The Komu Canggu Bali

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at The Komu Canggu Bali and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Impeccable service, a location that can't be beat, and a room that had every amenity I needed. First and foremost, the service was outstanding and incredibly fast. The staff went above and beyond to make sure every need was met. From the moment I arrived, the team were not just friendly, but genuinely passionate about their jobs . They were attentive, welcoming, and efficient. Whether it was providing recommendations, or handling requests through their handy app, everything was done with a smile and at lightning speed. The housekeeping team was also on top of everything, ensuring the room was always fresh and clean . It’s the kind of service that makes you feel like a valued guest, not just a room number. The location is absolutely perfect for exploring Canggu. Situated on Jalan Pantai Berawa, the hotel puts you right in the heart of the action . It’s just a short walk to famous spots like Atlas Beach Club and Finns Beach Club, as well as La Brisa and Berawa Beach . Despite being so close to the vibrant nightlife and popular restaurants, the hotel itself felt like a peaceful retreat where I could relax . There are countless cafes, trendy breakfast spots, mini-marts, and even a salon right on the doorstep, making it incredibly convenient to explore the neighborhood on foot . Finally, I was impressed by how complete and well-thought-out the amenities and toiletries were. The room was spacious, spotless, and designed with a stylish, modern, and comfortable industrial-chic aesthetic . But it was the details that stood out. The amenities were top-notch, including high-end toiletries from a local brand and a unique bathtub that added a touch of luxury . Beyond the room, the hotel facilities are excellent, featuring a stunning rooftop pool, a fully equipped gym, and a cool communal atmosphere . Everything felt designed for comfort and convenience, making it easy to settle in and feel at home. In short, The Komu Canggu Bali delivers on every front. With its rapid and friendly service, unbeatable central location, and complete amenities, it’s the perfect base for a Canggu adventure. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Very nicely located! We rented a NMAX bike with them for 200k rupiah for one day. Staff were very friendly and helpful! Will visit again!

I had the best time here. We chose the pool suite room. It was slightly too close to the club downstairs but even though the music was loud outside, it was quite faint when we closed all doors. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, we loved the shower gel so much we even went to search for the same brand and brought home some. We also went to the gym and it was well equipped with brand new weights and machines. Location was also perfect… there was a mini mart, massage places and surf shops nearby. All in all, it was a pleasant stay. Plus points, the staff was always helpful and friendly. Thank you the Komu! We will definitely be back.
