I usually don't write reviews but this place sure deserves one from me! Upon arrival, the staff were very friendly and helpful - they took the time and effort to remember my name and room. Whenever I return back to the villa, they will immediately reach for my room key (without asking which room I was staying in!) and welcome me back with a smile. They spoke english very well too. Whenever I asked for help, they would always go the extra mile and extend the help wholeheartedly. This definitely made my experience really special. Breakfast was amazing! Although it wasn't a buffet spread, the options had a good amount of variety and it all tasted great! They were also flexible with requests. Breakfast juices were super yummy and fresh, even down to the presentation of the dishes, everything was so well thought out. Location was around a quiet bend in the road, with a small minimart just walking distance away. About 15 minute walk to the beach / 10 minute car ride / 5 minute bike ride. Also close by to many cafes. Rooms were huge and spacious and very very clean! Fit for a big family, and even just a stay with 2 friends. Will definitely be back here!!

Tepa was a lovely place to stay with welcoming hosts and a great service.

This hotel ever morning is super noisy ，I was woken up by those noise form the alley beside my room almost every day.and the smells from the alley is terrible. Outdated facilities，dirty towels. just really a bad experience.

It is overall a reasonable stay. Close to restaurants. Canggu is laid back compared to Kuta , Semayak. Breakfast is not great . Management has to work on it

Great location to hotspots, I walked out from the hotel. Only gripe was that roads aren’t paved and it can be a little dangerous walking on the road where traffic is heavy and there’s some blind spots because of the shape of the road. Room was dated but clean. I stayed in 239, there were stains on the bathroom floor and the shower head was worn. Staff were really lovely too!

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The rooms are spacious and clean, the breakfast is simple but decent. The staff is extremely helpful, nice and always smiling. The location is good and we walked all around the area which has lots of options for food, drinks, massages and shopping

Highly recommend this hotel. We stayed for a week when we were visiting Bali to attend a family wedding. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The rooms spacious and clean with a balcony overlooking the pool. Lovely choices for breakfast and the restaurant and bar open for lunch and dinner daily if needed as well.

Great hotel for couples to stay at, perfect location close to heaps of beach clubs and great cafes/restaurants. The staff were amazing and happy to help out with any issues or queries that we had. There is also a gorgeous black cat who hangs around the hotel ❤️

We had a great stay. Friendly, helpful people & tasty breakfast. The room was very large and clean. The bed was comfortable and large. It could accommodate up to 5 people. Swimming pool was clean and there were plenty of towels available. The hotel is also centrally located and within walking distance of the beach

Staff very pleasant and sincere. So calm and beautiful. Enormous room and bed. Great breakfast. Good location near the ocean and main streets. Had a room with private gardenside. Clean pool every morning
