Our hotel experience was truly enjoyable, thanks to the welcoming staff, impeccable service, and cleanliness. A special mention goes to the ladies at the reception who went above and beyond, assisting with our activity bookings and arranging a complimentary drop-off at Yabuli station. The hotel's superb food further enhanced the overall satisfaction of our stay. The hotel restaurant staff deserves a commendation too – they are exceptionally nice and friendly, ensuring they genuinely enhance our overall stay with their warm and welcoming service.

All staff are very friendly and helpful. They also helped us with renting all ski equipments for enjoyable ski experience. Thanks for everything.

Beautiful homestay! Hosts were very friendly and helpful throughout. Breakfast was simple and comforting. The rooms seems newly renovated with really clean and well facilities. Highly recommended! However do note that there is no lift and can he quite a hassle with heavy baggages

別墅很乾凈，裝修風格很喜歡，這次訂的立夏閣和立秋閣，都是雙床房，床都是一米五的，跟孩子一起睡也不擠。而且運氣超好當晚衹有我們一家人，相當於包了整棟。店主帥哥服務很周到有求必應，唯一就是立夏閣地暖太熱了，後來開了會兒窗户降了。早餐要在另一棟吃，不過很近，早餐也很豐盛，都是店裡自己種的，那個白瓤番薯很特別第一次吃很好吃。是爾濱此行最滿意的住宿

酒店環境優美：首先，我要讚美酒店環境，大堂裝飾豪華，乾淨整潔，房間內設施齊全，床鋪舒適。 服務態度一流：酒店員工的服務態度非常熱情周到，總是盡力滿足客人的需求，讓人感到舒心 總之，對這次入住體驗非常滿意，會推薦這家酒店，出差首選，同時也會選擇再次入住。

The hotel is far, only need to use a taxi. When I arrived, I was very shocked because it was like a home, not a hotel. There was an auntie who spoke English but didn't speak Chinese. We communicated for a long time and then understood. Auntie opened the upstairs room for me because the first room she opened downstairs had a musty smell. If you want to stay, I recommend coming early in the morning because I arrived in the evening and before I could communicate with Auntie, the sky was dark and it was difficult to go out to eat. Breakfast is Chinese style porridge at Auntie's house in front. Auntie is kind. If there is anything missing, you can ask, but it will be difficult to communicate. The whole house has only one room for rent, like in the picture, but the soap is gone. At night, dogs bark very loudly because there is a dog cage in the back of the house next to the room. Overall, I don't recommend it because traveling is difficult. I recommend taking the train back to sleep in the city.

這家民宿無敵了，整體是美式的風格，實木裝修，老闆給升級了房型，投影的質感很好，高清大屏幕，床品特別舒適，最喜歡衞生間的設計，乾濕分離，智能衞浴，房間衞生做的很好，非常乾淨，反正就是非常滿意，無敵到爆炸的民宿，等冬天來滑雪還住她家！

房東小姐姐非常好，房子也非常乾淨，設施也很齊全，拍照很出片，房間也乾淨整潔，很温馨，很精美，而且特別有東北特色，給人的感覺煥然一新，打破了傳統民宿的白色床單很上檔次，躺着也很舒服。價格還挺實惠的。房東也很好，會主動詢問中間是否需要打掃，還給補充了瓶裝水，確實是一家良心民宿，感覺很棒!

走過很多地方，這家民宿真的太乾淨了，超出我的想象。 老闆兩口子人非常好，非常貼心。我們走後已經行駛300公里，把電動牙刷忘記在酒店，老闆娘主動聯繫我們，問清地址後郵寄給我們。 院子種了多種蔬菜、水果，我們退房時還給我們摘了熟的小蘋果與白菜。

民宿環境環境衞生好，房間的隔音也好，外界也比較安靜，有什麼問題打給老闆，他們會很快速地處理你的問題，辦事效率高，服務熱情，房間非常乾淨，非常滿意。其次老闆人也很熱心，我們外來的不知道怎麼玩，老闆很熱心的給我們講了旅遊攻略，還全程帶着我們玩的，雪場滑雪，大禿頂子山和雪鄉全程 提供接送，給我們減少了很多不必要的花銷，也節省了很多時間，吃住行老闆都一站式服務，總之，此次旅程十分開心。體驗很棒！房間不錯！設施很好！性價比高！給民宿點贊，給老闆點贊👍👍👍[強][強][強]！！！
