DO NOT listen to these miserable people posting awful reviews about this place that are SO UNTRUE. This place is truly a hidden gem. The staff is incredibly helpful and so sweet, the rooms were so clean and comfortable. The pool was perfect temperature, the view was unreal and the breakfast was perfect. I am so sad to leave. One of my favorite beach hotels I have ever been to. Thank you so much! We will certainly be back!

On our 3rd trip to Bali thought we (2 couples) would go somewhere a little different, & according to the Web Site the Lilin looked great, and when we arrived we were so disappointed. Firstly the staff were very friendly & helpful, but that's about as good as it got. The rooms had nowhere to put our clothes for the 8 day stay, no safe, 1 bath towel & 1 pool towel. One of the rooms had no curtains & the door wouldn't lock, couple had to move to another room. The day spay was closed, the main pool empty, no restaurant (limited food if required), no bar, no atmosphere, no entertainment - unlike the web page photos. The place was run down & we couldn't wait to get out of there. Checked out the following morning!!

Excellent service. A big thanks to all the team and particularly to Ferry who drove us and organised our journey. Really congratulations for your professional and warm welcome. At Lilin, we really feel how nice balinese people are nice. The last but not the least the view and access to the beach are really appreciable.

Unfortunately the villas are very run down and clearly nothing has been maintained. I felt very sorry for the staff as we saw people getting upset at them because it does not look as it does online and the cleanliness was not good it is very over priced and we would not stay here again.

I had a disappointing experience during my recent stay at Lilin Lovina. The overall cleanliness of the place left much to be desired – I even encountered a rat in my room. The pool was also quite dirty, which further dampened my enjoyment. I hope the management takes steps to improve these aspects for future guests.

Desperately needs an upgrade. Does not look like the photos at all. Very disappointing. Better value for money at other hotels. This is not a resort it's more of a lodge. No hanging space for clothes. Curtains are see through, so you have to dress in bathroom. Only breakfast. Beach is black sand.

Unfortunately not what the pictures show. The staff ( Ferdi) are amazing and drove us to a local restaurant but the resort is very run down. Nothing like the images shown. View of the sea is stunning but furniture, rooms, garden could do with a serious upgrade. Not value for money.

Our stay at Lilin Lovina was amazing. The staff were so friendly and helped us see the Holy Hot Springs and Buddha Temple. They also helped us organise the Dolphin tour. The free shuttle bus into the centre was a great help in exploring Lovina and testing out the local bars and restaurants. Breakfast was included in our stay and it was great. The room itself was lovely and spacious with refillable drinking water and our own private pool. The dogs were also one of the highlights of our stay!

We enjoyed our stay at the Lilin hotel. The staff was really nice and helped us with everything. There is a shuttle from and to the center of Lovina. We booked a snorkeling tour with the hotel. Evening was organized nicely. Also we had breakfast everyday at the beach. The room was clean. My friend and I would definitely recommend the Lilin hotel.

You stay in little cabin houses right on the beach. You get a cute little private pool in front of the door. The pool is very clean. The breakfast is limited in choice, toast with egg, fruit platter , jam and butter and choice between tea coffee or juice (homemade). We stayed 4 nights. When we arrived the toilet was very dirty as if no-one stayed there before but with time it flushed away. Nice big shower. The room was cleaned everyday. The only bummer is that the towels were not clean. Full lf stains and I didnt feel like they were smelling nice every day. This is really something to work on as I think its really important. Location is nice a few spots around to eat and I drink but not too much. The staff was very friendly! Thank you to the staff! I recommend this place for how cute it is, for location as it is literally on the beach and the friendly staff.

This place is absolutely magical, right on absolute ocean front Staff extremely friendly Splendid isolation Perfect to rewind yourself Any closer to the water one have to be on the U-Boat Highly recommended

The hotel is right on the beach, our room looked straight out to the ocean, and each room has a private dipping pool. The decor is light and beachy, lots of storage and plenty of room. Still getting back to normal after the pandemic but service was great, casual and friendly. Exceeded expectations, great value budget hotel.

Great hotel and staff were very accommodating to allow us to travel with our 2 dogs, as well as children. Great location on the beach, and very comfortable rooms, with private interconnecting swimming pool between the rooms

Fantastic location, right on the beach. Property and villas in desperate need of maintenance. Villas are old and in need of renovation, plunge pool was dirty with cracked tiles. No privacy, in the pool you are in full view of all the other guests. Restaurant had a very limited menu and food was average. Staff were not particularly friendly or helpful. We had been really looking g forward to returning to Bali and staying in Lovina but were left disappointed. Hopefully now that tourists are returning to Lovina this property makes some changes as it has the potential to be fantastic.
