Dripz Coffee under the actual Eden Hotel provides great coffee plus meals, snacks etc. Friendly and helpful staff!! We have had many breakfasts at Eden Hotel - very nice and great value!! We had American breakfast, and there is also an option of a buffet breakfast. Thank you to many helpful staff including Juni, Ari Arum and Satria from Dripz Coffee.

A good hotel for a family trip. We enjoyed well with breakfast and the swimming pool. The hotel is located just 5 5-minute walk to the Kuta beach. There are a lot of restaurants and activities near hotels. I especially loved the deep swimming pool and our balcony. In short, it was worth the price.

Dalam tempoh wabak, terdapat beberapa orang, bermain, hotel yang sangat tampan, lobi sangat mengagumkan, sangat mengejutkan; bilik telah dinaik taraf, semuanya baik-baik saja, lain kali saya datang ke Bali, saya akan tinggal di sini.

Perfect for the budget conscious yet this hotel offers everything you'd want in amenities and comfort. It has a beautifully clean swimming pool with excellent sun lounges and the rooms are far enough away from the street to be quiet and peaceful. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the house-keeping is thorough and professional. The bed in my room was very comfortable and great size, the bathroom is clean and there was enough storage space for a comfortable few days. It is less than ten minutes from the airport which is perfect for transit travellers and only about ten minutes walk to German Beach. Very close to Lippo Mall and is at the heart of the restaurants area of Jalan Kartika Plaza. If you're not into 5 star resort type luxury, this hotel is ideal and I would happily stay here again.

Lokasi hanya untuk kelab sahaja, jadi bising sampai subuh. Berkat itu, saya tidak boleh tidur. Saya boleh mendengar muzik dari kelab betul-betul di sebelah bilik. Terdapat beberapa makanan yang tidak disediakan untuk sarapan pagi, mungkin kerana orang membuatnya. Kemudahannya mempunyai kesan tahun-tahun dan kolam renangnya sangat-sangat kecil.

Kami terpaksa berpindah dari Hotel Vira, di mana kami suka tetapi tidak ada bilik yang tersedia. Lokasinya bagus dan mudah, internet juga berfungsi dengan baik, tetapi kolam meninggalkan banyak yang diinginkan (terdapat serpihan kotoran terapung di sekeliling). Secara keseluruhan, kami gembira kerana kami tidak tinggal lebih daripada dua hari.

Amazed how obliging the staff were. Bogart went out of his way to organise for an item I’d left at the previous hotel to be brought to this one. This was done within an hour and at a fraction of the cost of replacing that item. He could not have been more helpful or friendly. Also Darma was a great help. The room was clean and cool. The pool was delightful. The staff made this stay memorable.

Very disappointed stay! Stayed in October 2022 loved it loved everything. This stay we were not told about the breakfast not being buffet style well at least being dramatically downsized and put out the front at Papas Beach Cafe. The selections were bland and mostly asian style nothing like it was in October and that was why we rebooked! The pool deck is a accident waiting to happen very very dangerous. My daughter room key was re programmed at least 20 time is 6 days very very frustrating with 3 little boys in tow to have to go from 1 end of the property to the other to report it. On the good side the staff are amazing so friendly welcoming and 10/10 to the chef at Papa's cafe for inviting the 3 boys into the kitchen to make and prepare and serve the best Pizza's I have ever eaten. The Alam KulKul is in a great position and the staff are worth staying for but quite a bit needs to be done to make it great

Lagoon pool room lovely and convenient, or any room on ground level as they are all close to pools. I am here with an 8 year old and 21 year old, not many kids here probably better for teens and above however we are loving it, staff are great and been very helpful.

It is a wonderful hotel, we booked a villa with pool and jungle view. It had most of the amenities in the room, except hair dryer and mini bar staff. You could order from the restaurant 24h though but it would be nicer to have it near you as there was a fridge. Amazing view, really quiet place and nice staff. The negatives were the location as you need a transport and the local drivers are expensive and the change the deal from one day to another. You can't have grab taxi and you have to walk to the main road or book tourist tours to get rid of them. Generally very nice experience and good food at the restaurants and the breakfast was also rich.
