What an incredible stay at Holiday Inn Resort Nusa Dua! The service provided was impeccable, starting off with an upgrade to an ocean view room when our pool view room was undergoing maintenance upon our arrival, followed by complimentary fruit and chocolates as another apology, along with a chocolate cake and bed decorations for our anniversary. All staff members were so friendly, helpful and approachable throughout the whole week of our stay. Also nice to see that feedback forms are actually acknowledged and acted upon very promptly (unlike other places) as we made a simple suggestion for the breakfast to include avocado and hollandaise sauce and the next two days staff members offered us specially cooked eggs benedict with avocado. Cannot fault a single thing about our experience and without a doubt will be back to stay in the future! Special mention to duty manager Geksa who frequently checked in with us and went above and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable!

A new hotel still in aoft opening. The rooftop pool is great with a spectacular seaview. It is very close to the beach and popular hangouts like Old Man's, and the main shopping street. The breakfast is impressive. It is a la carte but you may order whatever tou want. My advice is to order a half portion so as not to waste food. You can always order more if it is not enough.

On our recent trip to Bali we stayed for 8 nights at the Holiday Inn Sanur. We got a fantastic brekfast and Dinner inclusive rate ( we were so glad we did have dinner inclusive as after longs days spent travelling and exploring the island of Bali l, we could on most days relax and enjoy a mix or local and international cusine at the hotel restaurant.) The arrival experince was smooth. The hotel is located just next to the beach and our favorite italian restaurant in Sanur- Massimos. The rooms we all were allocated were clean and with all basic necessities one would expect. They have a roof top pool with a lobely view of the beach. They have a decent fitness area which was clean every time we we got a chance to use it . Arini at the reception and the bar staff and Agi from guest services are stars of this hotel, who with their smiles and ever helpful attitude made our stay and trip cpmfortable and memorable. They anticipated pur needs and helped us a lot. The Dinner experince was mixed as the food was always delayed. But I should say the food was delicious and well presented. The bar staff also double up as roomservice and are always ready to recomend you a fancy cocktail and prompt service. During our stay we noticed twice that the bed linen had stains in all our rooms. We informed reception who were quick to send housekeeping to change them. The breakfast experince wasnt the best with the chefs and staff disinterested in serving us anything during our stay. I am not much of a breakfast person but my family was disappointed with the lack of service and attention. But the breakfast buffet has plenty to offer minus the service. But the ever present Arini at the reception always tried her best to help us in her capacity. Thank you Arini. Over all I would recomend Holiday Inn for value for money and location.

Stayed for a week in July 2023, had a family room which is basically 2 adjoining rooms, the kids room had single beds boat themed with a tiller at the foot of each. Kids room also comes with a play station, games can be requested from reception. Really enjoyed the stay, room was good, facilities were good, food and beverages were good. Things I would fault, and none are that major: 1) the gym is pretty basic compared to some other hotel gyms, couple of treadmills, 1 x elliptical and 1 x bike, a bench, dumbbell rack, seated leg extension machine and a basic functional trainer. 2) Housekeeing provide water in glass bottles not plastic. We smashed 2 during our stay, when dropped on the tiles in the room, had to be really careful to make sure all pieces were picked up since lots of time spent in bare feet. 3) one night we ate dinner at the main restaurant where you eat breakfast, it wasn’t busy, and there were enough staff, yet we waited nearly 1.5 hrs before we all got our meals, and they mucked up several of them, one of our friends didn’t even get hers in the end. They did however take out feedback and we weren’t charged so that was something. Pool and pool bar are good, bar and meals at the grassed area are good, live entertainment was pretty good. Happy hour at pool bar 4-5 and at the other bar 5-6, 2 for 1 select cocktails or 3 bintangs for 275 ird, we made good use of the happy hour:-)
