The place was nice, very beautiful with a big bedroom, bathtub and shower. It has a small fridge in the room. There were some stains on the sink, but it wasn't because it wasn't cleanest but because it was "old". The staff is always glad to help so that makes it all good.

Excellent customer service. Good value for money. They serve delicious food. The hotel is located in the center of kuta & just near to malls.

Positives Staff friendly, room cleanliness, room comfortable bed with big tv, rain shower and bath. Big pool on the top. Negatives Requires a lot of maintenance in room and public areas. Flooring, lighting, and wiring. Rooms are not soundproof, so you do hear noise from the main road. For the at time price you can not complain.

Good location. Near with everything. Staffs are very polite and friendly. The building is quiet old. The gym was closed, but we can go to Grand Mega to use their gym. The room was humid smells like long time never been open. No very clean, can see spider web on some spot.

2 star at most. the refrigerator smells bad fish. not even cold. the room also not cold enough. very bad water pressure. the only good thing about this hotel is the breakfast. varieties of food. other than that nahh feels like everything is wasted.

The room was nice, equipt with a nice shower and bath. The bed was comfy and air-conditioning worked. The pool on the top floor is spectacular with a great view and fountains. The place could have been a bit cleaner, the sink unfortunately was a bit dirty, as was the ceiling near the aircon.

I booked the hotel via trip and I received a complimentary upgrade to the executive suite room, but upon my check in, the old man receptionist used glass told me that I will not get a complimentary upgrade due to the hotel being fully booked and complimentary upgrade only based on their availability. I strongly request to have this because it's clearly mentioned on my reservation it's not stated based on availability. Then the old guy finally gave us the room upgrade. Maybe he tried to sell the room to another guest 😓 The room and the hotel itself are quite old and lack maintenance. But the location is very strategic near Mall Bali Galleria and the room has bath up for relaxing 😁 Just need renovation if you want to maintain the guests satisfaction.

I don't think this hotel deserves 4-star rating. I checked in at 10 PM and asked to check out late but the lady at the reception said "No", with a reason "fully booked" but I barely saw guests there. I'm not surprised that not so many guests because this hotel needs HUGE improvements. The location is good, though, in the city center. The room interior design was nice BUT : it was so dirty and scratches and spots were found everywhere, water leaking in my room and in the hallway, on the first floor I found used towels scattered around in a mess, the floor tiles show signs of overused as the edges have started coming off and that they bent upward which pricked my feet if I was not careful, the glass window by the door is a bad design, I think, as you need to keep the curtains closed all the time as people walk past from time to time, the aircon took long to make the room cool. Breakfast was so-so, not much of a variety and not very nice presentation. I didn't use the pool, so no comments on it. The gyms was left disorganized as it looked like no one has been in there for months. I was let down by a lot of things and I'm not coming back to this hotel again. Not worth the money I paid.

Strategic location and the rate is super worth it! All good, no complains!

its good enough considering the budget price. Location is strategic close to food center and supermarket.

I gave 20,000 rupees and asked the counter staff to wake me up in the morning. Unfortunately, the counter staff charged the money but didn't wake me up, which caused me to miss my flight. I was very disappointed. The appearance photos of the hotel were wrong, and the other first and second floors were not ventilated in the basement.

Good location close to soi 6 if u like. Has 7 eleven near by. Has huge parking for pick up drop off or ur bike car, nice authetic thailand style interior. Room was satisfactory. Nothing impressive works. Good price.
