This is a great hotel near a beautiful lake with wonderful views. The swimming pool is amazing. The service is excellent and the staff are super friendly. Everything is perfectly clean and they give you some complimentary fruits. It's not far from Jinhua city, about 35-40 minutes ride. If you take a ride (Didi or Taxi), make sure you talk to the reception staff to get you a ride back because it's difficult to get one through the apps, but they can help you to get a cab. I highly recommend this hotel.

前台小哥哥服務很好，提前電話聯繫好入住時間，在門口等，因為酒店沒有停車場，門口停一下拿了行李，車停在對面萬佛塔的地下停車場。酒店環境不錯，邊上就是商業步行街，東西麼一般般，沒什特色。

住的是家庭房，還是有些侷促的。門口有一塊麪積挺浪費的，不過正好可以打開放個行李箱。衞生間佈局挺好的，但是洗澡的和上廁所之間是玻璃門透明的。雖然房間有陽台，但是陽台上沒有椅子也是蠻奇怪的。是個衹能站的陽台。早餐品種還算豐富的，但是味道都一般，天冷了，菜品如何保温還得再考慮一下。酒店位置還行吧，去雙龍洞、熊貓豬豬大概都在20到30分鐘左右。

剛到酒店，超大的免費停車場就讓我好感倍增，對於開車出行的人來説，停車方便真的太重要了。辦理入住時，前台工作人員熱情周到，服務態度特別好。不巧我到店時間有點晚，沒想到前台居然免費幫我升級到了浴缸房，還貼心地贈送了泡腳服務，這一系列操作直接把我的疲憊感一掃而空。
走進房間，更是驚喜滿滿。房間寬敞明亮，佈置温馨，超大的化粧鏡，滿足了愛美的我各種臭美需求。柔軟的超大浴袍，穿上就不想脱下來。還有那超清晰的投影儀和巨大幕布，往床上一躺，沉浸式看電影，簡直不要太愜意。
晚上出門覓食，發現酒店旁邊就是熱鬧的小吃夜市和商城，各種美食、商品琳琅滿目，吃喝玩樂一站式搞定。回到酒店，泡完腳再在浴缸裏舒舒服服泡個澡，一天的疲憊都被水沖走了，別提多放鬆了。
真的沒想到，衹要一百多就能享受到這樣高品質的服務和房間。無論是從服務細節，還是房間設施，都能看出酒店的用心。這次入住體驗太棒了，真心推薦給大家，下次有出行計劃，不妨來這裏試試，相信你也會愛上它！

PPengguna Tetamu總結就是配套和服務體驗很🉑。閉着眼睛選的這家，全中式的裝修，曲徑通幽，美輪美奐，是一座古樸的寶藏之地；温柔嫻靜的管家小姐姐們，對我提出的要求全都提前安排妥當；從大床免費升級到套房，配套高端大氣（比如咖啡杯是Dior的）。就我本人住過的同等價位的酒店而言，相比之下還是比較有特點的。另外，早餐是套餐制，雖然少了眼花繚亂的豐富，但本地阿姨包的餛飩、豆角肉餅和湯麪，真的是美味可口。唯一美中不足的，就是正餐沒有菜單，固定菜色偏西式而非本地特色。第一天晚餐是我提供思路，再由廚房配菜烹飪。希望下次來的時候會有不同，哈哈哈

**Check-In Experience:**
We arrived at Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us warmly and provided all the necessary information about our stay. However, the English was limited, but at least it was smooth and no hassles.
**Room Comfort:**
Our room was spacious and well-appointed. We appreciated the comfortable king sized bed, view, huge bathtub, cleanliness, and spaciousness. However, as a coffee lover, there was only one serving of coffee, so when we woke up the next morning I was quite upset that only myself was able to enjoy an early morning coffee. Nevertheless, it was perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.
**Facilities:**
The hotel offered various facilities that enhanced our stay. We particularly enjoyed facilities like a fitness center, indoor pool, hot springs, table tennis and the pool table. The breakfast buffet was delightful, offering a mix of local and international cuisine.
**Service:**
The staff was exceptional. They were always available and eager to assist with any requests. Their friendly approach made our stay even more pleasant. The front desk manager Kang was super friendly and arranged for the coffee bar to open earlier the day we checked out.
**Room for Improvement:**
While our overall experience was positive, there were a couple of areas for improvement. We traveled with our 7 month old daughter and the noise and maintenance were quite unpleasant. However, these didn’t detract significantly from our enjoyment.
**Final Thoughts:**
This international hotel is just a few minutes' drive from the city, offering a serene escape with a beautiful exterior. Guests are welcomed by a picturesque fish pond, vibrant gardens, playful rabbits, and a designated play area for kids, making it an ideal family-friendly destination.
In addition to comfortable accommodations and expected amenities, the hotel provides a relaxing environment for guests of all ages.
Would we return? Absolutely!

GGanesh VikasRecently We visited Yongkang, and found the Perfect place. Great Hospitality, Perfect location and perfect Staff. Especially Miss Zhang. And her team. (Owner lady too.) We being at new place new country with lot of language barrier but still they were ready to help, even though they don't know English but they never got angry but always communicated using translator. Especially front desk Girl Miss Zhang. She is doing great job. Only problem here was Food, since they have only breakfast which was. Pretty good, but no other meal. And we being pure vegetarian had to suffer as all hotels nearby by offer only non veg. But it has nothing to do with Hotel services, I hope I do come back here in future and experience the same.
最近我们去了永康，找到了完美的地方。热情好客，完美的位置和完美的员工。尤其是张小姐。还有她的团队。 （老板娘也是。）我们在新的地方，新的国家，有很多语言障碍，但他们仍然愿意提供帮助，即使他们不懂英语，但他们从不生气，但总是使用翻译进行交流。尤其是前台小姑娘张小姐。她做得很好。这里唯一的问题是食物，因为他们只提供早餐。还不错，就是没有其他餐了。我们是纯素食主义者，因此不得不忍受痛苦，因为附近的所有酒店都只提供非素食。但这与酒店服务无关，我希望我以后能回到这里并享受同样的体验。

I tried the western breakfast which is bread and coffee as the Chinese one which I personally preferred but their were both really good, left it at our door at the selected time. The video projector in the room is also very good quality and perfect for a night movie in couple. I definitely will comeback to this hotel and recommend it.

FFrancisco VertedorPerfect stay for a family trip to Yiwu. The hotel is by a small lake surrounded by gardens. It’s near the botanical gardens and a small zoo. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the view excellent.
The staff was very friendly and helpful although they didn’t speak English or any other foreign language.
The hotel seemed understaffed because we had to ask several times before someone got done.
Overall, totally recommend for families and couples for a romantic escape.

RRolixThe hotel was located in calm environment which was about twenty five minutes drive away from the city center. This made it a perfect location for relaxation and getting away from hassle of the city. This location also allowed for easy access to malls and lovely scenic views. Additionally, it was opposite the Sheraton Hotel.
The staff was quite hospitable, providing a quick check in time. The room had a modern and unique layout. However, there was a leak at the face basin which caused the washroom area to be wet and hard to easily maneuver. After notifying front desk the leak was promptly fixed.
Finally, breakfast was good but it lacked variety in Western as well as Chinese dishes. We hope to see more added to the breakfast option.
All in all, it was a good stay and we will definitely recommend it for a romantic get away or just relaxation time.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my two friends and had a pleasant experience overall. The owner, a lovely lady, was incredibly friendly and made sure I felt welcome throughout my stay. The location is super convenient, with plenty of restaurants, fruit markets, and mini supermarkets nearby, making it easy to explore and grab anything you need.
The hotel is about 16 km away from the main attractions, roughly an hour's drive, so it’s a bit out of the way, but that also means it's quieter. The room itself was not the cleanest, but for the price, it was worth it. The essentials were covered with hot water, air conditioning, and all the basic amenities you’d expect, including free toiletries.
One of the best parts is that the hotel accepts foreigners without any issues, which made my stay stress-free. If you're looking for budget-friendly accommodation with all the basic comforts and a very kind host, this place is a solid choice.
