Not bad for first timer but location wise far from the city and peaceful corner if you need privacy.

A beautiful modern spacious room with huge proportions providing open plan kitchen and living room space leading to the very large private infinity pool and sun bathing deck area. Sliding doors lead to the spacious bedroom with huge 4 poster bed and adjoining large indoor ensuite bathroom, roll top bath, separate shower wet room and toilet area and twin sinks. We had high hopes and this accommodation even exceeded expectations,  The hotel pool was a great addition for shared sun-bathing and swimming whilst the hotel restaurant and bar area provided optional food and drink if required. Walking distance from the local shops, bars and restaurants there were plenty of options and nearby supermarkets and laundry facilities providing everything needed within easy reach. Staff were welcoming, polite and attentive.

Recommend this hotel. New built. Can tell the thoughtfulness from the management. Clean bathtube. Equipped with kitchenware. Price is fair.

The hotel was really good for the price, the location is great, very close to many places and very accessible by driving, walking, motorbike etc. The price was really good for the stay. Hotel staff was really friendly and helpful (we were sick and they helped a lot with ordering medication and delivering it to the room). The cleanliness was good but is not the best but I would say is already great for the price.

No regrets selecting this small boutique hotel. 3 floors, served by elevator. The room was bright and beautiful. Kitchenette/dining area. Kettle, coffee/tea, bottled drinking water, refrigerator, induction hotplate and basic cutlery/crockery provided. A 3 seater sofa and coffee table in the sitting area. The king bed that we had was so comfortable and firm. The bathroom was luxurious. A separate shower room, separate WC room, a separate section with vanity counter/wash basin and luxurious bath-tub. The staff were so attentive. They noticed that it was my daughter's birthday, and surprised her with a birthday cake when we came down to the lobby. The hotel is situated in a small alley road. Very quiet and peaceful. Convenience shops, are just a stone's throw away. Otherwise, expect to use Grab taxi, or Grab ride frequently. Not much night life and activities in this part of Kuta. Except for Batubelig beach about 15mins stroll away, which is dotted with bars with outdoor beach seating, where you can catch the beautiful sunset.

The stay was disappointing and far from what I expected. I booked this hotel based on some good reviews, but after actually staying there, I felt the overall experience was less than ideal and far from what I expected. Room Issues: - The sink was very low, making it difficult to use. The shower and toilet were also oddly arranged, making poor use of space. - The air conditioning was noisy, disrupting my sleep at night. Rooms facing the pool were also noisy in the mornings, and with the construction site nearby, the noise woke me up early. - There were a few bloodstains on the sheets. Service Needs Improvement: - The front desk staff was unfamiliar with the business and often offered no clues when I asked questions. Their communication was inefficient and their service attitude was rather cold. - The bottled water was in glass bottles, and the front desk refused to provide an extra bottle even when I asked for one. It was a disappointing experience. Poor Spa Experience: - While the hotel has a spa, it only has two beds, accommodating a maximum of two people at a time, making it difficult to book. - Reservations closed at 8 PM, too early, and I couldn't get a reservation even after staying for several days. Even more inconveniently, the hotel doesn't allow in-house masseuses, leaving few options for those seeking relaxation. The only bright spot: The service at the second-floor restaurant was quite good, a relatively good aspect of the entire stay. Breakfast was average, and dishes were ordered according to the number of people.

Very good hotel! Service 5+, breakfasts from the menu are incredibly tasty, portions are large. They allowed us to check out late without extra charge and checked us in early. The room was cleaned every day. The rooms are like in the photo. Very spacious. We lived in a suite on the 2nd floor. Always fresh towels, water. Very helpful staff. The hotel is really worth the money. Clean pool with cool water. There are no minuses for the hotel itself. The hotel is really cool! We were able to relax there as much as possible. There is a nuance about the location. Batu Belig Street is very traffic jammed. You can stand for an hour before the next turn to Petitengit. And there are traffic jams almost around the clock. Very heavy traffic. The beach nearby is not suitable for swimming. But we did not need it. There are many good establishments around. If you are by car, I do not recommend this area. It was difficult to get to the main highways by bike. But the traffic jams in Canggu are even worse. Count on the fact that from this place to all normal beaches it is at least an hour's drive. We often went to Bukit and stood for 20-30 minutes just on our street.

I absolutely loved the hotel! I would like to point out that the staff is extremely friendly and polite, they were always ready to help and even allowed us to leave our suitcases after check-out, since we had a trip to Gili planned. The hotel itself looks very new and modern, the room is beautiful and spacious, equipped with everything you need, there is a spacious balcony. On one of the floors there is a small area with exercise machines. Breakfasts are on the menu and everything we tried - we liked 😍 The sea is also close, there are shops, pharmacies, spas around) to sum up - I recommend the hotel!

The point is, the service is very disappointing... just for the experience, choose this hotel... if I was asked to stay again, Big No!! There are still many hotels with more polite and better service.
