In total, the house is 1,226 sq. ft. and has a living area, dining area, kitchen, two bathrooms, laundry room, patio, outdoor grill, fenced backyard with kids play area, and up to three bedrooms. Enjoy free high-speed Wi-Fi and Fire TV with Max and Prime Video.Guests have access to the gym, sauna and garage at no additional cost.When booking, you are getting a private stay. Bedrooms are available depending on your needs and the number of guests you book, so please be sure to indicate the total number of guests who will be staying overnight.KING SUITE: The King Suite is a 192 sq. ft. room featuring a king size bed with 14" plush memory foam mattress, nightstand, lamp, sleep sound machine with alarm clock, dresser, mirror, computer desk with lamp and chair, 39" flatscreen TV and ceiling fan. The suite has a private bathroom with a shower and a large walk-in closet. This room accommodates two guests.THE QUEEN: The Queen Room is a 140 sq. ft. room featuring a queen size bed with firm mattress, nightstand, lamp, sleep sound machine with alarm clock, mirror, 39" flatscreen TV and ceiling fan. The room has a shared hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination and has a closet. This room accommodates two guests.THE DOUBLE: The Double Room is a 116 sq. ft. room featuring a twin size bunk bed with 11" plush memory foam mattress over a double size bed with pillow top mattress, dresser and ceiling fan. The room has a shared hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination and has a closet.
