Great service, beautiful decor and furnitures and pool area is the best part. Loved the interior decor. Great place for good pictures. Loved loved the ambience. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Service is top notch. Loved the smart features of the villa. However, given the price, the amenities offered could’ve been better, atleast inclusive of meals. Also, a lot of things shown on advertisements were not inclusive and were on additional charge, could’ve been better if it was made clear on advertisements that all services they display are only available on additional charge.

One of the prettiest hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. Absolutely photogenic. Hotel staff are all friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious. The room is nice and suitable for couple (the bathroom has no door). We found stain on the bedsheets but they handled it swiftly and made appropriate compensation. Dyson hairdryer is provided considering the major customer base are ladies. Insects and mosquitos are a predictable issue, but within acceptable level. Overall a pleasant experience and would definitely come back.

We had amazing stay. Staff far better than some of the international 5 star hotels. We shorten our stay at Hilton to stay here & surely was worth it. Would highly recommend someone staying in Seminyak.

We traveled in Bali and stayed at the same hotel for the trip. Everything is fine, and the staff are so nice. Thank you for the breakfast arrangements, housekeeping, and help with moving out the lizard. Many thanks! However, I had a negative experience regarding a traditional facial. It cost IDR 200,000 as stated on the menu. I paid the cost after the treatment and gave an extra IDR 10,000 tip to the staff, but she requested an additional IDR 20,000. In the end, I paid her that amount as well. Despite this incident, it did not diminish my positive feelings about Bali and this hotel! The hotel is truly beautiful! I highly recommend reserving it!

The stay was fantastic. The services was amazing and the staff were so kind in servicing breakfast to your room as well as the afternoon tea as compliment. It was wonderful villa itself and good for couples and solo travelers. The nearby area needs a car but staff will be happy to provide shuttle in and out so definitely recommend!

Location close to bustling area of Seminyak Beach - convenient! I like the way rooms are set-up to be "smart-room" Special request are catered. Unlimited filtered Tap Water, supports the environment and saving plastic bottles. 2 cons: 1. Bed is on upper floor while bathroom is on ground floor, which means need to climb the stairs up and down if I need to use the toilet middle of the night. 2. Told that we can order breakfast on the morning and be ready in 20mins, but on one occassion took almost an hour to be delivered, which I believe might be due to lack of staff and some rooms might be calling for room service at the same time.

We do like the hotel exactly, all staff is kind and receptionist really nice,the most important is the room was amazing! Clean, quiet, and they have yum breakfast! My friend proposed to his girlfriend here! The last day we checked out, I asked them if could I had a bottle of water,they told me they just had glass,but! They ran to the convenience store which near by to brought 4 bottles of water made by plastic, it’s really touchful, Thanks a lot for Cyrus!
