A hidden gem away from the hustle and bustle. Beautiful gardens. A quiet place. Friendly staff. They even exchanged our pillows to thinner softer pillows after we asked. Nice pool. Walking distance from the beach and restaurants. 4 minutes walk.

Room upstairs a bit noisy at night but staff moved me next morning without fuss. Will stay again

First time staying in this hotel. Lovely resort with well maintained grounds and gardens, and a well designed pool. Great location a few hundred metres from the beach. Decent breakfast too. Only issue is the internet is not great and I had to work on mobile data throughout the stay.

The bed linen is washed but not clean. You need to watch the air conditioners, they do not turn off. Pack food in a bag before throwing it away. The pool is good, although markings would not hurt to know when to emerge. Breakfast is an acquired taste, but it is included by default. The staff is friendly and ready to help you. Now during the day there are repairs, but they are noisy all the time. The location is excellent, the beach, shops, cafes, restaurants are nearby.

Nice big room, big pool, nice and helpful staff. Close to the beach. Great location to start or end your trip in Bali.

Good location, friendly service, only the room we stayed in was number 20, my child kept crying, had goosebumps, lots of noise, the water turned on by itself, even though it had been turned off (spoky)

Staff friendly, pool area ok yet small. Gardens well maintained. Bedroom was ok but bathroom in desperate need of an upgrade, toilet wouldn’t flush, mould everywhere, sink not draining.

What a filthy dusty dirty room, shower curtain covered in mould, would not recommend, breakfast terrible the dust and dirt up the walls and behind the furniture is terrible, glasses left dirty, paint peeling from the walls, the rooms are in need of a lot of maintenance

At a glance it's a nice small hotel with acceptable price and friendly staff. But for us it ended up to be the worst experience ever so that we had to urgently run away to another hotel. It was a family visit (2 parents and a child) and for the first few days all was good. Then around 3 am in the morning i felt something ran over my arm. First i thought i was dreaming. A little bit later my wife woke screaming as she could feel something ran over her legs. We inspected the whole room as accurately as we could so that not to wake up the child and did not find anything. I could not sleep after that and went out to the balcony (there was a good couch). When sunrise started, on a white floor i was shocked to see a mouse! So it was a MOUSE runing over us while we were asleep! We reported about it to the staff in the morning and recommendations were not to leave any food in the room, keep the door to the balcony closed (we did it anyway as using the aircon in room constantly) and the staff glued the balcony with carton and tape. Next night around the same time i woke up from the pain in my heel. The mouse bit me in heel! It was unbelievable! Please see attached photo. Probably no food left for a poor mouse it decided to eat my heel )))) Obviously we could not stay in the hotel anylonger. The manager offered us another room (the most expensive the hotel) but we saw no rational in the room as it was on the ground floor, considering our current room with mouse was on the first floor. We urgently had to find another place to stay, obviously last minute booking comes with price... We had 2 more days booked in this hotel and the manager returned the money for them. While we were packing our stuff another suprise waited for us - all our clothes in the wardrobe was full of tiny ants. Probably ants had their road inside the wardrobe and our clothes happened to be on their way... If there's a competion for the worst hotel experience I would participate)))

Myself and my wife first stayed at this hotel in 2020 and have just returned from another visit from the 20th-26th February 2024. In the four years since our last visit the hotel has made a few changes including updating the pool/pool area & breakfast service ....The gardens are still beautifully kept and the staff still super friendly. The breakfast instead of the previous 'Self Serve' is now ordered from a menu with x4 set choices available plus various items that can be bought individually which we thought was good value for what you pay extra with the only criticism from us being the coffee provided. Sanur now has numerous 'Coffee Shops' and travellers in general demand good quality coffee. Maybe the introduction of quality coffee machine would help even if customers had to pay a little extra for breakfast ?? We stayed in a 'Deluxe' room which was actually next door to the room that we stayed in four years ago and was well presented but as previous was still a little 'Tired' especially the bathroom area. The towels that are provided were again a little bit 'Worn and grey in colour' which although the hotel is not at the 'high' end cost wise these are the little things that make a difference and potentially encourage travellers re-book. All up a great little hotel in our opinion, that with a few minor tweaks would take it to the next level with us definitely re-booking in the near future !!

It’s a lovely, quiet and small old-bali Hotel. Comfortable beds. Quiet AC. Quiet mini-fridge. Nice veranda with table and chairs. Peaceful. Nice garden. Parking for our car. Close to the beach and lots of excellent places to eat. Rising damp and a bathroom that needs renovations but it’s excellent for the price.
