthfully! About the hotel – good, even very good! We stayed at this hotel first, then moved to movenpik, well, I have something to compare it to, I regret booking two hotels instead of staying here! All the staff are friendly, we couldn't exchange the manat right away, they checked us in without paying! We paid in the morning when the banks opened, thank you so much for such flexibility, the breakfasts are excellent, some are buffet style and everything is very fresh and high-quality, not cheap, some must be ordered from the menu is included in the price of breakfast, the coffee is very tasty, the pastries are fresh, the room is large and clean, the plumbing is expensive, the floor is heated. It may seem strange that I'm writing this when it's usually over 30 degrees in Azerbaijan in August, but walking on cold stone is a real pleasure! The spa is good, there is an indoor pool and an outdoor terrace with a jacuzzi and sun loungers, the water is very warm. The room is cleaned well and on time, they give you plenty of water, generously, both plain and sparkling, which is very convenient, and you don't have to run around buying more.
