1) My cab left me 150mt away from the hotel because it is a pedestrian shopping zone and we had DRAG our 2 suitcases on cobble stones ”like path” for 15 mins. 2) Upon arrival had to climb 20+ steps to the reception on the first floor ...Our room was 1 floor above the reception ( another 12-15 steps more climb.Thus going out 3 or 4 x a day to beach , shopping, resto, night life etc was a challenging task for a senior citizen of 70+ YES down 35 steps and back up 4 x a day. 3) After 15 hours travel time from Europe to Turkey (left home at 3.00 am , arrived hotel at 18.30).... Even after giving them my visiting card showing my status ”President of a FINANCIAL COMPANY , (they did not take into consideration )I was VERY VERY Badly /disrespectfully greeted.!! .After the check in formalities they wanted IMMEDIATE PAYMENT....I requested for some time to see the room and freshen up then come down to pay...to our surprise WITHIN 3 MINS the receptionist was knocking at my door for payment ....I said give me time to change and will come down ... FOR THEM ”NO WAY ” different staff members came knocking at my door 4 x in 12- 15 mins . I am ”genius 3 Level ” visiting/travelling to about 12-20 hotels per year on 3 or 4 retirement holiday trips per year !! Never , NEVER seen such HUNGER for money from such pathetic poorly educated cheap people. Finally I gave up because my partner asked me to so we can be at peace and call home informing we arrived... I wrote to director and put in suggestion box suggesting to check the clients on Linkedin or google b4 arrival ...but no apology was received from them....reason I WILL NOT FORGET NOR FORGIVE THEM now. 4)The room was too small for a ”deluxe DOUBLE room” . ABOUT 17sqm 2 big Bags got in the way 2 hand carries beside the bed ...difficult to get up in the night for toilet ..MY mistake I did not check SQM of room the word ”double room & DELUXE was deceiving. 5) Bathroom was small but acceptable..had no elct/shaving socket ONLY LIKE was the location . Breakfast was ”ok ” donuts and patisseries were not of ”good quality”, were always hard and not soft with butter as we like in proper cake shops in Europe. ...this was home made and hard to digest.. had first day and tried different ones for 2 or 3 days and left unfinished on plate each time. hot food had little variey but was acceptable for a cheap 3 * hotel.. Shopping was expensive better prices in Tuesday market got some items at 1/3 price tn the market and a bag at 1/4 price restaurants were DILUTING ALL COCKTAIL DRINKS WITH WATER....and priced were expensive 12-15 euros per drink. best drink beer only as most of tourists (British, Russian etc..) were doing

Bu ilki yay istirahetimi Muglanin Fethiye bölgəsindeki daglar arasında gözel mənzərəsi dənizə baxan Garcia istirahet otelundə etdim. Cox maraqlı və ürəyimə yatan bir tətil oldu. Otelin mənzərəsi rahatlıgı calışanların gülərüz olması cox xoşuma gəldı. Otaqların təmiz rahat bir sözlə komfort superdir. Yemekler qulluq əla. Otel calışanlarına teşükkürlər. 👍🏻

A fabulous Hotel We picked a room with a jacuzzi it was a very nice room with a lovely outside seating area and the jacuzzi. It was room 126 at the very top of the site over 100 steps up which kept us fit!!Room was kept clean and water replaced every day a fridge in the room and a kettle with tea and coffee too. The views over Oludeniz were spectacular and great to watch the paragliders. We chose half board which worked well for us Breakfast was very good lots of choice typically Turkish nothing to dislike. My husband is Piscatarian so for our evening meal he chose to eat off the a la cart for his main course all very reasonable prices.There was more than enough choice all help yourself and plenty. Resturant staff couldn't do enough to make everything a great experience and made us laugh every day after 7 days they knew exactly what we liked. Plenty of drinks from the bar to choose from including very nice wine once again the prices were reasonable. Most evening there was live music which we didn't expect evey act was different all very good . We had an amazing week thank you to everyone in the Hotel for making that so from the lovely lady in reception to the lady who looked after our room.

Территория отеля очень красивая, просто райский сад. Лобби, зона, где проходят завтраки тоже очень красивая. Бассейн достаточно большой. Сам отель тоже красивый. Но, мы были два года назад, нам показалось было чище и новее. В этот раз нам достался уставший номер. И не очень чистый. Сантехника тоже устала. Но вид с балкона прекрасный! Завтраки отличные! Персонал улыбчивый! И в один из дней нам все таки сделали отличную уборку и даже цветочки положили на кровать! Может нам просто достался не самый лучший номер) в целом отель хороший!

We had a large duplex suite with an outdoor bath. Location is especially convenient for parking and getting around. Service and facilities were satisfactory. We were quite happy with our choice and would recommend especially if you prefer more space than your average hotel room!

Mimoza was the best hotel and restaurant I have ever stayed in Oul Deniz. All the staff are awesome and nothing was too much trouble. Mimoza is not a party hotel and not open too late although opposite is very much party. Great place for couples and families as very family oriented. Turkey breakfast was truly delicious.

I stayed at the hotel for one week with my family, to summarize my experience please check the following feedback: Check-in: Easy and smooth (Special thanks to Ms. Burkey the reception manager who helped us and went extra mile to get us the best family rooms in the hotel) our booking was two separate double rooms, which is located in the ground floor. However, Mr. Burkey offered to find us a better unit Family room which comes with two floors master bedroom with bathroom up stairs for the parents and a twin bed room with bathroom downstairs. Services: Self service (Do not expect a bell boy to carry your luggage to the room) There is no extension number to dial for room service or housekeeping. Housekeeping: Fairly good service, beach towels get changed every two days. They provide very limited supply of shampoo and body wash (Average quality) If you need anything from them you have to look for them in the other rooms that is being cleaned. Staff: Were professional, smiles for customer and supportive (Thanks to Burkey) Pros: 1. The location is in front of the beach, some rooms give you beach view from the balcony which is great. 2. The food (breakfast and lunch) were good at the hotel. 3. They provide laundry services which was good (Cash payment only) 4. They offer you all activities with market prices such as Paragliding and Safari trips. Cons: 1. No bell boy service available, we had to carry all of our luggage to our room through stairs then to upstairs inside the room. 2. The hotel transportation was horrible, they picked us from the airport with an old Vito car which has very weak AC for 60$. So on our return day we booked a transportation to the airport and we asked for a better car that have a better AC but unfortunately they brought us a car without rear AC at all !!! It was so hot waiting for the car to get cold from the front AC and they charged us again 60€. The Hotel transportation is absolutely not recommended ‼️ please avoid it ‼️ You may hire a normal mercedes Vito for 60$ through viator website I tried it last year and they were very professional. 3. I didn't like the hotel's policy of switching off the whole lights of the lobby and the restaurant like a ******* house after 10:30PM so you have to use your mobile light (Check the picture) also there is no security guard at the entrance. One of the nights I found a big street dog next to my room, thank God no incident happened. Finally, I recommend this boutique hotel for family and single couples if they don't mind to take care of their luggage (Self service) and accept torn and stained bedsheets. I don't think I will be returning to this hotel since we prefer to explore other hotels in the area.

Adını unuttuğum ve sayamadığım bu güzel mekanda emeği geçen tüm arkadaşlara teşekkür ediyorum başarılarının devamını diliyorum. Dingin bir tatil düşünen herkese tavsiye ederim.

Sevdiğim bir yer resaurantlar yakın hisaronü yürüme mesafesinde işletmesi değişmiş sahibi mümtaz bey ve eşi çok nisafir perverdi şimdi işletenler öyle 3. 4 gece kadar kaldım çok ilgililer 2 aile gittik arkadaşlarımızı gezdirmek için oradaydık sadece uyumak için kaldık ancak sohbetleri çok iyi donanımlı insanlar vaktim olsaydı daha cok apartta takılırdım havuzu güzel yemek yeme fırsatımız olmadı gezgiğimiz yerlerde yedik uçuk fiyatlar yok apartın mutfağini kullanmadım.
