Here's the revised version with the additional detail: --- This was the worst hotel experience in my 44 years of life. I have traveled to more than 15 major countries around the world but have never encountered a hotel like this. We stayed there for 4 days and had the worst experience. From the very first day, we had issues, but we didn't have any option because we had already paid for the four days in advance. When we entered the room on the first day, we saw that the toilet was used and not flushed. I called the staff and informed them about the situation. They cleaned the washroom but didn’t apologize. The next day, we switched on the clean mode button, but nothing improved. They reused the same sheets, simply folding the blanket from the previous day, and didn’t replace basic amenities like toilet paper and soap. On the third day, we specifically requested that they change the sheets before we left. On the last day, as I was about to leave for the airport, I noticed my clothes were missing from the cupboard, which I was supposed to wear before leaving. I reported the incident to the management. Instead of questioning their staff or checking their records and CCTV footage, they harassed us by repeatedly checking our belongings and questioning us. They searched our belongings twice. I even provided proof of the clothes by showing them pictures from the day we arrived at the hotel. They said that the staff who cleaned our room was "on break" and did not act like they cared. The overall experience was very bad, with no apology for such a significant issue. Additionally, the carpet was dirty, the sheets were poorly maintained, and the pillows were hard, small, and uncomfortable. We were delayed for our flight due to their incompetence and the drama of calling the staff, who were off on the day of our departure and had supposedly cleaned our room. The issues we encountered—unflushed toilets, unchanged sheets, missing amenities, missing clothes, and the lack of care from the staff—are unacceptable for any hotel. The repeated and intrusive searches of your belongings without addressing the actual problem are particularly shocking !

The hotel is horrible…not clean, the AC is broken and the power cut many times…..not recommended at all

Сам отель больше тянет на 3*, а не на 4*. Рядом стройка, что добавляет шума, пыли и соответственно портит вид из окна. На 7-ом этаже советую не селиться, поскольку на 8-ом находится круглосуточный ресторан, в котором периодически проходят различные мероприятия, после которых персонал расставляет мебель обратно. Уснуть при таком раскладе сложно, так как шумоизоляции естественно никакой нет. Завтраки разнообразные, шведский стол, но качество еды на твёрдую тройку. Постельное бельё чистое, но с дырками. До старого города неспешным шагом примерно 25-30 минут. В общем не могу сказать, что было ужасно, но второй раз в отель точно не вернусь.

The hotel was good as location. The stuff members were amazing. The room is bad with air conditioner that you need to open up the balcony to let the air cross over. The water leaking in the other room was reaching the floor of the room from the inside. I recommend to provide a portable fan for each room or to have a parotable fan with you during traveling or to open up the balcony. P. S. Do not stay in a hotel or pay for them unless if you see the room entire.

The hotel was chosen by our local tour agent budget-friendly for the whole stay. The language barrier was there; as expected but that was manageable What I didn't like * Poor room arrangement - even though the rooms were kept clean and tidy it lacked the coziness and comfort of a hotel; fewer pillows, and bedding was not arranged. * Very slow room service. * Breakfast buffet was not that great (especially for picky eaters I would say - the options were very less)

Location: Excellent Personnel: Excellent Breakfast: Good - Excellent Overall: Excellent Our trip went nice and safe. Most of the Land Marks are within 15 - 20 min of walk-able distance. For tours, we have taken the help of Reception personnel in Baku and outside. We traveled by Taxi - best is to get a local SIM and download BOLT Application - not worth having a rented car especially at the rush hours... Airport is 20-25 min by car; pick-up and drop off from/to Airport was arranged by Reception personnel. Nice experience which we plan to repeat.

Неплохой отель недалеко от центра города. Один день не работал кондиционер и это было ужасно! К вечеру починили. Завтраки специфические. Убирают средне. На три с плюсом и уборка и завтраки. В баре цены средние. В целом, для отдыха в Баку отель неплохой.

Отель не стоит своих денег. Заранее зарезервировали номер, почти за месяц, прибыли, номер оказался занят, нам предложили три других номера, непохожих на тот, что бронировали, затем на четвертом было принято решение остаться, но номер был грязный, в волосах и разбитом стекле. Нам сказали на стойке, что к возвращению номер будет чистый и с комплиментом, тарелкой фруктов. При возвращении осталось все грязным и без комплимента. Нам предложили еще три номера. Один с ужасным запахом уксуса, второй с волосами, третий с жуками. В итоге в 00:30 ночи мы ожидаем, когда нам уберут номер. Когда я спросила про фрукты, работник ресепшена с ухмылкой спросил: вы что, хотите фрукты? Работники отеля никак не проявили заботу к своим гостям. Больше сюда не вернемся.

A aimé · Idéalement placé à proximité de la gare et du front de mer. Le personnel est agréable et présent en cas de soucis. La chambre est très confortable et propre. Le petit-déjeuner buffet est complet et bien fournit. N'a pas aimé · La dureté du lit.

Цена/ качество. За 4500 руб. наверное это нормально. Но мы там жить не смогли -когда заселились не было воды (вообще никакой) -рядом стройка и очень грязные окна,а они Панорамные - мебель нуждается в ремонте -на постельном белье были длинные черные волосы -матрац очень продавлен -далеко от достопримечательностей
