I recently had the pleasure of staying at Wafaifo Resort in Hoi An, and I can't recommend it highly enough! This brand-new resort boasts fantastic facilities that truly enhance the guest experience.
From the moment I arrived, the friendly staff made me feel welcome. I particularly enjoyed an evening at their in-house theater, which offered a delightful package of snacks and drinks—a perfect way to unwind. The gym is among the best hotel gyms I've encountered, fully equipped and well-maintained.
Hotel manager Duc was incredibly helpful, providing excellent recommendations for local dining and tailoring services. His attention to detail made my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, staff member Hop greeted me with a warm smile, which was especially comforting in the cold and rainy weather.
The housekeeping team deserves a special mention for their efficiency and meticulousness—my room was always spotless and well-organized.
Wafaifo Resort has great potential, thanks to its amazing service and thoughtful attention to detail in the hotel rooms. I can't wait to return!

Best location to stay in Hoi An, old town is only a few mins walk over the bridge. Great service and very clean new hotel. House keeping cleaned at least twice a day and nothing was too much of a request. The hotel gym is quite good as well, they even had a smith machine. The ground floor river view room had amazing views at night when old town lights up.

We regularly stay at MGallery properties around the world and the Hotel Royal Hoi An has to be one of the best we've every stayed. From the highest rooftop pool and The Deck bar providing 360 degree views of Hoi An, through to the riverside pool and sun loungers with the exceptional breakfast restaurant, this hotel oozes elegance and French colonial chic. We arranged our airport transfers (arrival and departure), booked a private transfer to Ba Na Hills and a cooking class with the hotel. Everything was seamless, simple and went to plan. The breakfast selection and service was impeccable, prompt and responsive. The service from all the staff was 10/10 with a special shout out to Vy for entertaining us on The Deck, Trinh for her care at The Attic and the housekeeping staff who always cleaned and restocked without fuss. The small bedtime story each night for turndown was a cute touch. We particularly loved the location of the hotel as well - far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the markets, tourists and street vendors, but close enough to walk 5mins to be in the heart of the action again. We appreciated the personalised touches to celebrate our wedding anniversary and our sister's 50th birthday holiday. Many thanks. Highly recommend this hotel and we look forward to returning for a longer stay next time.

The Grand Sunrise Palace (Hoi An) is a wonderful hotel that provides outstanding service. Lily was one of the first people to greet us when we arrived and provided information regarding attractions, restaurants, and taxi bookings. Lily consistently checked in with us to make sure our experience at the Grand Sunrise Palace was going well (it was splendid). Days later into our journey, the staff at Grand Sunrise Palace alerted my partner and I that we had left valuables behind in our room. At the time we were boarding a plane to another destination with no plausible way of returning to the Grand Sunrise Palace. We were immediately notified by staff and Lily contacted us to provide solutions. Lily proceeded to go above and beyond to make sure that our valuables would be returned. Lily went out of her way to commute to other locations (with valuables in hand), contacted our next hotel and proceeded to plan the logistics of returning our valuables. This is outstanding customer service that is unfathomable. Lily and her colleagues truly look out for their guests and provide exceptional customer service that goes beyond any expectations. Both of us thank Lily and her team at Grand Sunrise Palace!

We stayed here for a couple of nights, as a family. The rooms are very spacious and very clean. The pool (a bit small but understandable given the location) was very refreshing after a long day of walk. The hotel offers great service for the guests - we were able to book a tour for the following day, and we managed to do this after 9 PM in the evening - the service at the reception was impeccable! Breakfast is all that one would need - recommend to try the specialty coffees (egg coffee, coconut coffee, salted coffee). They come extra but they are SO good! The place is walking distance from the river and this gets very animated in the evenings. All in all, great stay and highly recommended.

Wow wow wow . So amazing stayed in La silk riverside Hotel Hoi an . We have 3 night here . All so good . For staff so friendly. Breakfast so yummy . Swimming pool clean. The room with nice river view and so fresh in the morning wake up. The hotel has free bike for go to the old town 7 minute . Hight recomment.

We stayed at this lovely resort for 8 nights and how lucky we were.The staff were all extremely friendly and those who spoke good English were sooo accomodating in every way.The grounds and pool were looked after in a magnificent way and restaurants and quality of food was sensational.Rooms were very large and we would not hesitate to return.Thankyou to all the beautiful staff especially those in photos below x

Mark and Julie were amazing. Everyone is so nice and friendly we learned so much about Hoi An from them!! The location is perfect if you want to see all the sites Hoi An has to offer. We took the hotel bikes around town and they helped us plan what we wanted to do for the day. The front desk was so helpful! Could not have better things to say about this hotel!

CCN Man 420We came as x2 couples but could have very comfortably had a third couple as up stairs there are x3 bedrooms all with their own private shower, toilet and television. There is a 4th bathroom downstairs where you also get a large kitchen with all the utensils needed for cooking eating, a big dining room, and living room. The deck is a nice size with a small private pool outside, which has a deep / shallow end.
The place is brand new, modern, clean and for us was a great location. I'd recommend you rent a scooter or car because you are more than a walk away from the beach and old town. Via scooter, you're 3 mins away from the beautiful beach and about 10mins from the old town. There are a couple of good coffee shops just at the main entrance of the villas as you walk out to the right. We only found them the last day and had to rely on Grab delivery some mornings.
The landlady Rocy went above and beyond to help us enjoy our 7-day stay. My gf got food poisoning from some street food and was in major pain one night At 11pm I asked Rocy where to get medicine, and she immediately brought us some without question. She helped us stock the villa with groceries before arrival and got had scooters waiting for us as well which made everything so much easier.
If you and some friends or your bigger family is planning on staying in HoiAn, I highly recommend this rental!

The staff are so welcoming and friendly and very helpful with anything you need to know etc. They recommended and then booked a great snorkeling day trip for us with Tiger Fishing boat for my 80 year old mother and myself knowing that my Mum (we are from Australia) was very fit and well and could do the trip. Mum had her 80th birthday when we were there and they gave her a little cake at breakfast and made a beautiful homemade card and envelope which was lovely for us all. The variety of food at breakfast was great and they have a chef ready to cook your eggs anyway you wish. The swimming pool was large and a very good temperature and the Deluxe Twin Room with Pool View we stayed in was a very good size with a bath separate to the shower. As the hotel was only built in Dec 2022 the TV was large and very good quality, and the furnishings were very nice. The only recommendation we have is that they put a soap and soap dish in the bathroom but that is only minor as they did have soap wash. The mocktails were fantastic with a big variety. I can highly recommend the Rooftop Delight (I think that was the name but it had lychee and mango puree and something red (berries maybe?)) Mocktail as it was thick and luscious and at Happy Hour I was happy to get 2 for the price of one. Really enjoyed my conversations with Sarah, Chloe, Victor and Lisa at the front desk and Emma and Anna in the restaurant and everyone remembers your name so it feels very personal and a special place to stay.

La siesta is an amazing mini resort that has four swimming pools. I loved how I had a choice in what kind of pool to swim in, for example an infinity pool or a shallower one. The juices and drinks are all very refreshing. There was two restaurants, one with western food and another with Vietnamese food. All was delicious. The staff are all super polite and friendly and you receive some refreshing welcome drinks as you are checking in. The hotel looked stunning and is stunning. And even though it is close to a main road all sound is unheard. Me and my family rode some bikes into town which is not that far away.
La siesta is so good that we have decided to return after 2 days! I would highly recommend La siesta if you would like a relaxing holiday by the pool side or sitting having a beer.
Vi our welcome advisor was amazing as were all the staff in the restaurant and the gentleman who helped us with our luggage.

I recently stayed at the Tran Family Hostel in Hoi An, Vietnam, and I had a wonderful experience. The hostel staff was incredibly helpful and assisted me in organizing trips to My Son and Hue, which went smoothly without any issues. Additionally, I thoroughly enjoyed their outdoor swimming pool.
The location of the Tran Family Hostel is just a 5-minute walk from the city center, making it extremely convenient for exploring the vibrant streets of Hoi An. The hostel's proximity to various attractions, markets, and restaurants allowed me to fully immerse myself in the local atmosphere.
The rooms at the Tran Family Hostel are modern and spacious, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment for guests. The highlight was the super comfy bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of sightseeing. The cleanliness and upkeep of the accommodation were also commendable.
One of my favorite amenities at the Tran Family Hostel was the outdoor swimming pool. It provided the perfect spot to unwind and cool off during hot Vietnamese afternoons. The pool area was well-maintained and added an extra touch of relaxation to my stay.
All in all, my time at the Tran Family Hostel was fantastic. The staff's assistance in organizing trips to My Son and Hue ensured a hassle-free and enjoyable experience. The convenient location, modern rooms, and comfy bed added to the overall comfort of my stay. I highly recommend the Tran Family Hostel to fellow travelers visiting Hoi An.

All Apartments are of set from the bustle of the street so pity quite. The room was impeccable serviced honest as they come. The breakfast although not like a five star hotel was simply fantastic you simply ask for something if you want it and they obviously work to a budget fresh fruit bread eggs etc you wont go hungry. A great pool right in the heart of the old quarter. Fantastically and realistically Priced. I could not speak high enough of our host Ann who was like family she was so helpful of all the local knowledge and simply arranged are every needs. Our room was spacious and more than adequate. it had all the things you need. highly recommended and i will return there one day. Dave and Zella

GGloryWongWe stayed at Laluna Riverside Hotel in early March. The hotel is very convenient, close to the Old Town, Hoi An Market and night market. The room is spacious and the staff was nice, especially Nancy Nguyen who cares for our need and always ready to help. Her English is good too. We booked tours through the hotel and the price is reasonably. The basket boat and cooking class was great. Massage is good as well. We enjoyed our stay there.

PPengguna Tetamu My second visit to this hotel again within 10days, 1st visit was in October and everything was perfect and this 2nd trip (November) there’s a water trapped faulty in the shower room, room door is a bit not in good condition and the channel reception, TV remote control not functioning well , and here comes another staffs Mr Thuong (Bellman cum Security) together with maintenance staff come to rectify the issue, subsequently Front Desk Receptionist Ms Phuah Thi Hong Hanh called me and asked if I need to change to another room , well I told her if they can solved the issues in my room I’ll just remain to the same room . I’m so pleased the hotel really take care of their hotel guests as the next following day , Ms Phuah has prepared new room to me for room change although I never ask for it because the issues has been solved on the spot. Thank you and appreciate! Initial part was tempted to try other 4-5 stars hotels with much better facilities and great rate on room rates within the vicinity but end up I still choose back Le Pavillion because Front House staffs are extremely helpful , friendly and genuine warm welcome us home, here I really wants to compliment Mr Vo Van Tri (Bellman cum Security) whom doesn’t speak much English but he knows and understands what I need , whenever I walk out from the hotel entrance he will approached me and ask if I need hotel bicycle to get to my destination. Will definitely choose the same hotel again for my next trip .
-Perfect location for walking into old town and close to night markets.
-Room is well-furnished makes me feel relaxing, peace, comfortable and feel like home.
-Most importantly, the hotel staffs are the “Gems” of this hotel. Very friendly and attentive to their guests in house.

PPengguna TetamuIt was such a Wonderful stay. The room was very spacious. Beds were great and we had a lovely view of the garden and pool. Loved the bathroom with the huge tub! Breakfast was great with a variety of Fruits and omelets to order. It’s a great location; close to the river and old town but still father away from all the hustle. Free bikes to rent and was nice to see the rice patties and bike around town in the morning. Staff is incredibly friendly, kind and helpful. The only thing that bothered me was a roach near my bed when I woke up but it was already dead. But lovey stay and would recommend for anyone traveling in hoi an! First place I slept soundly without any outside noise! Impressive koi pond too!!

MmmmiloWe had a wonderful stay at this villa. This booking was a gamble since we barely got any picture of the room we're bout to stay in. However, both the interior and exterior looks splendid and beyond what I expected. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful thorough the whole trip, esp the lady at the counter. Will be seeing them soon in the future when I have the chance to come back to Hoi An. This is definitely one of my favorite accomodation I've ever been to, a total 10/10 no flaw.
P/S: The bath tub was too big that it took me at least 15 mins to fill up XD Very relaxing to be submerged with water.
Mình có chuyến đi chơi rất là tuyệt ở đây. Chị lễ tân rất tận tình, kể cả bác bảo vệ cũng thiết đãi tụi mình rất nhẹ nhàng tình cảm. Thật sự chưa ở đâu mà cho mình cảm giác như ở nhà như vậy. Không gian là một điểm cộng lớn (cho dù lúc mình book phòng mình chỉ xem được 1 bức ảnh minh họa). Rất là may khi cọc phòng trước và khi đến nhận phòng thì thực sự quá ok vượt sức tưởng tượng của mình. Dù vị trí villa không nằm cùng phía với chợ Hội An những vẫn rất gần những điểm đi chơi, tiện lợi cho việc du lịch của mọi người. Rất là recommend villa này cho cả nhà ạ! (Trên hình mình có để bữa sáng đi kèm, ngày thứ hai mệt quá mình ăn lun khỏi chụp choẹt gì)
