Great for families even those with big children. The loft is decent and has the basic cutlery and crockery with a microwave. The service is a bit inefficient, asking for anything takes too long or it never arrives. The breakfast is just okay, you can find better around. The hotel is a bit dated and could do with an update, just to make it more appealing. Having one tv in the loft isn’t a good plan. Note that the TV’s aren’t smart TV’s incase you want to Netflix or something.

Good value for money. Amenities fair and good. Daily supply of drinking water and kids live the pool. Staff are courteous , polite , friendly and approachable. We will come back again to this nice place

Good place if want to stay near Kuta and Legian. The place is economical.

Had a nice stay, I love how big and spacious the rooms are, for the price I think it’s very affordable. The staff are super friendly and it’s quiet and clean. Will definitely come again.

The location is ideal because it is close to Sunset road which allows quick access to the airport, and all the cities around (Kerobokan, Seminyak, Kuta ...) by scooter we are 5 minutes from the beach with a little traffic. Many restaurants nearby but not on the street which makes the place quiet

Such a friendly place! I definitely want to visit again!!! On the last day, after checkout, I called a Gojek to catch a night flight, but the driver couldn't find the way, so the hotel front desk staff helped me! Thank you so much again!!

+++ What we liked 👇 Clean, beautiful courtyard. There is a swimming pool and terrace for common use; restaurant and massage services for an additional fee. It was nice to use the pool and terrace. Room cleaning and a 1.5 liter bottle of drinking water daily. Change of linen and towels upon request. Large parking for cars and bikes, 24-hour video surveillance. Normal Wi-Fi in the room and good - on the territory. Clean air conditioning in the room. Comfortable high-quality mattress 1.8 meters wide. As much hot water as you want at any time of the day. There is a mini kitchen with an ultra-minimal set of dishes, a microwave, a refrigerator and a comfortable bar stool, on which it is very pleasant to drink coffee in the morning. There is McDonald's nearby, KFC 1 km away, many local cafes just 300 meters away, there is also a cafe with food familiar to Europeans. About 2 km to the north and south there are large supermarkets with a large selection of goods at normal prices, including ready-made food. The only noise you can hear is from your hotel neighbors and motorbikes revving up at night on the parallel street. —— What we didn't like 👇 It's dark on the first floor. If you add just two more lighting points, it will be much more comfortable. The tap water has an unpleasant smell. Every time you open the tap, the stench hits your nose. One air conditioner should work at maximum to cool both floors. The beach is almost 2 km away, a long walk. *You'll be comfortable everywhere on a motorbike. The hotel is sometimes quite noisy when people are relaxing by the pool, especially with children. Everyone can hear everything from the courtyard when they talk loudly.

I don't recommend it; the location is insecure. Someone ride a scoter snatched my handbag and runaway while I was on the same street as the hotel. It's quite dark in the evenings, and they didn't inform us about the numerous accidents that have occurred around here in order to take more care, I also have doubts (not sure) that someone working at the hotel may have arranged with the thief, considering the incident occurred last night of our stay, except that the hotel is reasonable for the price

The studio apartment room is spacious (more than enough for two people), cleaners will make up the room every day, provides hot water-microwave-cutleries-soap-towel-etc (ease backpacker). But the wifi connection speed is terrible (can't join zoom meeting)
