Hotel is well maintained to keep the Mysore Palace look… staff is friendly and attend to visitor needs on priority…. Taste of food is good… play of traditional music gives touch of culture… perfect premium place for stay for Indian families and foreign visitors

Best Hotel Best staff everything is excellent.Had an absolutely delightful stay at radiance.From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and taken care of.

The rooms are good no doubt. But the service is very poor. In the evening we went to their garden restaurant for dinner and all stewards are standing at the corner and chit chatting. No one bothers about the customer. When we order something they give another thing and they argue rudely with us. Morning breakfast complimentary. They just give one item and then after 30min they just pop up and ask for another thing. Like this they want to control the cost. Not worth the money we spent there

Отель нормальный, расположение удачное, близко ко всем магазинам и кафе, йога студиям, но не в центре событий, с 23.00 до 5 утра тихо, в остальное время очень шумно, так как отель на дороге. Очень отзывчивый персонал, готовый помочь в любом вопросе,не стесняйтесь спрашивать, но по английски не говорят практически. Есть общая кухня на крыше с холодильником, газовыми плитами,стиральной машиной (очень старая и нужно за ней следить, поэтому не стала пользоваться) и некоторой посудой. Мне досталась комната с окнами в 30-40 см от соседнего дома, поэтому было очень темно и сыро даже днём, в ванной при заселении нашла окурки и упаковки от шампуня на окне, уборки за 4 дня не предлагали. Может мне не повезло с комнатой, конечно, надо смотреть при заселении. В шкафу тоже были грязные пятна, которые пришлось вытирать. Вода горячая не весь день, по моим наблюдениям: с 8-9 утра до 12-13 дня только, как это работает так и не поняла. В целом, всё нормально, но стоит обратить внимание на уборку и внимательно посмотреть номер при заселении. Видела соседние номера, выглядели приличнее.

I have stayed for 2 days (3 day gap in each day) and fortunately got the same room both time. it was a nice stay and room are same as shown in picture but food is not available in hotel, you have to visit nearby hotel for food, which also owned by same owner, during second day hot water is not available then hotel staff gave us hot water bucket for bath, overall good

I have taken an option of complimentary breakfast but the hotel staff provided the breakfast only after asking few times and after telling that i will raise issue with mmt. Their main problem is they don't have restaurant. So at first place they should not give option of breakfast while booking itself. Other than this, our stay was very comfortable in the room. I had a wonderful stay at this lovely boutique hotel - Atrium in Mysore. The ever smiling staff took good care of our stay and more than anything they are very hospitable and take extra efforts to make your stay comfortable. Right from the check-in to check out it was a great experience. The food at their Swad restaurant is very tasty especially the breakfast spread we enjoyed it a lot. Kudos to the management for ensuring I had a memorable stay. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Mysore.
