My flight was cancelled, so I made this reservation at the last minute. It was close to the airport and I was able to get there in about 10 minutes by Grab. Breakfast was surprisingly relaxing, and I was able to work while I ate, so I'm glad I included it.

A regular room near the airport, with a huge number of shops nearby. We took it for the first day after the flight, and then went traveling. Good breakfast. Polite staff, great location. The sea is within walking distance.

It's very close to the airport, and it's also very convenient to call a car to the beach and shopping malls. The mattress and quilt are stained and the bathroom water pipe is damaged and needs to be replaced😔 There are small insects in the room from time to time and the cleaning is not good🙈

What makes it delicious is in front of my favorite restaurant, Warung Laota. Close to many tourist spots and very accessible. The ibis standard is the bottom line. Complete amenities, parking space is also available so if you rent a car there is parking space.

I live in hotels 300+ nights a year, due to my job. I am in Ibis hotels 100+ nights a year. This is a typical and good Ibis property. Everything in my room - 522 - worked perfectly. The WiFi was very strong which is super important for my job. Breakfast was adequate, except for the coffee powder that they offer, which is unacceptable. Please get a coffee machine for the satisfaction of your guests. The hotel is isolated. It is 10 minutes from the airport, but it is a 25-30 minute walk from the beach. I found the War Eng restaurant, not fancy, just lots of tables, was a good value. Just exit to the right from the hotel, 1-2 minutes walk. The barbecue beef is very good, and the croissant with vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce is very good. The ladies at reception were sweet. I especially salute the young lady with braces and pony-tail hair. She wasn’t wearing a name tag so I don’t know her name, but she was very kind. If management reads this, there is one practice you MUST CHANGE! There are tables in the hallway. What your employees are doing is picking up the plates from room service orders, and rather than returning them right away to the kitchen, they are putting them on the hallway table, and leaving them there all day, until 8-9 PM, when they take them to the kitchen. I saw this on consecutive days, on both my floor and the first floor. This practice is not only disgusting, but it is unsanitary. One tip for travelers: Don’t exchange money at the airport, either upon arrival, or back into your home currency, at departure. The exchange vendors at the airport are thieves. Exchange money in town. Overall, I would stay here again.

We always stay here to transit through to other places in Bali. The accommodation is clean and comfortable. The staff are all excellent. We must give a special mention to Putra. His service and help should be commended.
