房間很大，設施和床品很新，還送水果，服務態度也很好。但不知道為什麼空調開不了暖氣，原來是製冷模式，晚上挺冷就換成制熱模式，就只有風扇吹風，房間不暖，小朋友都挨冷咳嗽了。小童樂園的水是冷的，辦理入住時，問了服務員，説是温泉水，孩子晚飯都沒吃迫不期待的要去玩，結果到裏面伸腳進去才知道是冷水，他很不開心，説酒店怎麼騙人的。後來衹好帶他到大人池子一起玩，也蠻開心的。早餐很豐盛，孩子吃的飽飽的。

來之前很怕是lowlow的集裝箱，到了之後不僅沒失望還有很多細節精洗房間寬敞，乾淨，全屋智能，張嘴説話就行。服務細節比較讚的是：房間的茶杯，刷牙杯，都用的一次性硬殼杯，絕對乾淨衞生，理解大多數客户的擔憂。毛巾+浴巾都用消毒包裝包裝。再説好玩，別墅院子裏有烤爐架，有温泉池，我們一家人，大人燒烤聚會，小孩泡温泉。公共區域的草坪，寵物高興壞了，隨意玩耍，主人不看着也不怕丟。這裏人少，山裡的清凈，舒服服務管家的服務也很到位，隨叫隨到，主動幫我們生炭火，搬露營桌，送咖啡，送泡茶的水細緻細心。姑婆山一帶最新的民宿，非常有特色，性價比高
