We loved the stay here and Ubud in general . Close to everything with a simple moto ride. But far enough to have a great rest at night. Awesome 🌆 Sunsets

The resort is so huge that if you stay in premium room you'd have to walk a long way. I booked two rooms for two nights. In the first night three mistakes happened: the balcony door can't be locked, a wrong elite members name was put in my room, and the bathroom door can't be opened. The last one is relatively dangerous as there's no emergency calls in the bathroom. Room was located in a far place no can barely be noticed. Luckily I traveled with family so someone could help me. Staffs are attentive they came to me at the breakfast providing an option to change to room. On the next day they kept following up with the needs. I would say everything was pleasant except for the security matters. It seems minor but could be possibly be a huge trouble. Hope they would improve.

It was good staying there but it seems they were understaffed. It takes bit longer to get services.

I was assigned a room near the first-floor pool, but the sewer smell was strong, and there were a lot of ants. Although they quickly changed the room and were friendly, I also saw a very large cockroach. They should pay more attention to hygiene. Moreover, while moving my suitcase, it seems to have been dropped, as my new bag now has scratches all over it. Since I checked in late at night, I couldn't move to another place, but it was not a very pleasant experience.

Excellent service, friendly & warmth from every staff, from the front desk to the restaurant to the cleaners. They remembered your special events, anniversary and birthday, and they put their love ❤️ in every setup! We ❤️ you guys! God bless you all 🙌

It was an amazing experience to stay in Element. The services is top-notch. Will definitely stay again if I am back in Bali.

Location is about 8mim drive to downtown Unud and Yoga Barn. Room size decent but walls are thin and barely soundproof. Breakfast situation chaotic and has minimal food variety. Hotel has some tour groups in house which makes it a rowdy situation with guests making alot of noise in morning and nights. Room is spread across various blocks and maybe long walk from lobby to get to your room

Breakfast is not as good as expected. If u are not a big breakfast person. This is a nice hotel!

Staff were very friendly and helpful! Room was cleaned everyday and free bottled water provided daily. Breakfast options were also good!

Nice environment - I joined yoga class for free and rent electric motorbike to explore ubud down town - so much fun

This is my first time going to Bali. I’m more then grateful for choosing Element Bali Ubud for my 4D3N stay in Ubud. The hotel is quiet and cozy, have variable choices in breakfast buffet. The staff are helpful and friendly and make me feel like home. Highly recommend to those who are looking for a relaxing place to stay.

The hotel is very nice and the rooms are well appointed with a work area, comfy chair and some balcony furniture. The bathroom has a window which overlooks the bed and the balcony but there is a blind you can pull down. The bed was very comfy and so were the pillows. There isn't much sound proofing and we were near the lobby and restaurant so we heard a lot of noise in the morning when we tried to sleep in but from 10 pm to 6 am there wasn't much noise thankfully. The resort is kind of a small wellness and they have some activities like ping pong, a levelled pool area, suction cup archery, badminton and coconut bowling. The breakfast restaurant was quite good and offered a good variety of Asian, western and vegetarian options. I was excited to see and try snake fruit for the first time and was able to find something to enjoy each day. Eggs and soup are made to order but each station took a little bit of time to get our orders out each time. The dal curry was a highlight and they had a good rice dish each day as well. We also tried the pool bar and it was great for an afternoon snack and cocktail after a full day being in Ubud. The hotel location isn't the best and we were there during a busy couple of days for ceremonies and tourists which made getting in and out of the hotel area very hard. It took us 2 hours to get to the airport from here and we spent a lot of time stuck in traffic instead of sightseeing due to congestion. A restaurant which would normally be a 15 minute drive took us 40 minutes to get to. The hotel is about a half an hour walk to Ubud Centre but they offer a scheduled shuttle service to Ubud Centre and the Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary but you have to book at reception and there's only 10 seats per shuttle. We found we couldn't get as much done as we wanted to in Bali due to the congestion in Ubud as it took a considerable amount of time for drivers to get to us and we weren't comfortable with driving a scooter with so much traffic. The hotel did offer bicycles but the infrastructure is not that good around the hotel for walkers let alone bicyclists. The service was prompt at the hotel. We had a late but efficient check in and they offered us coupons for their laundry service and massage. We ran out of water but they would bring us as many as we wanted any time of day which was super nice. They offered to bring our luggage to the room and stored it while we are breakfast prior to an early pickup.

The room looks new, very clean and well-maintained. The staffs are very helpfully and welcoming, and the location itself is very easy to reach and very close to the center of Ubud. We had a good stay there.

Overall good service, on par with other hotels we stayed at in Bali. Room got upgraded - thank you for that. A few less pleasant points - 1) we called and requested for bathrobes (yes bathrobes are provided on request rather than by default), but they never sent over. 2) the room is located at a very far end of the hotel, close to nearby villagers’ homes. Their roosters started crowing at 5am and never stopped, and we could barely fall asleep again even though we put on the ear plugs provided in the room (which in retrospect seems to be a bad sign). 3) very minor point but they call a self-serve iced lemon water ‘welcome drink’, kinda funny. Would not consider coming back despite the room upgrade.
