We had a lovely stay at their hotel. Staffs are very accommodating and always greets you. Nice buffet breakfast every morning and it changes everyday. Rooms are just quite far from the lobby but it's okay haha

The staff are very accommodating and helpful,breakfast was enough to choose from and Al a cart lunch and dinner was very reasonable. The position is right on the beach and in walking distance to Beachwalk shopping mall. Plenty of warrungs turn left from beach entrance and a little further on is Kuta Art Market with lots of shops. Pity about the beach erosion but I still managed to find a way to get on the beach. Just a heads up when choosing the delux rooms make sure it’s not ground floor 1309 as the window faces a brick wall and you can’t get out to sit, the other walls no windows only the door so it was to closed in for me and I had a panic attack. I then paid extra for a poolside room of which I liked better. Staff as I said were just beautiful

This Hotel is excellent place, the important one all staff are friendly, very helpful responses what we need, the location beside of Kuta Beach my Dad in law, husband and Children and Grandchildren always come the beach play surf , very easy to find the food The hotel is clean enough , the staff always look after the room , I would like to try stay in Kelapa Area in front of Pool for next trip usually 3 or 4 times will become Bali for Holliday with families

Great location, very friendly staff. Facilities are well maintained, but a little dated. Breakfast can be better in terms of choices. Recommended.

Very good hotel, friendly staff! They have three huge swimming pools, my fave is kelapa pool. The breakfast has great selections with eggs stations. Will comeback!

Nice view, you can enjoy the sea view and beach scene while having your meal.

ALL The staff and magenta were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. TV didn't work, new TV by next day. They knew us by name and what our events were. Always smiling and pleasant with greetings. The 3 pools were great. Breakfast with wide variety that changed daily. The rooms were large and we'll cleaned each day. Events like Monday Yoga and pool party was great fun. Also buffet, magician show and acoustic guitar was good value. Would stay here again next time

The rooms are stunning and clean, we had a connecting room. The service there is top tier. The food is OK, but there’s so many food places near by if you want something else. Loved the magic show and how close all the shops + atms are. I would definitely stay here again.

Location is just beside Kuta Beach, this should be an old but well refurbished hotel, occupied large area with 3 swimming pools. Heavy traffic around the hotel area when arriving by taxi for check in. Good selections of foods, shopping, etc walking distance around the hotel, very nice.

The staff were really friendly and enjoyed chatting with guests. The hotel's location right by the beach, with a restaurant offering sea views, was a great experience. While the breakfast selection could be more varied, and the in-room facilities could use an upgrade as they show signs of age, overall, it's good value for money.

I like everything about this hotel. Even their restaurant. Location is very good. The only hotel in kuta closed to the beach. Can directly feels the wind through from sea. Nice breakfast buffet.

First time in Bail. Stay 3 nights during Christmas. Room are large but dated. Service are amazing in every aspect. Loved 3 large pools with excellent temperature control no matter day or night. Dining at Warung Senggol every night. Enjoy all the Balinese’s Menu. Food so delicious, clean and reasonable price.

Truntum Kuta Hotel offers excellent service and a very strategic location, close to the beach, shopping, and dining areas. Although it is an older hotel, it has been well renovated and well maintained, so the rooms and facilities remain comfortable and clean. The staff are friendly, professional, and genuinely hospitable, which makes the stay pleasant. The only downside is the breakfast, which is mostly carbohydrate-based with limited protein options. Overall, it is a good value hotel with strong service and location.

The Hotel is super nice! The staff really make your day and everyone greets you. Top notch service. Amenities are complete, they have 3 swimming pools mate. The location is also awesome as youre just by the beach. However!!! I do have two things, floor is marble so it gets cold for your feet but they do provide slippers. Also the furniture is a tad old as they took this hotel over from another brand. The price is a little steep compared to others but it’s due to the location. Enjoyed my stay very much.
