結婚記念日のお祝いで利用させていただきました。 以前、雑誌で拝見したことがあり、ずっと気になっていて、今回は念願が叶って伺うことができました。 お部屋もお料理もスタッフのみなさんも、期待以上でとてもいい時間を2人で過ごすことができました。 施設名のLOQUATは、「びわ」の意味だそうで、敷地内には、この地域でしかお目にかかれない「白びわ」があるそうです。 ディナーの際に、素敵な話だなあと思って聞いていたら、なんと、チェックアウト後に、ちょうど今が季節なのでとスタッフの方にご提案いただき、収穫体験をさせていただきました。 とても楽しく貴重な体験になりました。 びわ酒作りの体験もしているそうで、とてもおもしろそうです。 今後はさらに様々な体験のプランも増やしていく予定とのことで、とても楽しみです。 ぜひまた大切な日に訪れたい宿です。

Amazing今天必須給這個酒店超5🌟點評.首先酒店提前發郵件確認接送和食物過是否過敏情況.然後等我們一到酒店就能感受到酒店人員的熱情和通過專業培訓的出來的服務態度.幾乎每個工作人員都給予了真誠又友善的笑容.特別是接待我們帶我們去入住房間的可愛妹子和晚上值班的前台小哥.真的給客人一種賓至如歸的感覺.接着是酒店的有個開放式廚房,和環境優雅就餐環境.餐食相當精緻美味絕對不比3🌟米其林遜色,而且連酒店免費供應的豆奶牛奶等都是高質量美味的.酒店內和周邊風景都很好也適合徒步,他們還有一個遊樂室也很棒.可惜我們到達酒店時間晚第二天又一早離開所以沒來得及好好感受這美好的一切.總之這是一個我會再回來的酒店.強烈推薦.

Absolutely gem of a ryokan and our favourite place to stay. Admittedly we did have the western beds (very cozy). Having a room along the river and across the suspension bridge was magical and exciting. Everything was perfect. The staff were so welcoming and made us feel incredibly at home from the moment we arrived. The highlight for us was our private riverside onsen right in our room—soaking there with the sound of the river rushing by was pure magic. The beautiful ”Kikuya Pond” (KKJ pond) and the overall historic, serene layout of the property added so much charm to the experience. The Kaiseki dining was utterly delicious, beautifully presented, and a true culinary highlight of our trip. As Westerners, we felt incredibly valued, respected, and well-taken care of by the staff. That being said, hospitality goes both ways! We highly recommend that fellow Western travellers take the time to learn basic Japanese phrases and standard ryokan etiquette before visiting. It’s a two-way street, and showing that respect makes an already world-class experience even more meaningful. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer. We cannot recommend Yukairo Kikuya highly enough and cannot wait to return. Our Japanese Summary (日本語の要約) 湯回廊 菊屋での滞在は、今回の旅で間違いなく最高の思い出になりました！吊り橋を渡った川沿いの客室は本当に幻想的で、客室の源泉かけ流し露天風呂から眺める川の景色とせせらぎは最高に贅沢な時間でした。美しい菊屋の池など、どこを切り取っても素晴らしい佇まいです。 お料理（懐石料理）はどれも大変美味しく、スタッフの皆様にも温かく迎えていただき、心からおもてなしを感じることができました。もっと長く延泊すればよかったと、それだけが心残りです。必ずまた伺います。素晴らしい時間を本当にありがとうございました！

母の米寿のお祝いで利用させていただきました。 到着すると、2人の女性が待っていてくださり、すぐに荷物を運んでくれました。 お部屋から眺める日本庭園も素晴らしく、新緑が鮮やかで心も癒されました。 個室でいただくお夕食は、季節を感じる懐石料理で、一品ずつタイミングよく出してくださり、素敵な器でいただくお料理はどれもとても美味しかったです。 無料で利用できるカフェでは、食後のコーヒーを美味しくいただきました。 お風呂は、男女の入れ替えがあり両方の大浴場を楽しむことができました。 館内の随所にあるお花や調度品も素晴らしく、ゆっくり見させていただきました。 担当の若い男の方の接客が親切で、丁寧に説明してくださり、気持ちよく過ごすことができました。 また違う季節にぜひ伺いたいと思える宿です。

슈젠지 온천 마을을 혼자 머문다면 훌륭한 숙소일 거 같아요… 급하게 예약하다 보니 료칸 예약을 못했는데, 다행히 괜찮은 숙소를 찾은 거 같네요. 방이 참 아담하고 다락방 느낌이고 라운지와 부엌 식당이 있어서 편하게 쉬었어요. 혼자서 온천 마을을 방문한다면 강력 추천👍옛날 일본식 2층 집으로 개조한 느낌이라 뭔가 묘한 느낌이였어요, 유카타도 대여 가능했고요. 목욕탕이 조금 낡은 느낌이라서 온천욕 체험할 겸 해서 슈젠지 대중 온천탕을 이용해보세요 ㅋ

房間不大，日式風格，但很乾凈，最好的是早晚餐，會席料理，每一道都非常精緻、用心，非常美味，超預期。湯是私湯，花園之湯，非常好👍

Not a bad place but a little bit dated. Dont understand why they would need to charge if using the Sauna, this is pretty basic at an Onsen resort. The hotel onsen and hotel activities were all pretty average, but the room has a direct view of Mt Fuji. 1 night is good enough at this hotel, it's time they do a renovation

I had a wonderful stay at Laforet Shuzenji Sanshisuimei. Overall, the experience was excellent and very relaxing. I booked the Mt. Fuji Side Hot Spring Open-air Bath room, and it was absolutely worth it. The room was very spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. Having a private onsen bath in the room made the stay feel extra special. Soaking in the open-air bath while enjoying the peaceful mountain surroundings was truly unforgettable. The location is tucked away in the mountains, which makes it perfect for those who value privacy, tranquility, and a quiet escape from the city. However, it may not be ideal for travelers looking for a highly convenient or easily accessible location. I drove there and would strongly recommend doing so. Complimentary parking is available, which made the trip very convenient. One small note for future guests: toothbrushes are not provided in the room and need to be purchased at check-in, so it’s good to prepare in advance. The only minor issue during my stay was that the temperature control for the private onsen bath in my room was not functioning perfectly. It would be great if this could be improved. That said, it did not take away from the overall enjoyment of the stay. Overall, it was a fantastic and rejuvenating experience. I would definitely consider returning for another peaceful getaway.

趕在酒店check_in結束前5分鐘趕到酒店，入住時間卡得有點緊，17:00前需入住，在土肥金山匆匆忙忙淘金30分鐘，快馬加鞭趕到。酒店有2間公共的私湯在三樓，房間外露台有私湯，觀海、賞景、泡着温泉私湯，美哉。

The hotel and staff are pretty nice. The onsen and facilities are good. The only thing that should be improved is the accessibility to WiFi. There is no WiFi in our room or in most of the hotel area as well.
