I have stayed a few times here and become one of my favorite hotel with bathtub. Worth to stay!

The staff at Mega Boutique Hotel & Spa are excellent — always friendly, attentive, and willing to help. Unfortunately, the overall experience was affected by a few issues. The room had a damp smell, and the cleanliness was below expectations. In addition, the constant noise from cars throughout the night made it hard to rest. With improvements in maintenance, cleanliness, and soundproofing, this could be a much more pleasant stay

The hotel’s bathroom cleanliness is such a disaster， it depends on which room you get, some might be clean but some might be stinky. But the hotel staff services are excellent, they are nice and helpful. The hotel location is good. Overall it is acceptable on this cheap price.

The hotel is located across the busiest road in the area All rooms above 4/5th floor are very noisy with 24 hours non stop traffic as I had to switch rooms a few times and finally need settled in lower floor room The door doesn’t seem to work well & the sink is very dirty For the price it can only be know as average

Loved this hotel for my first few nights in Bali. Much nicer than I expected. Lovely rooftop pool, comfy bed, and beautiful bath on balcony!

The hotel is okay breakfast is good but amenities like hotel slipper and face towels are not provided.

The staff were helpful as I was sick one of the days, asked to change room 2nd day and was much happier there :) The rooftop pool was my fav lil peice of peace as not much ppl up there but me and I got to enjoy it a lot. Thank you

The place was falling apart and the room smell so bad even the chair in the room was ripped and nothing like the pictures and didn’t take pictures

The hotel room was okay, and the location was right opposite a mall but had to cross a huge road to access the mall. The room we had was facing the road at the back of the hotel, which had traffic jams frequently, so there was a lot of noise from the road which disturbed our sleep and rest. There weren't some basic amenities provide as well such as toothbrush and hand soap. Initially, we had issues with the aircon in our room, but after informing the front desk, they sent a technician to fix the issue. The hotel staff we encountered were also nice and we could store our luggage at the from desk. However, the breakfast was a no go, there were flies everywhere around the food. The food also ran out fast even though we arrived very early, and there were barely any refills. Plates, utensils, and cups were also not clean and oily. It feels like they were very understaffed.

Located quite far from Kuta Beach but grab is always available. Near the Mall, and there's convenience store just a few steps away. Facilities is good, the pool is great. the gym is under repair. The room is okay, it seems old and not well-maintained since signs are evident.  Wifi is not strong in my room which is located in second floor.  staff are really great. Price is a bit high compared to other hotel.

Really great hotel , I like the view of the room.... it's affordable but what you get more than what you pay for.

As a returning guest, I always appreciate the convenient location of the hotel—close to Mall Bali Galeria and easily accessible, which is a huge plus when you're looking for entertainment or essentials nearby. This time, I chose not to include breakfast in my booking, as my previous experiences with it were not great. The breakfast still needs significant improvement—both in taste and variety. The fruit selection is limited, the cereal offered was choco crunch (too sugary for a morning start), and the juice options just weren’t to my taste. Oatmeal or healthier choices would be a welcome addition. Unfortunately, there were a few letdowns during this stay. I had requested Room 415 during my reservation made on March 4th for a stay in May, but was assigned a room on the 2nd floor instead—right under the reception area. That room lacked natural sunlight and proper ventilation, which made it feel musty, and at times moldy. Air circulation is crucial for me, so this was disappointing. then I asked for the 4th floor of the room and it's granted.  I also enjoy working out in the afternoon, but found the gym closed during my preferred hours. Although the door was unlocked, the AC remote was missing, and while the unit worked, it was noisy and mounted on a ceiling showing signs of mold. I believe I was in Room 422. A bit more maintenance would go a long way here. Other small issues included a broken balcony light, no floor mat in the bathroom (which I think should be standard), and some cracked wooden panels on the balcony floor that could be a safety risk. That said, there are positives that keep me coming back. The two young men at reception were incredibly friendly and helpful. Housekeeping staff were attentive and regularly checked if we needed cleaning services—great hospitality overall. I’ll likely return again, as all I really need is a place to stay—but I do hope these operational and maintenance issues are addressed in the future. A little effort could turn a good stay into a great one.
