Mutfak kisminda Erkan Guven bey’e bize bu lezzetli yemekleri ekibi ile birlikte sundugu icin cok tesekkur ederiz.. Ayrıca sahilde bizlere o güzel gözlemeleri pişiren Şadiye ablaya, teşekkür ederiz. This is one of the best hotels in Icmeler (Marmaris). They are just great for families with children. They have a nice play ground, friendly staff in kids club, nice territory, perfect beach. Rooms is quiet big and nice equipped. They also have beautiful pools and spa. Thanks for all staff who doing a great job. One evening all staff from kids club did a mini disco just for our children 😀 that was such cute. I am 100% recommending this place for your holidays

Please continue to read why I rated it a one star it was due to an act in which I will go into detail from Ali. I would like to start the review with all the positives. The venue is in a lovely location set back from the hustle and bustle of the centre of Icemeler. The rooms are spacious and cleaned daily, each day we were provided three toilet rolls and fresh towels which were to a high quality. All the entertainment staff are extremely hard working and offer a range of activities. They have a break mid day which is perfect for those who want to be active then relax in the sunshine. There are plenty of sunbeds and staff will get extras if needed. The food from the restaurant was really nice and I would recommend their Desti Kebab. The ice cream is really reasonable priced and is so tasty perfect for a treat in the sunshine. There are alot of cats but they are treated really well and looked after and myself and my children love cats so we really enjoyed their company. The waiters are really polite and caring and work hard to ensure you have everything you need. Now for the negative. Unfortunately on one of the days I was sat with my 16 year old daughter in the restaurant when it was quite as she was catching up on her studies, we had already been served our drinks and were enjoying the quite time in the sun. I was reading my book and had my hair in a pony tail. Ali (aka Mr Ali) the restaurant/bar manager, came up behind me and grabbed my pony tail with force pulling my hair back. He stated 'you like your hair being pulled don't you? ' I nervously laughed and said 'Ali what the bleep?' At this point he was still pulling my hair back and pulled it hard back again, I repeated asked him to stop and he then stated 'I won't stop because you like it' at this point I had to raise my hand up and try and prise his hand off. He then stopped. I was in complete shock as we had been at the resort for over a week at this point, he was aware that I had a partner and no flirting etc had taken place. It was totally out of the blue. He then casually asked me what I was reading. The incident completely scared me and I became very distressed once the shock had worn off my daughter was also very shocked. The next day I felt I needed to say something as I took the time to read other reviews and realised that I wasn't the first person who he had made uncomfortable or treated inappropriately. I spoke with Saliye the manager, she was amazing and dealt with the incident really well. It was infront of a cctv camera and she confirmed that they worked, she ensured that Ali came to apologise to me but his apology was weak and he tried to make out that it was a joke and tried to make me feel I was being dramatic about the situation. I said to him that I didn't want him anywhere near me or my children for the rest of the stay and he respectfully did this. He clearly has it in his nature to act like this and it made me feel really uncomfortable. I slept with the table against

I’m not one to ever write reviews however felt this one was needed! This was mine and my partners first holiday together and it’s hasn’t been so great that we would ever stay in this hotel again. To start with when we got checked in and into our room it had definitely not been cleaned properly, every counter top was stained including our bed side tables. Then when my partner went to hang his T-shirts up the wardrobe door totally fell off the runner just missing his head! The fridge didn’t work at all, a hair dryer is provided however you can only use it for a max of a few minutes before it turns itself off and then won’t come back on for a further 10-15! And our balcony was constantly flooded with water, no idea where that was coming from. The only positive to our room was the view as we had a sea view and that was beautiful! Now I am not a picky eater at all but the food was awful, same selection everyday with no signs telling you what the food was etc. VERY small variety with about only 5 trays of food which the lids were always left open so the food was either cold or full of flies! The only time we ate at the hotel was breakfast. The all inclusive drinks choices are very limited, as someone who really enjoys cocktails they only offer 2 and something I’ve never experienced before is they close the bar from 5pm-6pm so you cannot get any kind of drink. Unfortunately I didn’t take any pictures but I wish I did. İcmeler is absolutely beautiful and if we were to come back we definitely WON’T be staying in this hotel. Be warned.

Balayı için iyiki tercih etmişiz harika bir oteldi.Gerek personel olsun gerek ilgi alaka,yemek,temizlik.Yemekler için ayrı bir parantez acıyorum her öğün çok lezzetliydi,ayrıca 10 17 arası snack bardan atıştırmalık yemek yiyebiliyorsunuz.Deniz tarafından tutmanız tavsiye ederim manzara çok güzel.Ayrica veysel murat beye de ilgisinden dolayı teşekkür ederiz.
