Room condition is great. Shower water pressure is small. Breakfast is great for a day. Aircond is nice well and cool.

We stay here regularly, twice a year for up to 3 weeks at a time. We were somewhat disappointed with the way staff/management dealt with the issue of flooding at the hotel which resulted in no clean pool, no running water, for two days, hence our time there being cut short by five nights. Many people were checking out due to the same circumstances, but we were offered no support despite numerous inquiries and only on the second day were were given a very heavy one gallon bottle of drinking water to be able to flush our toilet and use for washing. Hygiene at breakfast was below par, considering there was no running water for anyone to wash hands, we inquired about hand sanitiser being available at the breakfast buffet but were promptly told no. When we checked out we were given a prompt refund for the remaining days, which we very much appreciated as we needed to book elsewhere. People were being shunted out of the street in inflatables. We would still return here as we enjoy the ambience and pool, but now know to have a back up plan in the wet season.

I had the best time staying at Ramada. I was traveling with my wife on our honeymoon and with no second thoughts i can assure that hotel service while accomodating us with birthday decor in the room and serving the cake to singing birthday songs. Me and my wife are obsessed with the service provided by Hotel and overall Indonesians are so welcoming and respectful to the guests traveling here. 5/5 for hospitality

Good breakfast and clean room

Booked a Superior room which is the cheapest type. The hotel lobby was nice and service is friendly. Room was quite basic for the price range but clean. It didn't have nice view and the aircon system was noisy. Location wise, not much around but the Seminyak area is close by car. Lovely pool and resto area for this price range. There are other nicer room types which have a pool view and even direct access. I recommend booking room categories other than the cheapest type. I didn't try the breakfast so can't comment.

Lovely stay. Pool decking need an upgrade and many pool tiles lifting. But overall we enjoyed our time. We have stayed many times and will stay again. Great for families and kids

Hotel was great. The only one small thing was that the toilet smelled. Aside from that, everything else was great.
