"A lovely boutique hotel with a great host who was extremely helpful both before and during our brief stay. Great tips and advice we’re shared about how to get into the centre and get back again.
The hotel is very modern with a lift to make getting to your floor easier (really helpful after a climb up from the town). The amenities in the room were great and I loved the fact that there was a historical fresco on the walls, beautifully preserved.
Breakfast on the balcony was amazing. Wonderful views, perfect shade and a delicious and fresh selection of foods to enjoy, supplemented by great coffee.
Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend."

We had a wonderful stay in Positano, and a big part of that was thanks to Katia, who went above and beyond in every way. She offered truly exceptional service — anything we needed, she was there to help, even meeting us at the parking lot to walk us to the hotel.
The location is perfect, right in the heart of Positano, and the room we stayed in was spacious, very clean, and well organized. The hotel has only two rooms, which makes it feel incredibly intimate and private — a rare find.
Breakfast was also great, and it’s delivered to your room every morning, which made the experience even more relaxing. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay. Perfect location, is on the busy pedestrian street of Positano but the minute you enter the hotel is a luxury oasis. Beautifully designed courtyard and swimming pool, a perfect place to spend the morning or afternoon. Classic Room was spacious even with a baby cot, not modern but has its charm.
The staff are excellent, especially Antonio at the pool who took such good care of us and always carries a smile and with excellent drinks. The lady at breakfast is also so attentive to our family. Some staff are lacking friendliness which should be reviewed as 90% of the team are generally wonderful.
Great breakfast buffet selection, with scrambled eggs, cheeses, cold cut, fresh fruits, fresh organic juice and pastries.
Early evening in the courtyard with drinks and live music is such the perfect way to end the day. Highly recommend this beautiful property!

Very beautiful hotel and decoration of the room/common area has fantastic taste. The staff are very polite, sincere and helpful. The most hygienic hotel I have ever stay , I saw the staff did thorough cleaning at breakfast/cafe sitting area, I felt so safe to stay here .

heyjessGreat location, walkable distance to the beach, ferries, and local shops and restaurants. Spacious room and if you select the ocean view with balcony you'll have an additional sun room if you don't want to be outside. Went during the heatwave so this was perfect! The restroom was a bit smaller, but there's plenty of space in the room with the additional tables. There is no parking at the hotel, if you rent a car you will need to park in the closest garage, which is walkable distance - less than 10 mins away depending how fast you walk.

Eden Roc exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with a complimentary bottle of champagne in each room, which was a wonderful touch. Even better, everything in the minibar was included at no extra charge.
The rooms are spacious, elegant, and extremely comfortable. The rooftop is spectacular, with an amazing pool and breathtaking views of the Mediterranean. The food was delicious, and the staff delivered truly first-class service throughout our stay—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help.
Without question, this will be my hotel of choice every time I return to Positano. I couldn’t recommend it more highly.

Nat 李凤临Considering the price everything should have been much better but the location is the main selling point I get it. I was given a bottle of Prosecco as a welcome drink. My room was overlooking trash cans. And was noisy during the night and early morning. If you ignore the trash cans, the view is to die for. The balcony is tiny but cute, the room also pretty small. The bathroom a bit tacky and outdated. The restaurant and breakfast options was very retro and the balcony with the best views was too hot to sit on (could have fans and a mobile AC), so I sat inside, missing out on the view. The huge but lovely tessellated room key had to be left at the reception desk which made moving around inconvenient. The pool is nice but the pool restaurant is very unpleasant to eat at, again because of the heat. The pool shower doesn’t have any gels or shampoos. There is no proper changing room nor are you provided slippers (I checked in early and wanted to go for a swim).

Our stay at Hotel Vittoria was a lovely experience. The room was spacious, clean, and designed in a beautiful Greek-inspired style. Despite not having air conditioning, the room remained comfortably cool thanks to its location near the sea. One of the highlights was the balcony with a stunning view—my partner and I enjoyed a peaceful evening watching the sunset from there.
A big concern for us in Positano was managing our two bulky luggages, but the staff, especially Christina and Roberta, were incredibly helpful and responsive. They kindly arranged for porters to assist with our luggage during both check-in and check-out, which made a huge difference.
Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. We especially enjoyed their homemade drinks like the chocolate and americano. While the room didn’t have a kettle, the staff gladly provided us with hot water at night whenever needed.
Overall, a relaxing and memorable stay with excellent service!

We were allowed early check-in at 10am, whereby I am really thankful for.
Breakfast serves from 8am to 9:30am.
Breakfast is simple with freshly baked cornetto/croissant, yoghurt, cakes, cereal, hot coffee, cuppacino, orange juice, etc.
There is also a self-service hot-coco dispenser machine.
There is about 100 steps to take in order to reach the property from the service road.

해변 바로 앞에 위치해 있고, 숙소 바로 앞에는 music bar도 있어서 공짜로 좋은 음악까지 들을 수 있어요. 포지타노에 이보다 좋은 위치의 숙소가 있을까 싶은 정도입니다.
에어컨, 냉장도 모두 구비되어있어요.
체크인 할때 숙소 입구찾기가 조금 힘드실 수 있는데, 노란색 큰 건물이 숙소이고, 숙소를 바라보고 왼쪽에 있는 레스토랑과 숙소 사이에 입구가 있습니다. 그 철로 된 문으로 들어가시면 나오는 곳이 숙소입니다!
호스트는 rossa 라는 할머니이신데, 영어를 엄청 잘하시진 못하지만 최대한 친절하고 쉽게 설명해주시려고 노력해요. 체크아웃날 porter 서비스 이용하고 싶다고 하니까 예약도 다 해주셨어요.
후기 안좋은 내용이 많아서 걱정했는데, 정말 좋았습니다. 너무 아름답고 좋은 최고의 숙소였어요. 저희는 방도 업그레이드 해주셨습니다.

It is located right in front of the beach, and there is a music bar right in front of the accommodation, so you can listen to good music for free. I wonder if there is a better accommodation than this.
