Wow wow wow! Amazing place Hubby and I we stayed here for 5 nights. What a delight. We had room 6 which was the smallest and furthest from the pool next to open rice paddies. We fell asleep every night to the sound of nature and had ducks waffling past every morning. The setting with a view of the ‘sleeping elephant’ mountain is divine. The room - newly constructed from old Javanese teak with lovely old features. Comfy bed, TV, fridge. Great brand new bathroom, new tiles and fittings, perfect shower brand new with instant hot water. Great AC. Spotlessly clean and no bugs at all on the room which is impressive in such a remote setting. There is also an on-site restuarant if you want to dine in. We would say you need a scooter to fully appreciate the surroundings, We hired a new N Max from the hotel with two helmets for 150,000IDR per day as we wanted a good powerful bike for the hills. Resort is away from Sidemen 10 mins by scooter road is good a little bumpy near resort but not an issue for us. We would definitely recommend this place if you don’t mind being a little out of town. The only small feedback is room 6 had no wardrobe or hanging space and no kettle but we got it for a great price so no complaints. Also refillable water would be good to save on plastic. A gorgeous gem highly recommend!!!

Super schöne Camping Unterkunft! Man hat einen einzigartigen Blick über die Reisfelder Sidemen‘s! Auch das Personal ist wirklich sehr nett und hat uns überaus geholfen. Man kann auch super essen, es schmeckt sehr gut und kostet nicht sehr viel. Ganz oben gibt es einen Parkplatz, der schwer zu erreichen ist aber man kann die Scooter direkt neben der Unterkunft abstellen. Das Wifi funktioniert nicht wirklich gut aber darum sollte es auch nicht gehen! Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb, man benötigt ca. 20-25min nach Sidemen. Ich hätte gern 5 Sterne gegeben, das Personal und auch die Aussicht hätten es verdient, jedoch ist die Anlage mittlerweile schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es wird zwar daran gearbeitet aber aktuell sind einige Attraktionen noch defekt, die vielen Hölzer müssten mal wieder gestrichen werden und auch die einzelnen Fotomotive sind sehr marode. Auch dass es nur kaltes Wasser gibt, ist ein Grund um einen Stern weniger zu verteilen. Dennoch eine klare Empfehlung!

An absolute gem of a spot to find. Resort has amazing view and the staff are just beautiful and welcoming. We were able to walk to the local market and local water hole, very little tourist, made the experience so much better. Booked Mt Batur trek through the resort, it was definitely worth doing. Recommend staying here if you are doing Mt Batur as only 1 hour drive away. Ate babi guling at the local market and shopped for snacks at the mini mart. Breakfast, lunch and dinner at the resort was always done well, local and international options. Thank you so much to Nely, Manis and the rest of the team who looked after us Gila Australians.

This is a lovely resort located on the water's edge. We stayed here for 4 nights. There are a variety of rooms available and we were very satisfied with the room we selected. We had a spacious porch with a nice dining table and two recliners nearby. We ate all of our meals on the premises and the restaurant staff were happy to deliver the food to our porch so we could enjoy our meals while watching the crashing surf of the Bali Sea. I will gladly stay here again.

We have just completed a magical 10 days at Wyndham Jivva Beach. We are long term Wyndham members (owners) and have stayed at many of their hotels and resorts. Jivva Beach rates at the top of the list for us. It's just far North East of Denpasar to be out of the rat race but still within easy reach of Sanur and other tourist attractions. Apart from its idyllic setting, the staff were fantastic and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. A special mention to the head chef Gusti who has a wealth of experience at 5 star international hotels. His leadership ensured a high level of cuisine at every meal. And Wijaya, the food and beverage manager led a team of wait staff which would be hard to beat anywhere. There are no shops close by, but we booked half day tours using local drivers at very reasonable prices (IDR 600,000 for 5 hours), so we were able to visit many local attractions. We also took the ferry to the island of Penida across the Badung Strait ~ well worth the time to do this. We were surprised that the beach (which is very close), is made of black sand ~ not a problem for us, but maybe for some. In essence, we love Wyndham Jivva and intend to visit again in 2024.

The place is very nice, next to rice fields, away from the bustling city and close to many waterfalls. The environment is therefore super quiet.
This homestay has 3 tents and 1 room (the one with walls on the photos, the 2 others are not available).
The room was clean, even though a little effort could be made in the corner and on the windows.
The kitchen is basic and allows you to cook simple meals.
I was disappointed though that the swimming pool is not accessible despite the attractive showcased photos because it is in a private area (where the 2 other rooms are). Only the small piece of grass and the kitchen are accessible.
Next to that, the staff and owner are friendly and very responsive, providing a very good service.

Perfect for the budget conscious yet this hotel offers everything you'd want in amenities and comfort. It has a beautifully clean swimming pool with excellent sun lounges and the rooms are far enough away from the street to be quiet and peaceful. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the house-keeping is thorough and professional. The bed in my room was very comfortable and great size, the bathroom is clean and there was enough storage space for a comfortable few days. It is less than ten minutes from the airport which is perfect for transit travellers and only about ten minutes walk to German Beach. Very close to Lippo Mall and is at the heart of the restaurants area of Jalan Kartika Plaza. If you're not into 5 star resort type luxury, this hotel is ideal and I would happily stay here again.

PPengguna TetamuWe stayed in after arriving in Bali to get in the groove before we travelled to Ubud. Great room on 2nd level overlooking pools joining level 1 rooms with private balcony. rooms were very tidy and had everything we needed. Walk to beach via Restaurant, Bar and pool. Great walkway along the beachfront as well as a number of alternate locations for meals. Beach was clean and a nice change from the pool. Out on the street some brilliant massage locations and shopping without the hustle and bustle of Kuta and Ubud. Friendly helpful staff topped off the experience. definitely back again .

JJoshuaRSANew hotel with lots of friendly and eager to assist staff. Their kindness makes you feel welcomed and their readiness to serve you at every moment truly makes it feel like you’re on holiday. The rooms and facilities are clean, beautiful pool and water fountain. Great spa to get a massage at and breakfast was good. Shuttle service that runs to and from Ubud Centre (only selected times, so make sure you know the schedule).
Although I gave them a 5/5, the are still things I think that they can improve on.
1. Housekeeping is quite slow, I stayed at the pool one day and had lunch at the restaurant, after 3 hours I returned to my room and it still wasn’t touched by housekeeping. I also waited longer on the day of my check-in to get to my room. Although I arrived early and was patient and understanding to wait until my room was ready at 14:00 I still ended up waiting another 30mins to get to my room. This was a little annoying as they already knew I was waiting a long time and feel like they could’ve somehow speeded up the service. I understand they have their cleaning standards, especially for a new check-in. Maybe they need to employ more housekeepers to fulfil the hotel’s requirements.
2. On the day of my arrival the pool wasn’t open due to bad weather days prior to my check-in, which I totally understand and grateful they tend to the pool so well. I was however offered 20% discount on the Spa, outdoor activities etc. through a paper that was placed on my bed after I got into my room. However this coupon wasn’t explained to me and when I tried to use it two days later for a massage I was told it was only valid for the day the pool was out of service.
3. Breakfast - I understand it’s a smaller hotel and I appreciate any hotel that tries to contribute to the environment by limiting food waste by only serving certain about of dishes, however a better variety would have been appreciated, especially for guests that stays for a couple of nights. With that the buffet breakfast only came with a Balinese Coffee or Tea. This was not explained before booking the room and this information wasn’t given by Trip.com. It does however say the buffet breakfast comes with coffee or tea. But like many many other hotels I’ve stayed at and mentioned that the buffet breakfast comes with coffee or tea it usually means that there is a variety of coffee or teas available. And wanting a cappuccino or iced latte for breakfast would cost you extra.
4. The restaurant, drink usually came not as cold as one would expect it to be. I ordered an ice tea and it was more of a lukewarm tea. The beer they served was also not very cold and quite disappointing especially when it’s so hot and all you want is something ice cold.
5. The hotel entrance is a bit difficult to find, management can think of a better way to showcase the entrance/name of the hotel.
Overall I enjoyed the stay, it close enough to walk to Ubud Centre (about 15min walk) If you’re up to it. It’s beautiful, clean and a little peace of paradise.
Some services however need more attention to details.

SSkinner21My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Bali. Our room was both clean and comfortable, with a breathtaking view that allowed us to wake up feeling relaxed and refreshed. The staff, overall, were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, but there were a few outstanding individuals that we felt deserved special mention.
Reo, who was responsible for cleaning our room, provided us with extra water and even offered turndown service. He frequently checked in with us to ensure that we had everything we needed, and his attentive service was greatly appreciated.
Gwen, a waitress at The Shore restaurant, was particularly friendly and welcoming. She went out of her way to ensure that our baby was comfortable and happy as we enjoyed our sunset dinners together. We couldn't have asked for a better dining experience!
Yasar, who arranged for gluten-free pancakes with interesting toppings, definitely helped kickstart our mornings! His innovative addition of banana caramel, apple sauce, and fresh coconut truly elevated our breakfast experience.
Dwipi, the chef who made our omelettes every morning with a warm and welcoming smile, was another bright spot in our stay. He even remembered our preferences, which made us feel particularly valued.
Finally, Keren, who worked in the executive lounge, went out of her way to make sure that we had access to cocktails and canapés during our stay. She arranged for us to receive extra canapés between 5 and 7 pm since our children were unable to access the executive lounge due to age restrictions.
Sedco, who helped arrange for a later check-out time, was a lifesaver as it allowed our baby to have her much-needed nap before our long journey home.
Overall, the Hilton Bali exceeded our expectations, and we cannot wait to return for another stay. We could not recommend this hotel enough and would like to thank all the staff for making our stay truly memorable.

TTaisiiaI and my friends celebrated my birthday at the hotel. They upgraded my room to a better one. I complained to the staff about the increased humidity and they promptly installed a special device that normalized the humidity in the room and made it very comfortable. amazing service. I am delighted. I highly recommend this hotel
Breakfast and food in general in the hotel restaurants are good. there is also a tennis court and it is very good for a stay at the hotel for a few days

This stay we were not told about the breakfast not being buffet style well at least being dramatically downsized and put out the front at Papas Beach Cafe. The selections were bland and mostly asian style nothing like it was in October and that was why we rebooked! The pool deck is a accident waiting to happen very very dangerous. My daughter room key was re programmed at least 20 time is 6 days very very frustrating with 3 little boys in tow to have to go from 1 end of the property to the other to report it. On the good side the staff are amazing so friendly welcoming and 10/10 to the chef at Papa's cafe for inviting the 3 boys into the kitchen to make and prepare and serve the best Pizza's I have ever eaten. The Alam KulKul is in a great position and the staff are worth staying for but quite a bit needs to be done to make it great

Bilik agak kecil untuk 5 bintang. Kolam itu agak baik, tetapi dalam salah satu mangkuk anak perempuan itu melihat cacing di dalam air (dia berenang dalam gelas di bawah air). Secara umum, perasaan berganda, saya tidak pasti bahawa ia bernilai berhenti untuk masa yang lama. Tetapi sarapan pagi sangat baik.

Rare in Bali! the rooms are extremely comfortable, with full amenities and extremely well maintained. Beautiful Balinese style with high end products, similar standards with any international Hotels. Amazing pool size middle of a beautiful landscape, just hard to believe you are at the heart of Kuta. Breakfast is one of the best around Kuta too. So much choice to accommodate large nationalities, from Balinese, Indian, asia, continental, international etc… The staff is just amazing, extremely friendly and efficient. Nothing is perfect in life and things can happened! just address it to the front office and in the next 5 minutes someone will fix your issues, including technical issues you could have in your room. Ayu at the front office is a gem! what an asset to the Ramayana. She is so efficient and professional. Same with Endra at the Gabbah restaurant - what an amazing waiter! kindness and so professional with perfect English skills…. just another amazing asset to the Ramayana. The Resort manager is new and what a difference since he joined the Ramayana - he is everywhere, extremely friendly and really manage the property extremely well. My only negative comment will be the pool water temperature - too cold , the water should be heated same as any 5 starts hotel . Many guests were saying the same things…. pool water temperature should be warmer. Nevertheless it is my favorite hotel in Kuta 15 minutes away from the Airport in front of Kuta Beach….

KKelly ShaunLoved the interior of the room, very Balinese style room with a bath tub, the room size is good and very affordable.. hotel location other wise is really out of no where, not close to any restaurants or convenient store. Luckily we can order grab.. but still not much activity available in the hotel except for massage and spa, pool bar is not open, no one actually goes to the pool. It's near to nature so quite a bit of insects.. Staff and friendly and helpful.. There is only 1 restaurant and price wise is not cheap and food is not nice as well.. we were given bread and butter before our meal but even our butter is tasteless,unsalted.. the curry is very watery.. I guess after trying so many nice food around Asia, our taste buds can be quite picky so for the price paid, the food does not satisfy our desire for good food.
