A regular room near the airport, with a huge number of shops nearby. We took it for the first day after the flight, and then went traveling. Good breakfast. Polite staff, great location. The sea is within walking distance.

It's very close to the airport, and it's also very convenient to call a car to the beach and shopping malls. The mattress and quilt are stained and the bathroom water pipe is damaged and needs to be replaced😔 There are small insects in the room from time to time and the cleaning is not good🙈

What makes it delicious is in front of my favorite restaurant, Warung Laota. Close to many tourist spots and very accessible. The ibis standard is the bottom line. Complete amenities, parking space is also available so if you rent a car there is parking space.

Welcome drink options for Gold Tier are plentiful. There’s an option for daily-use lounge and daily-use room, including airport transfer. The staff at check-in were very friendly, explained all the benefits clearly, and even shared info about Accor hotels in Lombok (since they knew my next destination). Hi , we have been staying at ibis Kuta Bali for several years Everyone that we recommended this hotel to were satisfied staying there The hotel is only 10 minutes away from the airport, it’s very ideal to stay there and rest up after a flight The staff are absolutely friendly and helpful , very clean rooms, the location is central to everything you might need, The hotel rate is absolutely good value for money, We will be staying there again next month Thank you to ibis management and staff for a great experience.

We’ve been staying at Ibis Kuta since its opening in 2012 and it continues to feel like our home in Bali. The staff have always been the highlight of our visits, and this trip was no exception. Pak Putra, the Duty Manager, deserves special mention for his professionalism, kindness, and consistently excellent service. His dedication truly elevates the guest experience. The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, surrounded by plenty of eateries and convenient shops, and it’s only a short drive from the airport—perfect for both quick stopovers and longer stays. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well‑maintained, offering everything you need for a pleasant stay. After over a decade of visits, we keep coming back because of the warm hospitality and reliable comfort. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great value and genuine service in Kuta.

Only booked hotel because close to airport and we were only staying in our room for 7hrs as we had late flight.The hotel is very dated and in need of upgrade.Has steep ramps into hotel and down to lift.Arrived at reception wasn't very organised and had to wait to get our room even though we were only ones checking in.As accor member we had to ask for our welcome drink wasn't offered to us.Room service was slow would not like to stay there for long period.
