Although it's a good location.Ritz brand is not what it used to be. I stayed here two years ago and had the issues as now. I recommend staying somewhere else where the AC's works and bathroom doors just don't come off the hinges

It is Incredible. The service is great. We really enjoy our stay.

Totally loved it, but the amenities are a bit old. Enjoyed the breakfast and the beach. We also had a stretching class that was awesome

For couples or families who wish to spend their holidays inside resort (hotel vacance) this is perfect. I had wonderful time with my boyfriend - enjoyed food, service, room suite was super spacious and beach is crazy. I will visit again.

The hotel is nice and big, and the staffs are very friendly and helpful. One downside to the hotel are the rooms seems to be quite outdated. There are also only one main pool, but overall it was a nice stay.

The most highlights of this stay is their service, high rocket. Thanks to Pack Derma and Pak Adrian for making my stay more memorable. The lobby looks & hot. The management should. Install fan or standing air cond for the guests & staffs interest. The pool is small

Gorgeous hotel with great facilities, v generously sized bedrooms with lots of living space. The buffet breakfast is a must despite being expensive.

Great service as always from ritz carlton. Had arranged for a pickup service at the airport and the staff can be located easily. Pickup was fast and smooth, even let us drop by the convenience store prior to the resort. Check-in was smooth, everything handled by the staff efficiently. The room is great too, nothing to complain about. The view is amazing, peaceful, and great sea breeze.

We stayed 3 hotels this time. Obviously this hotel is the best value. We enjoyed the stay here. It is the most relaxing. The breakfast is great.
