We recently stayed at The Westin Resort & Spa Ubud for our honeymoon, and overall it was a memorable experience. The setting of the resort is stunning — nestled in the lush green jungle with peaceful surroundings, it really feels like a serene escape from busy Bali life. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, attentive, and eager to make our stay special. A particular thank you to Era, the Loyalty Manager, who personally assisted us throughout our stay and went above and beyond to address our concerns. Her genuine care made us feel valued as guests. The rooms are spacious with Westin’s signature comfortable beds, and the pool areas are beautifully designed with gorgeous views over the valley. The spa is another highlight — relaxing and restorative, perfect after a day of exploring Ubud. We did face some challenges initially with the room not matching our expectations, but the way the team handled the situation showed true hospitality. Their willingness to listen, offer solutions, and add thoughtful touches for our honeymoon made a big difference. The location is a short drive from central Ubud, so it’s convenient while still being away from the crowds. Dining at the resort was also excellent — fresh, varied, and beautifully presented. Overall, while there were a few bumps at the start, the service and care we received turned our stay into a wonderful honeymoon memory. We left feeling relaxed and grateful, and would recommend the Westin Ubud to couples and travelers looking for a peaceful retreat with excellent service.
