"I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The quality was way nicer than anywhere else i have stayed at for the same price. The room was beautiful and all the amenities like the shower and the toilet were absolutely amazing. They have heated toilet seats and a bidet!!! I was tempted to extended my stay in beijing before flying out to a different city just so I could stay here longer. The staff were also incredibly kinda and helpful and I enjoyed the location, the train station is walking distance and there are lots of food options nearby. 10/10 experience"

"The hotel offers complimentary self-service mineral water, beverages, snacks, and fruits at the front desk! They also have laundry service, where staff wash, dry, and deliver your clothes right to your room – super convenient! Plus, there's a robot that delivers takeout to your room! During breakfast, the manager personally served us in the dining area, even bringing us noodles. The attitude and service were excellent! It's rare to find a hotel with such thoughtful service. When we checked out, the front desk staff even offered us mineral water. A truly fantastic hotel! The price of this hotel offers incredible value for money within Beijing's Fourth Ring Road! It's only a 30-minute subway ride to popular attractions like Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City, and the National Museum."

"We arrived at 4 AM, and the front desk staff was still very welcoming. They helped us store our luggage, booked breakfast for us, and even allowed us a late check-out. I had also sent some packages to the hotel beforehand, and they thoughtfully received them on my behalf, which was incredibly convenient!"

"The interior of the hotel look very new. The room is clean and spacious. The location is very convenient, it located in between 2 stations that allow us to access to 2 different metro line. One of the train station is just underneath the in88 mall nearby. It is very close to walking street that full with malls and allow us to just shop around that area when we don't feel like travel far away from hotel. The receptionist is quite helpful. When we complained that the room is too warm and the air cond seems to have problem, they even allow us to change to another room."

The mattress was perfectly firm, the high-thread-count bedding felt soft and silky against the skin, and with the excellent blackout curtains, I, tired from my journey, enjoyed a perfect night's sleep. The bathroom had a well-designed wet/dry separation, and the smart toilet and high-quality toiletries felt luxurious. Even the anti-fog mirror and separate magnifying mirror on the vanity were thought of – every detail showed genuine care. What was even more heartwarming were the hotel's value-added services. I received fresh welcome fruit upon arrival, and there were complimentary late-night snacks offered in the evening. Upon check-out, the front desk proactively asked if I needed a late check-out and thoughtfully prepared a farewell gift. Every staff member I encountered was smiling and greeted me warmly, and they responded to requests incredibly quickly. That kind of unforced yet perfectly timed care made me feel truly welcome.
